Description
- un magasin pour pièces de support et/ou de suspension, initialement disposées à plat ;
- un magasin pour échantillons de produits souples en feuille, de grande dimension ;
- au moins un magasin pour autres échantillons de produits souples en feuille, de plus petite dimension ;
- un plateau mobile horizontalement entre le magasin pour échantillons de grande dimension, et le ou les magasins pour échantillons de plus petite dimension, associé à des moyens motorisés d'entraínement en translation ;
- des moyens de prise, une à une, des pièces de support et/ou de suspension dans leur magasin pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile ;
- des moyens de prise et de transfert, un à un, des échantillons de grande dimension, pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile ayant déjà reçu une pièce de support et/ou de préhension ;
- des moyens de prise et de transfert, un à un, des échantillons de plus petite dimension, pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile dans des positions prédéterminées par rapport à un échantillon de grande dimension précédemment posé ;
- des moyens de pliage des pièces de support et/ou de suspension, précédemment posées sur le plateau mobile ;
- des moyens d'agrafage pour l'assemblage d'une pièce de support et/ou de suspension pliée, avec un échantillon de grande dimension et plusieurs échantillons de plus petite dimension ;
- des moyens d'évacuation des assemblages ainsi réalisés ; et
- des moyens de commande automatique synchronisée des moyens précités, selon un cycle prédéterminé.
- La barre de transfert 25 porte un premier bras latéral 26, équipé d'un organe de prise 27 à griffes, par exemple un organe de prise à quatre griffes rétractables 28, prévu pour la préhension des échantillons 4 de plus petite dimension dans les paniers 21 du magasin rotatif 17, et leur pose sur le plateau intermédiaire 13.
- La barre de transfert 25 porte un deuxième bras latéral 29, équipé d'un organe de prise 30 agissant par aspiration, plus particulièrement à ventouses, prévu pour reprendre les échantillons 4 de plus petite dimension posés sur le plateau intermédiaire 13.
- La barre de transfert 25 porte encore un troisième bras latéral 31, situé à l'opposé du premier bras 26 et équipé d'un autre organe de prise 32 à griffes, par exemple un organe de prise à six ou neuf griffes rétractables 33, prévu pour la préhension des échantillons 3 de plus grande dimension dans le magasin fixe 14.
- par des modifications de détail des magasins et/ou des divers mécanismes de la machine ;
- par le recours à tous moyens équivalents, par exemple en remplaçant les organes de prise à griffes rétractables ou à adhésif par des organes de prise à ventouses ;
- par l'adjonction de tous dispositifs auxiliaires, pour le contrôle du fonctionnement de la machine, par exemple le contrôle du niveau des objets empilés dans les différents magasins, et/ou pour la sécurité, par exemple sous forme de barrières lumineuses à cellules photoélectriques dans les zones dangereuses de la machine ;
- par une modification du nombre des échantillons de tissu regroupés, et une adaptation correspondante du fonctionnement de la machine ;
- par une application de cette machine à des regroupements d'échantillons de produits souples autres, tels que des échantillons de papiers peints ou de moquette.
