In other words, when centering legs (6) are leant on inner lateral surface (10) of air-gas mixture chamber (28), then burner tap (2) becomes centered with longitudinal axis of injector (7).
  • centering legs (6) do not necessarily have an inclined edge (29); legs (6) could lean against lateral inner surface (10) of mixture chamber (28) by extending downwards, with their side edges for example ( Figure 6).

Assembling splits (15) it has, provide its getting locked by a simple turning movement, after locking sheet (5) is passed over the centering elements (12) and locking extensions (16), which were passed through inferior central gap (18) ( Figure 3).

Claims (19)

  1. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond comprenant une plaque de brûleur à tirage profond (1), une chambre de mélange air - gaz (28) qui est façonnée par déformation de la plaque de brûleur (1), un dessus de brûleur (2) qui est placé sur la chambre de mélange air - gaz (28), une ouverture centrale (8) dans le dessus de brûleur (2) et une ouverture centrale inférieure (18) dans la plaque de brûleur (1), caractérisé par plus d'un logement de bonne mise en place (3) sur la plaque de brûleur, plus d'une jambe d'assise (23) sur le dessus de brûleur (2) qui s'engrènent dans les logements de bonne mise en place (3) et empêchent le mouvement horizontal du dessus de brûleur (2) et plus d'une jambe de centrage (6) sur le dessus de brûleur (2) qui touchent les parois latérales (30) de la chambre de mélange air - gaz (28) et garantissent l'alignement de l'ouverture centrale (8) et de l'ouverture centrale inférieure (18).
  2. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) de la chambre de mélange (28) a un profil en coupe qui va en s'élargissant vers le haut à partir du fond de la chambre (28).
  3. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune des jambes de centrage (6) a un bord incliné qui se trouve si près de la surface latérale intérieure (10) de la chambre de mélange air - gaz (28) qu'il la touche presque, l'inclinaison des jambes étant identiques à celle de la paroi latérale (30) de la chambre de mélange, et en ce que le dessus de brûleur (2) repose dans les logements de bonne mise en place (3) sur la plaque de brûleur (1).
  4. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) de la chambre de mélange (28) a un profil en coupe verticale.
  5. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les jambes de centrage (6) s'étendent vers le bas soit verticalement soit avec une certaine inclinaison et touchent la surface latérale intérieure (10) de la chambre de mélange (28) ou s'appuient contre elle.
  6. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support de gicleur (4) a des éléments de centrage (12) s'étendant verticalement vers une surface d'appui (22) située au niveau du support de gicleur (4) et passant à travers les ouvertures (19) pratiquées autour de l'ouverture centrale inférieure (18) de la chambre de mélange (28) et en ce que le support de gicleur présente également une pièce formant prolongement de verrouillage (16) passant à travers l'ouverture centrale inférieure (18) de la chambre de mélange (28).
  7. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de centrage (12) sont au nombre de deux.
  8. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de centrage (12) sont des clavettes cylindriques.
  9. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce formant prolongement de verrouillage (16) a des cannelures en griffe (17) sur ses deux côtés.
  10. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une tôle de verrouillage en forme d'anneau (5) passe par-dessus les éléments de centrage (12) et la pièce formant prolongement de verrouillage (16), qui traversent lesdites ouvertures, à partir de la face interne de la chambre de mélange (28), et se verrouillent par une rotation d'un nombre donné de degrés autour de son propre axe, constitué par des griffes de verrouillage (13) sur son bord interne qui ont une forme s'accordant avec celle des cannelures en griffe (17) sur la pièce formant prolongement de verrouillage (16) et sur son bord extérieur une arête de retenue (14) qui limite l'angle de rotation en l'appuyant sur les éléments de centrage (12) et sur des fentes d'assemblage mutuellement ouvertes.
  11. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de jambes d'assise (23) est égal au nombre de logements de bonne mise en place (3).
  12. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les jambes d'assise (23) sont au nombre de trois.
  13. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que les jambes d'assise (23) ont entre elles des intervalles angulaires égaux.
  14. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les jambes de centrage (6) sont au nombre de trois.
  15. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les jambes de centrage (6) ont entre elles des intervalles angulaires égaux.
  16. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les jambes de centrage (6) sont placées de manière telle qu'une jambe se trouve sur la ligne qui unit chaque jambe d'assise (23) au centre du dessus de brûleur (2).
  17. Mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon les revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un support de gicleur de gaz (14) qui est fixé par centrage sur l'ouverture centrale inférieure (18).
  18. Utilisation d'un mécanisme de brûleur à tirage profond selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans un appareil de cuisson au gaz domestique.
  19. Utilisation selon la revendication 18, dans laquelle l'appareil de cuisson a une plaque de brûleur constituée par au moins un brûleur à gaz en forme de pot.
