Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pair of parts reinforcements for ski boots, the upper part consists of a collar intended for surround the bottom of the leg.
  • Patent FR 2 649 594 we know shoes ski whose stem, in the form of a collar, is provided with inner side of the leg, a reinforcement plate intended to increase the rigidity of the rod on its interior side so as to improve the quality of the transmission of lateral force from the leg to the ski and consequently the edge taking during a turn.
  • the reinforcement plate is provided with protrusions engaging holes in the collar.
  • the present invention aims to allow the instant modification of the characteristics of the shoe by means of an auxiliary part, such so that the shoe is reinforced on the side inside, either on the outside at the whim of the user.
  • the pair of auxiliary reinforcement parts according to the invention is characterized in that these parts auxiliaries consist of semi-rigid plates intended to be removably mounted on the collar, these plates being curved around a vertical axis and having an upper part and a part lower offset relative to the vertical axis and the upper part, on one side for one of the pieces and on the other side for the other auxiliary room, each of these auxiliary parts being the image reversed from the other room.
  • the shoes can also be used without the auxiliary parts, so that the skier thus has a third pair of shoes at neutral and more flexible behavior.
  • Auxiliary parts can be attached simply by clamping between the collar flaps. He is in in addition to ensuring their positioning by auxiliary means, for example by providing these plates of a mushroom hanging on with bayonet in a cutout in the upper flap of the collar and the if necessary, of a nipple coming to engage between two tabs constituting the upper flap.
  • Figure 1 is a view of the pair of parts auxiliaries.
  • Figure 2 shows, front view, a pair of shoes fitted with auxiliary parts of the figure 1, in a first position.
  • Figure 3 shows the same pair of shoes after reversing the auxiliary parts between the shoes.
  • Parts 1 and 2 shown in Figure 1 are made of semi-rigid plastic plates, for example polyurethane or PVC. These plates have the general shape of ⁇ and are curved around a vertical axis a so as to form a cylindrical surface extending over approximately 120 ° and having an upper part 11, respectively 21 and a lower part 12, respectively 22, the part 12 of the part 1 being offset to the right, relative to the axis of the part and to the upper part 11, while the lower part 22 is offset to the left relative to the axis a and the upper part 21.
  • the lateral edge of the upper part 11 is provided with a V-shaped notch 13.
  • the lateral edge of the part 21 of the part 2 is provided with a V-shaped notch 23.
  • the auxiliary parts are furthermore provided with a mushroom with a rectangular head 14, respectively 24, and a stud 15, respectively 25, situated below, vertically oriented, of the mushroom and on the same generatrix as the mushroom.
  • Figure 2 shows a pair of shoes consisting of a straight shoe 3 and a shoe left 4. These shoes have a collar 5, respectively 6, articulated on a shell so well known.
  • the collar 5 closes on the front of the leg by a lower flap 51 and a flap upper divided into two tabs 52 and 53.
  • the collar 5 can be closed and tightened with two loops 7 and 8.
  • the collar 6 of the shoe left has a bottom flap 61 and a flap upper divided into two tabs 62 and 63.
  • the collar 6 is closed and tightened by means of two loops 9 and 10.
  • the tongue upper 52 has a rectangular cutout 54 horizontally oriented.
  • the tongue 62 has a identical cut 64.
  • the shoes 3 and 4 are further equipped with auxiliary parts of reinforcement 1 and 2 in the position shown in the figure 1.
  • the piece reinforcing aid 1 is arranged between the flap lower 51 and the upper flap 52, 53 and it is attached to the tongue 52 of the upper flap by the bayonet attachment consisting of its mushroom 14 and of the cutout 54 of the tongue, the nipple 15 coming to engage between the tongues 52 and 53, such so that the top 11 of the room auxiliary extends across the front of the leg and partially on the outside of the shoe, while its offset lower part 12 extends over the inner side of the shoe toward the articulation of the collar and is supported by its lower edge against the shell of the shoe.
  • the auxiliary part 2 is fixed in the same way on the left shoe 4. Mounted in this way, the auxiliary parts 1 and 2 increase the rigidity of the shoe on the inside of the upper and improve leg support on edges interior of the ski.
  • the auxiliary parts could be supported by their lower edge on a range of the hull.
  • Figure 3 shows the same shoes in the same position after reversing the auxiliary parts 1 and 2.
  • the upper part 11, respectively 21 of auxiliary parts again extends to the front of the leg but partially on the inner side of the shoe, while the lower part 12, respectively 22 of these auxiliary parts, extends on the outside of the shoe, under the buckles of the necklace.
  • it is therefore the support on the side exterior of the shoe which is made more efficient and this is the leg support on the outside of the ski which is improved.
  • auxiliaries 1 and 2 Positioning and holding pieces in place auxiliaries 1 and 2 could be made from another way, for example by simple adhesion.
  • the plates could be in the general shape of or approaching.
