Claims (5)
- Folienabzugsvorrichtung für die Verpackungsfolie einer Verpackungsmaschine, insbesondere einer Beutelverpackungsmaschine, mit folgenden, in Transportrichtung der Folie aufeinanderfolgenden Elementen:eine auf einer waagrechten Achse (3) frei rotierende Folienrolle (1),ein Folienspeicher (4) für dem Ausgleich der geförderten Folienbahnlängen,ein angetriebenes Folienvorschubwalzenpaar (9) für die gesteuerte Förderung von genauen Folienabschnitten,eine aus Formatschulter (13) und Formatrohr (14) bestehender Formatteil (15),ein aus zwei , gegen das Formatrohr (14) gedrückte, angetriebene Folienabzugsriemen (17) bestehendes Folienabzugsriemenpaar (18),
das Folienvorschubwalzenpaar (9) mit einem Servomotor (12) für eine präzise Abschnittlänge mit genauem, hochdynamischem Ablaufprofil angetrieben wird, und dass das Folienabzugsriemenpaar (18) mit mindestens einem momentengeregelten Motor (19) angetrieben wird, welcher in der Lage ist, die Abzugsriemen (17) des Folienabzugsriemenpaares (18) gegenüber der Verpackungsfolie (2) immer im Vorlauf, unabhängig von der Vorschubshöhe des Folienvorschubwalzenpaares (9), zu halten und damit, ohne gegenüber der Folie (2) zu gleiten, auf sie kontinuierlich einen Zug auszuüben. - Folienabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jeder der zwei das Folienabzugsriemenpaar (18) bildenden Folienabzugsriemen (17) mit einem momentengeregelten Motor (19) angetrieben wird und dass die beiden Motoren (19) zueinander synchron laufen. - Folienabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Zugkraft des mindestens einen Motors (19) des Folienabzugsriemenpaares (18) grösser ist als die Reibung der Verpackungsfolie (2) auf der Formatschulter (13), summiert mit der Reibung der zwei Folienabzugsriemen (17) und summiert mit einer bestimmten Kraftreserve, welcher der Anspannungskraft der Folie (2), wenn das Folienvorschubwalzenpaar (9) stillsteht, entspricht. - Folienabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der mindestens eine Motor (19), bzw. die zwei Motoren (19), des Folienabzugswalzenpaares (18), bzw. der Folienabzugsriemen (17), immer schneller läuft, bzw. laufen, und dynamischer ist, bzw. sind, als der Motor (12) des Folienvorschubwalzenpaares (9). - Folienabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Folienabzugriemenpaar (18) für die Bildung von versiegelten Kanten eines Standbeutels in senkrechter Richtung auf und ab längs einer bestimmten Strecke bewegt wird und dass auch während der Aufwärtsbewegung des Folienabzugriemenpaares (18) der mindestens eine momentengeregelte Motor (19) die Folienabzugsriemen (17) immer unter Spannung, unabhängig von der
