Abstract
Claims (8)
- Commutateur étoile-triangle dans lequel la partie d'entraínement comprend deux armatures fixes (1) qui supportent des bobines (4, 5) fixées au moyen de supports spéciaux (3), caractérisé en ce que ces armatures sont séparées par une plaque d'écartement (6) qui sert en même temps de guide à une armature commune (2), avec une ouverture (c) à laquelle le support métallique mobile correspond de telle manière que les mouvements de l'armature (2) soient limités.
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon la première revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'un support métallique mobile (7) se déplace verticalement le long des rainures de l'enveloppe (32) et que sa partie inférieure (14) est conçue pour le montage de la tête ronde (15) d'un levier de transmission (8).
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors du montage des carcasses des bobines (4, 5) sur l'armature (1), les deux supports amovibles (3) peuvent être bloqués par les deux saillies correspondantes (16) se trouvant sur les bobines (4, 5).
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le levier de transmission (8) est mobile grâce à la pièce centrale épaisse et ronde ( 17), qui se déplace dans un palier lisse semi-circulaire de l'enveloppe (18) ainsi que dans un palier lisse amovible (19), fixé au moyen d'une bague élastique d'acier à action brusque (20) dans la rainure de l'enveloppe, tandis que les deux têtes rondes (15, 21), sur les côtés du levier de transmission (8), permettent les mouvements verticaux des pièces mobiles et le décalage horizontal.
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de contact a deux positions de marche et une position de coupure, trois bornes d'entrée (L1, L2, L3) étant placées d'un côté et six bornes de sortie (U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2) de l'autre côté du commutateur, de telle manière que les contacts fixes doubles (22) sur deux lignes aient seulement un point de connexion commun (23) par phase.
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, en raison de leur double fonction, les contacts mobiles (11) sont montés entre des ressorts (24), et que le point neutre (13) est situé dans un compartiment isolant (25) de manière à couvrir les trois zones de phases (26), d'une manière qui est permise par la forme spéciale des contacts mobiles (10).
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la commande des bobines d'entraínement (4, 5) se fait, au moyen de fils posés le long du joint de la cloison porteuse (27), vers une partie des éléments de commande (28) et des bornes (29), tandis que la position neutre - ARRÊT - du commutateur est rendue active par des ressorts (33).
- Commutateur étoile-triangle selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dessus (30) du commutateur fixe aussi les pièces idolantes de recouvrement latérales (31) des contacts fixes (L1, L2, L3 et U, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2) avec des ouvertures pour les bornes de puissance introduites dans des rainures correspondantes (32) de l'enveloppe.
