Description
- la figure 1 représente la coupe longitudinale d'une pompe hydraulique selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspective éclatée représentant l'agencement du barillet, de la glace de distribution et de l'entraíneur dans une pompe selon l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Pompe hydraulique à pistons (6) axiaux, comportant un barillet rotatif (3) à axe central (X) coopérant avec une glace de distribution (2) associée selon une surface d'appui (4) sensiblement perpendiculaire à cet axe (X), ledit barillet (3) présentant une pluralité de perçages axiaux (5) dans lesquels sont montés coulissants les pistons (6) correspondants, caractérisée en ce qu'un entraíneur (8) distinct du barillet (3) est prévu pour tourner selon un axe de rotation essentiellement confondu avec l'axe central (X), ledit entraíneur (8) assurant d'une part le centrage et l'entraínement en rotation du barillet (3) selon ledit axe de rotation (X), et d'autre part l'appui d'un moyen élastique (11) pressant la surface d'appui (4) du barillet (3) contre la glace de distribution (2).
- Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraíneur (8) reçoit le barillet (3) dans une partie creuse (31), et en ce qu'une portée (24) venue intérieurement sur l'entraíneur (8) centre le barillet (3) sur l'axe de rotation (X), laissant libre le coulissement axial du barillet (3) vis à vis de l'entraíneur (8).
- Pompe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la portée (24) est située sensiblement à mi-longueur axiale du barillet (3).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le centrage autorise un certain débattement angulaire du barillet (3) vis à vis de l'entraíneur (8).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la liaison en rotation du barillet (3) et de l'entraíneur (8) est assuré par des moyens mécaniques homologues en correspondance de forme portés par lesdits barillet (3) et entraíneur (8).
- Pompe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la liaison en rotation du barillet (3) et de l'entraíneur (8) est assurée par la coopération de deux ergots (28) symétriques venus sur l'un de ces éléments, avec des cavités homologues (29) pratiquées sur l'autre élément.
- Pompe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la liaison en rotation du barillet (3) et de l'entraíneur (8) est assurée par la coopération de cannelures venues sur l'un des éléments au niveau de la portée (24) avec des creux homologues pratiqués sur l'autre élément.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'entraíneur (8) possède une paroi transversale (10) sensiblement perpendiculaire à son axe de rotation (X), sur une face interne de laquelle est compressé le moyen élastique (11) d'appui du barillet (3) contre la glace de distribution (2).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les pistons axiaux (6) sont montés articulés sur un plateau rotatif (33) d'axe de rotation (Y) concourant avec l'axe (X) de l'entraíneur (8), caractérisée en ce que le plateau (33) est lié en rotation à l'entraíneur (8).
- Pompe selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la liaison en rotation est assurée à l'aide d'un engrenage conique (12,16).
- Pompe selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que le plateau (33) est solidaire en rotation avec l'arbre menant (14) de ladite pompe.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, dans laquelle les pistons axiaux (6) sont articulés au plateau (33) au moyen de biellettes (22) à extrémités sphériques (21,23), caractérisée en ce que le plateau (33) reçoit les extrémités des biellettes (21) dans des réceptacles (20) associés conformés qui sont maintenus sur le plateau (33) au moyen d'une bride circulaire (34) commune reliée au plateau (33) par une vis centrale (35).
