Claims (3)
- Flüssigkeitsgekühlte Zylinderlaufbüchse für Brennkraftmaschinen, bei welcher ein Kühlkanal in den Bund der Zylinderlaufbüchse integriert ist und die einem Zylinderkopf zugewandte Stirnfläche des Bundes als Dichtfläche für eine Zylinderkopfdichtung ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Kühlwasserzulauf bzw. Kühlwasserablauf in den Längsseiten des Kurbelgehäuses (1) je Zylinder mindestens eine Querbohrung (3) und im Bund (6) der Zylinderlaufbüchse (7) eine mit dieser Querbohrung (3) fluchtende Kühlwasserbohrung (4) vorgesehen ist, und daß die Abdichtung der Kühlwasserbohrung (4) gegen den Austritt von Kühlwasser durch baugleiche Dichtelemente (8) erfolgt.
- Zylinderlaufbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (8) aus einem Grundkörper (18) mit Bohrung (19) und einem umlaufenden, auf dem Grundkörper (18) aufvulkanisierten Dichtring (10) gebildet wird, wobei die Krümmung des Grundkörpers (18) der Außenkontur des Bundes (6) angepaßt ist, und daß die Kühlwasserbohrung (4) als eine zylindrische Ausnehmung (17) ausgebildet ist, gegen welche der Dichtring (10) mittels einer in die Querbohrung (3) eingeschraubten Hülse gepreßt wird.
- Zylinderlaufbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (8) aus einer in Spritzgußtechnik gefertigten inneren Hülse (12a) gebildet wird, wobei die dem Bund (6) zugewandte Oberfläche der Hülse der Außenkontur des Bundes (6) angepaßt ist, und zur Aufnahme des Dichtringes ( 10) eine in die innere Hülse (12a) eingeformte, umlaufende Nut (12c) aufweist, und die innere Hülse (12a) yon einer in Metall gefertigten äußeren Hülse (12b) umgeben wird, welche an der dem Bund (6) abgewandten Stirnseite umgebördelt ist und daß der umgebördelte Teil zwei Bohrungen (16a, 16b) aufweist, welche dem orientierten Einbau in die Kühlwasserbohrungen (4) dient.