Claims (11)
- Machine automatique pour le regroupement d'échantillons de produits souples en feuille, plus particulièrement pour le regroupement d'un échantillon (3) de plus grande dimension, et de plusieurs autres échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension, superposés et décalés, et réunis par l'un de leurs bords à une pièce de support et/ou de suspension (5) relativement rigide, pliée sur elle-même de manière à enserrer l'empilement d'échantillons (3, 4), l'assemblage des échantillons (3, 4) empilés et de la pièce de support et/ou de suspension (5) étant réalisé au moyen d'agrafes (6), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, en combinaison :un magasin (35) pour pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5), initialement disposées à plat ;un magasin (14) pour échantillons (3) de produits souples en feuille, de grande dimension ;au moins un autre magasin (17) pour autres échantillons (4) de produits souples en feuille, de plus petite dimension ;un plateau (10) mobile horizontalement entre le magasin (14) pour échantillons (3) de grande dimension, et le ou les magasins (17) pour échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension, associé à des moyens motorisés d'entraínement en translation (11, 12) ;des moyens de prise (36), une à une, des pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5) dans leur magasin (35), pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile (10) ;des moyens de prise et de transfert (23, 32), un à un, des échantillons (3) de grande dimension, pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile (10) ayant déjà reçu une pièce de support et de préhension (5) ;des moyens de prise et de transfert (23, 27, 30), un à un, des échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension, pour leur pose sur le plateau mobile (10) dans des positions prédéterminées par rapport à un échantillon (3) de grande dimension préalablement posé ;des moyens de pliage (39) des pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5), précédemment posées sur le plateau mobile (10) ;des moyens d'agrafage (44) pour l'assemblage d'une pièce de support et/ou de suspension (5) pliée, avec un échantillon (3) de grande dimension et plusieurs échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension ;des moyens d'évacuation (45 à 49) des assemblages ainsi réalisés ; etdes moyens (50) de commande automatique synchronisée des moyens précités, selon un cycle prédéterminé.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, pour les échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension, un magasin rotatif (17), monté autour d'un axe vertical (19) et associé à des moyens motorisés (22) d'entraínement en rotation, qui porte des paniers (21) répartis angulairement sur sa circonférence et prévus pour recevoir chacun des échantillons (4) d'un type donné, chaque panier (21) étant apte à être amené dans une position de prélèvement des échantillons correspondants par les moyens de prise et de transfert (23) précités.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le magasin pour échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension est un magasin unique, fixe, dans lequel les échantillons (4) sont empilés de façon correspondant à leur ordre de succession dans les regroupements à réaliser.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens motorisés (11, 12) d'entraínement en translation du plateau mobile (10) sont prévus pour amener successivement ce plateau (10) dans des positions d'arrêt décalées les unes par rapport aux autres d'une manière programmée, à chaque position d'arrêt correspondant la pose, par les moyens de prise et de transfert (27), d'un type donné d'échantillons (4) extrait du magasin rotatif (17), ou autre magasin pour échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de prise et de transfert des échantillons (3, 4) sont constitués par des dispositifs de préhension (27, 30, 32 ; 53 à 57) à griffes rétractables (28, 33), à ventouses ou à adhésif (52), montés mobiles horizontalement et verticalement.
- Machine selon les revendications 2 et 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend encore un plateau intermédiaire fixe (13) et en ce que les moyens de prise et de transfert (23) comprennent une barre de transfert (25) horizontale qui porte :un premier bras latéral (26) équipé d'un organe de prise (27), prévu pour la préhension des échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension dans les paniers (21) du magasin rotatif (17) , et leur pose sur le plateau intermédiaire (13) ;un deuxième bras latéral (29) équipé d'un organe de prise (30) prévu pour reprendre les échantillons (4) de plus petite dimension posés sur le plateau intermédiaire (13) ;un troisième bras latéral (31) situé à l'opposé du premier bras (26) et équipé d'un organe de prise (32), prévu pour la préhension des échantillons (3) de plus grande dimension dans leur magasin (14).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend encore des moyens (58) pour la séparation de deux ou plusieurs échantillons (3, 4), éventuellement prélevés de façon simultanée dans un magasin (14, 17) par les moyens de prise, ces moyens de séparation (58) étant constitués, de préférence, par des brosses (59) ou des aiguilles aptes à être avancées ou rétractées par des actionneurs, tels que vérins (60).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus, pour la manipulation des pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5), des moyens de préhension (36) notamment, à ventouses (38), qui prélèvent ces pièces (5) dans leur magasin (35), et qui les posent à plat sur le plateau mobile (10).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de pliage (39) desdites pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5) sont regroupés avec les moyens d'agrafage (44) à un même poste de travail, les moyens de pliage (39) comportant des organes de pliage mécaniques (40) actionnés par un vérin (41), complétés par des barrettes mobiles (42) aptes à être momentanément introduites au niveau de la ligne de pliage (51).
- Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'agrafage comprennent une agrafeuse simple ou multiple (44), portée par un support mobile transversalement sur des guides, l'agrafeuse (44) et son support étant actionnés par des moyens motorisés.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'évacuation des produits finis (2), que constituent les assemblages d'échantillons réalisés, comprennent, dans le cas de pièces de support et/ou de suspension (5) avec partie formant crochet (7), une glissière descendante (45) prévue pour recevoir et guider cette partie formant crochet (7), combinée avec un moyen d'accrochage motorisé (46 à 49) assurant, à un poste d'éjection, l'engagement de chaque produit fini (2) sur la glissière (45), à son point de départ supérieur.
