folgt eine Fadenklemme 5, die zum Spannen des Bindefadens 3
vorgesehen ist, und daran anschliessend folgt eine Fadenausgleichsvorrichtung
6, um die Fadenlänge ausgleichen resp. korrigieren
zu können. Weiterhin ist auf der Ueberführungsstrecke
2 ein Fadenwächter 7 vorgesehen, der die Existenz eines Bindefadens
3 in der Ueberführungsstrecke 2 überwacht. Letztlich ist
vor der Nähnadel 1 ein Fadenspanner 8 vorgesehen, der auch für
den Fadenvorrat eines Nähzykluses' sorgt. All diesen Handhabungsorganen
4 bis 8 ist jeweils eine Förderleitung 9 zugeordnet,
die als geschlossener Förderkanal und fadeneintrittsseitig
eine erweiterte Zutrittsöffnung 10 aufweist, wie dies die Fig.
3 und 4 zeigen. Ueber die Zutrittsöffnung 10 wird der Bindefaden
3 mit dem vorderen Ende eingefädelt und von da aus mittels
der Förderleitung 9 über einen Anschlussstutzen 11 zugeführter
Druckluft weitergefördert. Die Anschlussstutzen 11, die einen
geringeren Förderquerschnitt als die Förderleitung 9 aufweisen
und mit der Förderrichtung T einen spitzen Winkel α bilden,
sind den Fig. 3 und 4 entnehmbar. Gemäss Fig. 4 erfolgt die
Luftzuführung über den Anschlussstutzen 11 etwa achsial zum
Förderquerschnitt einer Förderleitung 9. Der Luftstrom könnte
jedoch auch versetzt zum Förderquerschnitt angeordnet sein, sodass
eine drallartige Luftströmung entsteht. Die Mündung der
Druckluft ist anschliessend an die Zutrittsöffnung 10 einer
Förderleitung vorgesehen und bewirkt vor der Mündung einen die
Förderung begünstigenden Unterdruck.
Fig. 3 veranschaulicht mehrere nebeneinander an einem Träger 12
befestigte Förderleitungen 9 einer Hefteinheit. Diese Förderleitungen
9, von denen jede einem Handhabungsorgan 4 bis 8 einer
Ueberführungsstrecke 2, beispielsweise der Fadenausgleichsvorrichtung
6 zugeordnet resp. vorgeschaltet ist, ist an eine
Druckluftleitung 13 einer Druckluftquelle 14 angeschlossen. Jeder
Förderleitung 9 ist ein Druckluftleitungsabschnitt 15 zugeordnet,
in dem ein Regelventil 16 zur individuellen Luftzufuhr
auf die Förderleitungen 9 vorgesehen ist.
Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, die von der Druckluftquelle
14 abgegebene Druckluft, bei geöffneten Regelventilen 16, über
ein vorgeschaltetes Regelventil 17 zu steuern bzw. etwa gleichmässig
zu verteilen. 2, a

Handhabungsorgane 4 bis 8 zwischen Einzieh- und Betriebslage
erheblich abweicht. Insbesondere tritt eine erheblich geänderte
Ausrichtung der Handhabungsorgane ein, sodass die Förderleitungen
9, angepasst an die Lageänderungen entsprechend orts-
und/oder lageversetzbar ausgebildet sein müssen. Zudem ist es
erforderlich, dass die Druckluftleitung 17 und -abschnitte 15
durch Schläuche vorgesehen sind, die Bewegungen der Förderleitungen
9 bei deren Verlagerung kompensieren können. Selbstverständlich
können die Förderleitungen 9 auch eine gekrümmte Erstreckungsform
aufweisen und an ihren Enden mit den Bindefaden
3 aufnehmenden Umlenkrollen 18 ausgestattet sein, insbesondere
dort, wo die Förderleitungen 9 um eine Achse 20 verschwenkbar
