Definitions
- the present invention relates to a ski boot alpine as defined in the preamble of the claim 1.
- Modern alpine ski boots are usually equipped, at the front and at the back, with brake pads reported and attached to the lower part of the the shoe by means of screws, for example as described in US Patent 5,214,865.
- These pads can be fixed removably by means of screws, for example as described in US Patent 5,214,865, wherein it is planned to have a damping material of shock between the pad and the sole of the shoe.
- skis known under the name "carving”, that is to say skis whose sides are bent more or less strongly, so that they are widening from the middle towards the front and towards the rear, make it easy to make turns of regular curvature.
- legs are relatively steeply inclined laterally, so that the shoes, maintained by conventional fasteners directly on the ski, tend to touch the snow and therefore destabilize the skier.
- mount ski binding elements on a plate of elevation.
- Such a plate is described for example in the patent application EP 0 908 203. This plate of However, the increase in ski weight and upset the natural work of skiing in flexion and torsion.
- the object of the invention is to allow the elevation of the shoe compared to the ski without the use of raised plate.
- the invention also aims to enable raise the heel alone to increase the advance of the shoe and, therefore, the leg.
- the ski boot according to the invention is defined by the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the lower part of the shoe can be, by example, a part of the hull or a sole reported.
- the shoe according to the invention When the shoe according to the invention is used with the patches attached under the parts of the sidewalks attached to the lower part of the shoe, the shoe is elevated compared to ski of a height equal to the thickness of the pieces reported.
- the height of the sidewalks respects the maximum height allowed by the standards. If the shoe is used with the patches fixed on top of sidewalk parts attached to the lower part of the shoe, the shoe is like a shoe conventional.
- the modification of the shoe can be performed without other by the user.
- the material of the lower part of the shoe is generally the same as that of the hull of the shoe and this material is usually the polyurethane.
- the patches can be in a different material, or even in multi-material complex, presenting in some areas a better slip coefficient, which has to facilitate the triggering of fixation in the event of a fall, and in other areas of reinforced grip characteristics avoiding the falls when walking.
- Figure 1 shows the placement of a part reported on the sidewalk of the front part of a shoe according to a first embodiment.
- FIG. 2 represents separately, in plan, the part front sidewalk attached to the lower part of the the shoe and the two pieces that can be reported on this front part.
- Figure 3 shows the placement of the part reported under the sidewalk of the front part of the shoe.
- Figure 4 is a plan view of a second mode execution of the insert intended to be fixed under the front part of the shoe.
- FIG. 5 is a sectional view along V-V of FIG. 4.
- Figure 6 is a side view of the front portion of the shoe provided with the insert shown Figures 4 and 5.
- Figure 7 is a vertical sectional view longitudinal portion of the portion shown in Figure 6.
- FIG. 8 is a plan view, from below, of a second embodiment of the part intended to be fixed on the irremovable part before the game bottom of the shoe.
- Figure 9 is a sectional view along IX-IX of the figure 8.
- FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view of the front of the shoe with the patch shown in Figures 8 and 9.
- Fig. 11 is a plan view of a third mode execution of the insert intended to be fixed under the front part of the shoe.
- Figure 12 is a sectional view along XII-XII of the figure 11.
- the lower part 2 has a protruding part forward 4, which is particularly distinguished at Figure 2.
- This part 4 defines the outline of the front sidewalk of the shoe and its height matches at a part of the height of a normalized sidewalk.
- the part 4 is traversed vertically by two holes circular 5 and 6 and has a cutout medial frontal 7 of substantially rectangular shape.
- Exhibit 8 is in the form a substantially rectangular contour plate adapted to the outline of the lower part of the shoe and part 4. It is equipped with two 10 and 11 perpendicular to the piece 8 and slightly conical and, on its anterior edge, 12 rectangular positioning pin directed into the same meaning as tenons and 11 of conjugate form to the shape of the frontal housing formed by the cutout 7 part 4 of the lower part of the shoe.
- Exhibit 8 can be fixed under the lower part of the shoe by the introduction of the nipples 10 and 11 in the holes 5 and 6 and the locating pin 12 in 7.
- the front sidewalk is in this case consisting of Part 4 and Exhibit 8 and the shoe is elevated.
- Part 9 has a contour conforming to the outline of the projecting part 4. It is also provided with two pins 13 and 14 identical to pins 10 and 11 and a locating pin 15 identical to the post 12.
- the Exhibit 9 may be nested and attached to Part 4 of the lower part of the shoe to constitute the front sidewalk, as shown in Figure 1.
- the rear sidewalk of the shoe is made from the same way as the front sidewalk and it can be elevated alone to further advance the shoe.
- Figures 4 and 5 show a second mode execution of the part intended to be fixed on the front part of the shoe, that is to say a piece corresponding to part 8 of Figures 1 to 3.
- This piece 16 has a general shape and an outline identical to those in Exhibit 8. It differs in this respect it has a front wall 17 rising vertically at its anterior end.
- This wall 17 follows the outline of Exhibit 16 and extends over rounded corners, slightly beyond the junction of arcs with parallel sides of the room 16. From the upper end of the wall 17 extends further, towards the rear, a horizontal wall 18.
- the walls 17 and 18, come to style part 4 irremovable front sidewalk.
- the wall 17 comes apply against the front wall of part 4 while the wall 18 comes on the horizontal face Superior of Part 4.
- the part 16 has a front face without discontinuity and whose height is at least 9 mm. Such a face is particularly suitable for cooperate with the elements of a ski binding coming from to rely on this front face.
- the walls 17 and 18 form a housing in which comes to fit the part 4 secured to the lower part of the shoe, so that piece 16 is firmly maintained on Part 4.
- the jaw a ski binding will be advantageously based on the wall 18 rather than part 4.
- Part 4 may therefore be consisting of a single protrusion of the hull 1 of the shoe.
- the piece 16 is furthermore provided with 3 holes 19, 20, 21 for the passage of fixing screws to the shoe.
- FIGS. and 9 The part intended to be fixed on the front sidewalk, that is to say, the piece corresponding to the 9th first embodiment, is shown in FIGS. and 9.
- This piece 22 seen in plan, presents a concave curvature 23 intended to conform to the shape of the front end of the hull 1 above the lower part of the shoe.
- the opposite side side 23 has a shape identical to that of the piece 16.
- the piece 22 presents a wall 24 perpendicular to the plane of the piece 22, this wall 24 being identical in shape and extension in the horizontal plane to the wall 17 of the room 16.
- the wall 24 has a thickness about 1.5 mm.
- Exhibit 22 additionally presents two positioning studs 25 and 26 for its positioning on part 4.
- the 22 piece mounted on the shoe is shown in section in Figure 10.
- the piece 22 with its wall 24 forms a frontal face whose minimum height is 14 mm.
- the piece 22 has an outer surface Continuous vertical capable of optimally cooperating with elements of a ski binding coming lean against that face.
- the third embodiment represented in FIGS. and 12 is actually a simplified variant of the piece 16 shown in FIGS. 4 to 7.
- This variant 16 ' is distinguished from the second mode of execution by the absence of the horizontal wall 18 and by the presence of two positioning pins 27 and 28. For the rest the piece 16 'is identical to piece 16.
