Abstract

Ovaj uredaj se odnosi na relejni element za prebacivanje sa (vezivanje) zvezde na trougao koji omogucava ukljucivanje, startovanje i rad asinhronih elektromotora i uspesno zamenjuje postojece verzije kombinacije kontaktora za regulaciju rada asinhronih motora cija snaga prelazi 4 Kw. Konstruktivni koncept releja iz ovog izuma obezbeduje tri nezavisna polozaja preko prenosnih elemenata koji se prenosi u deo kontakta gde pokretni nosac fleksibilnih kontakata svojim pomeranjem zatvara odgovarajuce kontakte, koji prvo obezbeduju napajanje elektromotora preko zvezde (Y) sa reverzibilnim spojem za tacku zvezde, i onda posle isteka izvesnog vremena, napajanje preko trougla (D). Ovo se postize na takav nacin sto se pogonski element sastoji od dva fiksna (nepokretna) jezgra (1) koja nose, povezana specijalnim ramovima (3), namotaje (kaleme) (4 i 5), razdvojene odstojnom plocicom (6), koja istovremeno sluzi i kao vodica spojnog (pokretnog) jezgra (2) sa otvorom © u koji ulazi pokretni metalni nosac tako da je pokretno jezgro (2) ograniceno u svom pomeranju (hodu).
