Claims (10)
- Anlage für die Oberflächenbehandlung eines Metallstranges, insbesondere zum Beizen eines Stahlbandes, mit einem für den in Längsrichtung bewegten Metallstrang gebildeten Behandlungskanal und mit zur Oberfläche des Metallstranges einstellbaren Spritzdüsen, die an ein Düsenrohr für die Zufuhr der Behandlungsflüssigkeit angeschlossen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch eine Bodenausmauerung (7) und Seitenwände gebildete Behandlungskanal-Querschnitt (3a) an der Oberseite (3b) mittels eines Schwimmkörpers (8) begrenzt ist und dass die Spritzdüsen (4) jeweils von einer nach unten auf den Metallstrang (1) gerichteten, steilen Stellung (9) bis in einen zwischen dem Metallstrang (1) und dem Schwimmkörper (8) gebildeten Behandlungskanal (3) unter einem spitzen, flachen Winkel (10) mit Spritzrichtung (11) entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung (12) des Metallstrangs (1) einstellbar sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmkörper (8) auf der Seite der Spritzdüsenreihe (4a) eine von oben nach unten zurückspringende Schräge (8a) bildet. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (5) etwa unterhalb der Schräge (8a) des Schwimmkörpers (8) verläuft. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (5) über eine Drehdichtung (13) an eine Druckleitung (14) für die Zufuhr der Behandlungsflüssigkeit (6) angeschlossen ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehdichtung (13) zwischen einem ersten Flansch (14a) der Druckleitung (14) und einem zweiten Flansch (15a) eines Behälters (15) mittels eines mittleren, dritten Flansches (5a) des Düsenrohrs (5) gebildet ist. - Anlage nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem mittleren, dritten Flansch (5a) des Düsenrohrs (5) zumindest zwei konzentrische Ringdichtungen (16) beidseitig zu dem ersten Flansch (14a) und zu dem zweiten Flansch (15a) angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Flansch (14a) der Druckleitung (14) und der zweite Flansch (15a) des Behälters (15) mittels den ersten Flansch (14a) und den zweiten Flansch (15a) verbindenden Zugelementen (17) zueinander einstellbar sind. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Düsenrohr (5) mittels eines verbundenen Schwenkhebels (18) neben dem Behälter (15) an eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (19) angelenkt und für die Schwenkbewegungen antreibbar ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallstrang 1 ) im Bereich der Schräge (8a) des Schwimmkörpers (8) auf einem quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (12) des Metallstrangs (1) in die Bodenausmauerung (7) eingelassenen Gleitstein (20) aufstützbar ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Düsenrohr (5) in in Längsrichtung (21) beabstandeten Radialebenen (22) jeweils zwei oder mehr Spritzdüsen (4) in einem Winkelabstand (23) fest angeordnet sind.
