Definitions
- the present invention relates to flexible packaging, in particular a packaging tube, with a container body containing a container body opening, in particular one Tube tube, made of a film composite with an inner layer each containing a cover layer and outer outer film, and with a hinged lid closure made in one piece, containing a tubular closure neck with a pouring opening and one Closure neck opening, and one connected to the closure neck via a hinge Hinged lid, and a method for its production.
- Hinged lid closures can be quick and easy, for example and operate with one hand.
- the hinged lid also remains on the packaging after opening attached so that it cannot get lost.
- a known packaging tube with a hinged lid closure contains e.g. a container body resp. a tube and an opening containing and by welding or Sealing the end part attached and manufactured separately Polyethylene.
- the headboard is usually with a screw thread for attaching one Hinged lid closure equipped, the hinged lid closure on the headboard the packaging tube is screwed on.
- the positive connection between the packaging container and hinged lid closure allows the individual design of each Packaging elements with regard to the materials used.
- the packaging tube described is complex to manufacture, however, must with the tube tube, the head part and the hinged lid closure at least three separate Parts manufactured and in additional procedural steps to a complete packaging tube be brought together.
- EP 496 704 B1 describes, for example, a packaging tube with a tube and a headboard.
- the tubular body consists of a three-layer composite laminate an intermediate layer or film with a barrier effect against gases and water vapor, on both sides covered with layers of polyethylene.
- the headboard contains a shoulder part as well an opening and carries a thread for receiving a screw cap.
- the headboard consists of a polyethylene processed by means of injection molding technology and is by means of Welded connection connected to the tubular body.
- packaging tubes are known in which the container body together with the Hinged lid closure is made in one piece using injection molding technology.
- the wall Due to the manufacturing process, the tube body consists of a single continuous section Plastic layer and therefore usually has an unsatisfactory barrier effect against volatile substances such as gases and water vapor.
- US 5,036,889 further describes a packaging tube with a container body a film composite with outer layers of polyethylene and one in the container body integrated shoulder part.
- a hinged lid closure molded in one piece made of polyethylene is sealed to the container body with the shoulder part.
- hinged lid closures made of polyethylene is often not satisfying. This has the effect that the hinged lid with the lock neck connecting hinge suffers from increased susceptibility to breakage.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of flexible packaging, in particular a packaging tube, with a break and bend-resistant hinged lid closure, which are made from as few individual parts as possible and are therefore simple and inexpensive is in their manufacture.
- the object is achieved in that the hinged lid closure is formed an overlap area is placed on the container body opening and a full, annular wall section of the closure neck opening with at least an outer film of the container body forms a flat welded or sealed connection and the hinged lid closure at least in its outer layers and the Overlap area facing outer film or top layer made of a polypropylene, Co or terpolymer of polypropylene or polyblend of polypropylene.

- the overlapping area is expediently brought together by an intermeshing of the closure neck with the container body.
- the locking neck engages in the container body opening, so that the contents of the package facing inner outer film resp. the inner cover film of the container body with forms an overlap area of the outer wall of the closure neck.
- closure neck is put over the container body opening, so that the outer outer film facing away from the packaging content resp. their outer cover film of the container body with the inner wall of the closure neck forms an overlap area.
- the container body engages in an annular, cross-sectionally fork-like Recess of the closure neck, two ring-shaped forming a groove Thigh strips of the closure neck with the two outer films of the container body form an overlap area.
- the closure neck can be in the region of the closure neck opening on both sides of foils or foil composites of the container body-foil composite be overlapped so that the closure neck is connected between two foils or foils of the container body-film composite engages.
- the container body-film composite in this case has a separation along a in the area of the container body opening Connection surface between two foils or foil composites over a certain surface section on, which also defines the overlap area.
- the hinged lid lock and the packaging container are in the overlap area expediently connected to one another by means of a flat sealing or welded connection.
