Claims (10)

  1. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) d'une jaquette (104) attachée à la surface d'un boítier (101) dans un emballage de disque optique de façon à monter les éléments graphiques (105) sur le boítier (101), ledit procédé comprenant :
    une étape d'ouverture complète d'un boítier (101), de resserrement de la longueur d'ouverture complète du boítier (101), et de déplacement de la jaquette (104) attachée à la surface du boítier (101) en éloignement de la surface du boítier (101) ;
    une étape d'insertion des éléments graphiques (105), qui sont formés et maintenus de façon à présenter un rétrécissement, dans un espace (108) défini entre la surface du boítier (101) et la jaquette (104), et de positionnement des éléments graphiques (105) dans l'espace (108) à un emplacement donné, dans lequel la jaquette rétrécie des éléments graphiques (105) est maintenue de manière sure au niveau de ses marges latérales par une paire de plateaux de serrage (121) tout en étant élargie à sa largeur finale et jusqu'à ce que le boítier (101) entièrement ouvert soit étiré en largeur jà un emplacement où la jaquette des éléments graphiques (105) est solidement fixée par coopération de la jaquette (104) et de la surface du boítier (101) ; et
    une étape d'avancée du boítier (101) dans lequel les éléments graphiques (105) sont insérés et maintenus.
  2. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le boítier (101) comprend un corps (101a) de boítier (101) et un corps de couvercle (101b) qui peuvent être fermés en interrelation au moyen d'une section de charnière (101c).
  3. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les éléments graphiques (105) sont insérés dans l'espace (108) par déplacement du boítier (101) lorsque les éléments graphiques (105) sont insérés dans l'espace (108).
  4. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les éléments graphiques (105) présentent une forme sensiblement en S et sont formés avec une largeur rétrécie.
  5. Procédé d'insertion des éléments graphiques (105) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel une partie voisine du centre de la jaquette (104) est aspirée vers le bas tandis que la jaquette (104) est positionnée au niveau du côté inférieur alors que la jaquette (104) est déplacée en éloignement de la surface du boítier (101).
  6. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel une ouverture d'insertion de l'espace (108) à travers laquelle les éléments graphiques (105) sont insérés est formée sensiblement en forme de losange.
  7. Procédé d'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape d'insertion des éléments graphiques (105), qui sont formés et maintenus de façon à présenter un rétrécissement en largeur, dans un espace (108) défini entre la surface du boítier (101) et la jaquette (104), et de positionnement de manière sure les éléments graphiques (105) dans l'espace (108) à un emplacement donné, l'étape d'insertion et de maintien des éléments graphiques (105) dans l'espace (108) de manière sure alors que les éléments graphiques (105) présentent un élargissement en largeur dans l'espace (108), et l'étape d'avancée du boítier (101) dans lequel les éléments graphiques (105) sont insérés et maintenus sont effectuées sur une table tournante qui est entraínée en rotation intermittente.
  8. Appareil pour l'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) à l'intérieur d'une jaquette (104) attachée à la surface du boítier (101) dans un emballage de disque optique de façon à monter les éléments graphiques (105) sur le boítier (101), ledit appareil comprenant :
    une section d'ouverture complète de boítier (101) pour ouvrir entièrement un boítier (101), de resserrement de la longueur d'ouverture complète du boítier (101), et de déplacement de la jaquette (104) attachée à la surface du boítier (101) en éloignement de la surface du boítier (101) ;
    une section d'insertion d'éléments graphiques pour l'insertion des éléments graphiques (105) dans un espace (108) défini entre la surface du boítier (101) et la jaquette (104), et le positionnement des éléments graphiques (105) dans l'espace (108) à un emplacement donné ;
       caractérisé par une paire de plateaux de serrage (121) pour maintenir les éléments graphiques (105) au niveau de leurs marges latérales alors qu'ils sont de nouveau élargis.
  9. Appareil pour l'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 8, comprenant, en outre, un mécanisme de formation pour la formation et le maintien des éléments graphiques (105) de sensiblement en forme de S de façon présenter un rétrécissement formé à l'avance.
  10. Appareil pour l'insertion d'éléments graphiques (105) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le mécanisme de formation est entraíné en rotation intermittente par une table tournante.
