Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour l'ouverture et la fermeture d'un couvercle coulissant pour un hublot sur un véhicule de combat, en particulier un char, une crémaillère étant agencée sur le couvercle de hublot, dans laquelle engrène un pignon de sortie d'un engrenage agencé sur le véhicule et relié à un dispositif de manoeuvre, un dispositif de freinage et d'immobilisation automatique étant intercalé entre le pignon de sortie et le dispositif de manoeuvre, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage et d'immobilisation est formé par un élément de blocage par couple résistant avec rouleaux de serrage, agencé dans le carter (1) de l'engrenage et muni d'une bague extérieure (2) reliée au carter (1), dans laquelle est montée rotative une bague intérieure (3), qui est assemblée par conjugaison de forme avec un élément récepteur (4) raccordé à l'engrenage, au moins une paire de rouleaux de serrage (6.1-6.2, 7.1-7.2) étant agencée dans une fente de serrage (5) entre la bague intérieure (3) et la bague extérieure (2), dont les rouleaux de serrage, sous l'effet d'au moins un ressort de pression (8.1 à 8.4), sont poussés dans une position de serrage, dans laquelle l'élément récepteur est bloqué, et comportant un élément d'entraînement (9), qui, d'une part, est relié à la bague intérieure (3) par l'intermédiaire de taquets d'entraînement (10.1, 10.3) et, d'autre part, comporte des taquets de manoeuvre (11.1, 11.2) qui, en fonction du sens de rotation de l'élément d'entraînement sous l'effet du couple de rotation de chaque rouleau de serrage (6.1 et 7.1 ou 6.2 et 7.2) de chaque paire de rouleaux, sont poussés à l'encontre de la force du ressort de pression dans une position de déblocage, l'angle de serrage étant de l'ordre de 4,5° à 7° et chacun des ressorts de pression (8.1 à 8.4) étant conçu de telle sorte que chacun des rouleaux de serrage (6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2) est sollicité par une force globale d'au moins 45 N, et en ce que l'élément d'entraînement est conçu sous forme d'arbre d'entraînement (9), guidé à travers le carter (1) et pouvant être assemblé aux deux extrémités (9.1, 9.2) avec un dispositif de manoeuvre, et l'élément récepteur est conçu sous forme d'arbre creux (4) à travers lequel passe l'arbre d'entraînement (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de serrage est de l'ordre de 5,75°.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (9) est monté dans le carter (1) par l'intermédiaire de roulements à billes (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre creux (4) est monté sur l'arbre d'entraînement (9) traversant par l'intermédiaire de roulements à aiguilles (13, 13.1) et dans le carter (1) par l'intermédiaire de roulements à billes (12.1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux paires de rouleaux de serrage (6.1-6.2 et 7.1-7.2) sont agencés entre la bague intérieure (3) et la bague extérieure (2), de telle sorte que les deux paires sont diamétralement opposées l'une à l'autre par rapport à l'axe de rotation (D) de la bague intérieure (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (9) et l'arbre creux (4) sont rendus étanches par rapport au carter (1) et à la bague extérieure (2) au moyen de bagues à lèvres avec ressort (15, 15.1, 15.2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les pièces mobiles sont munies d'un lubrifiant propre à assurer sa fonction dans un domaine de températures allant d'au moins -40°C à au moins +100°C.
