Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (4), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, auf einen Tambour (10) zu einer Wickelrolle (6), bei dem die Materialbahn (4) über einen Teilbereich einer Mantelfläche (5) einer Tragtrommel (2) geführt und zwischen der Tragtrommel (2) und dem Tambour (10) ein Wickelspalt (7) gebildet wird sowie die Tragtrommel (2) und die entstehende Wickelrolle (6) während des Wickelvorgangs weitestgehend miteinander in Kontakt gehalten werden.
Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verlauf der Linienkraft (L) im Wickelspalt (7) über die Tragtrommel (2) zonenweise eingestellt, vorzugsweise geregelt, wird.
