Claims (7)
- Nockenwelle zur Betätigung von Ventilen einer Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend eine Einrichtung zum hydraulischen Verstellen der relativen Drehlage der Nockenwelle zwecks Beeinflussung der Steuerzeiten der Ventile, welche Einrichtung ein Antriebsrad für die Nockenwelle, ein Zellenrad und ein Flügelrad aufweist, das mit radialen Flügeln innerhalb von Zellen des Zellenrads relativbeweglich gelagert ist und wobei zwischen Zellenrad und Flügelrad eine in der Startphase der Brennkraftmaschine wirksame Verriegelungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die durch einen axial federbelasteten, hydraulisch betätigten sowie in einer der Flügel des Flügelrads untergebrachten Kolben und eine korrespondierende in einer aus Antriebsrad und Zellenrad bestehenden Baueinheit vorgesehenen Aufnahme für den Kolben gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit einem Sperrabschnitt (39) in die Aufnahme (40) hineinragende und im Flügel (18) der Einrichtung (14) geführte Kolben (37) mit einem Betätigungselement (44) zusammenarbeitet, wobei der Kolben (37) von einem ersten Druckraum (43) und das Betätigungselement (44) von einem zweiten Druckraum (46) aus beaufschlagt werden.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (44) durch einen Bolzen (47) gebildet wird, der an einen Anschlag (48) des Kolbens (37) herangeführt ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bolzen (47) parallel zum Kolben (37) verläuft, und der Anschlag (48) des Kolbens (37) eine Ringfläche (50) ist, die auf einer dem Sperrabschnitt (39) abgekehrten Seite (51) durch einen Kolbenkopf (52) gebildet wird.
- Nockenwelle nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (37) und der Bolzen (47) in Führungsbohrungen (38,49) des Flügels (18) angeordnet sind, die auf einer gemeinsamen radialen Ebene (A-A) der Einrichtung (14) liegen
- Nockenwelle nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (37) und der Bolzen (47) mit Stirnflächen (53,54) an Druckkammern (55,56) angeschlossen sind, die beide entfernt von der Ringfläche (50) liegen
- Nockenwelle nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer freien Seite (57) des Kolbenkopfs (52) und einem Stützteil (58) des Flügels (18) eine Druckfeder (59) wirksam ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfeder (59) abschnittsweise einerseits in einer Ausnehmung (60) des Kolbenkopfs (52) und andererseits einen Zapfen (61) des als Federteller ausgebildeten Stützteils (58) umgibt.
