Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Leitungsverbinder (24) zur Verbindung eines ersten Kontaktbereiches (1) auf einer ersten Anschlußebene (3) einer ersten elektrischen Baugruppe (5) mit einem zweiten Kontaktbereich (2) auf einer zweiten Anschlußebene (4) einer zweiten elektrischen Baugruppe (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Leitungsverbinder (24) je eine an den Anschlußebenen (3, 4) elastisch federnd und dichtend anliegende, den jeweiligen Kontaktbereich (1, 2) umschließende Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) vorgesehen ist. - Leitungsverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltenbalgdichtungen (7, 8) Längsachsen (9, 10) aufweisen, die senkrecht zur jeweiligen Anschlußebene (3, 4) liegen. - Leitungsverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) zwei parallel zur Anschlußebene (3, 4) verlaufende innenliegende Falten (11) aufweist, zwischen denen eine parallel dazu verlaufende außenliegende Falte (12) angeordnet ist. - Leitungsverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Anlageebene (3, 4) am nächsten liegende Falte eine innenliegende Falte (11) ist, von der aus sich die Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) in Richtung der Anschlußebene (3, 4) gemessen, radial bezüglich der Längsachse (9, 10) erweitert. - Leitungsverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) eine etwa linienförmige Dichtfläche (13) an der Anlageebene (3, 4) aufweist, wobei die linienförmige Dichtfläche (13) vorzugsweise einen gerundeten Verlauf aufweist und die Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) im Bereich der Dichtfläche (13) einen vorzugsweise gerundeten Querschnitt aufweist. - Leitungsverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falten (11, 12) einen gerundeten Querschnitt aufweisen. - Leitungsverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsverbinder (24) einen von einer elastischen Vergußmasse (14) umschlossenen Grundkörper (15) umfaßt und daß die Faltenbalgdichtungen (7, 8) einteilig mit der Vergußmasse (14) auf dem Wege des Spritzgießens hergestellt sind, wobei die Vergußmasse (14) vorzugsweise zusammen mit den Faltenbalgdichtungen (7, 8) aus einem insbesondere transparenten, gummiartigen Kunststoff (16) besteht. - Leitungsverbinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (15) eine Leiterkarte (17) mit Leiterbahnen (18) ist, wobei auf den Leiterbahnen (17) vorzugsweise elektronische Komponenten (19), insbesondere in SMD-Bauweise angeordnet sind. - Leitungsverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontaktbereich (1, 2) als klemmender Steckverbinder (20) mit einem Stecker (21) und einer den Stecker (21) aufnehmenden Kupplung (22) ausgebildet ist, dessen Klemmkraft größer ist als die Federkraft der Faltenbalgdichtung (7, 8) und vorzugsweise die zweite elektrische Baugruppe (6) ein Stromverbraucher (23) ist, wobei der Stecker (21) an der zweiten elektrischen Baugruppe (6) und die Kupplung (22) insbesondere am Leitungsverbinder (24) vorgesehen ist. - Leitungsverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontaktbereich (1, 2) mehrere Einzelkontakte (25, 26) aufweist.
