Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a wooden support member according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such wooden support elements are e.g. from FR-A-2279900 or FR-A-1158911.
  • wood is often used in addition to other materials.
  • wood is often used in addition to other materials.
  • wood There are a variety of different design options with wood known; For example, wooden beams, boards or slats are used, which are positively and / or non-positively connected with each other to create the buildings.
  • flat support elements which are used in a modular manner for the construction of larger objects.
  • flat support elements are constructed of multilayer beams and / or boards.
  • the multilayer construction is not carried out in full construction with a compact, filled cross section, but it is partially hollow cross sections are formed. These cross-sectional spaces are conventionally usually relatively small and often not continuously formed over the full length of support element.
  • the object of the present invention was to provide such a flat support element made of wood, which on the one hand has the required strength and rigidity, but next within the support element, respectively.
  • the structure created by such support members creates space for both longitudinal and transverse installations.
  • the inventive structure a timber component is created which has a very good, adjustable strength in light construction.
  • one side of the support element on a flat surface formed by the plate, while the opposite side has a structuring by the reinforcing elements.
  • This structuring allows when used as a wall, floor, ceiling or roof for a building an advantageous resp. Attaching installation material between this structured side and a spaced therefrom to be attached formwork. Furthermore, an insulation can also be installed therein.
  • this page can also be used as an aesthetic element in the construction of buildings, resp. the reinforcing elements can also be attached on both sides of the component.
  • the trapezoidal or triangular cross section of the cavity of the reinforcing elements can be realized particularly easily by strips.
  • the triangular cross-sectional area can be easily achieved by appropriate arrangement of two strips.
  • inventively mounted recesses on the reinforcing elements access to the cavity for use for installations is greatly facilitated.
  • any type of installations for example, be laid in these cavities, such as electrical or sanitary installations.
  • the preferred parallel arrangement of the reinforcing elements makes it possible to produce modularly usable supporting elements which have defined strength properties and the dimensioning for structures to be formed from them can be carried out easily.
  • such modules can be easily and inexpensively produced in series, which leads to a reduction in the cost of creating the structures.
  • the support elements according to the invention are suitable for erecting straight or curved wall elements.
  • curved walls can be connected to each other by the use of narrow support elements, which are interconnected to form an angle corresponding to the radius of curvature.
  • the reinforcing element may be directed inwards or outwards.
  • inventive support elements are also suitable for all other application in which such support elements can be used, such as blankets or beams.
  • FIG. 1 shows the view of a support element 1 according to the invention with the plate 2 constructed of solid wood boards and the reinforcing element 5 constructed of two strips 3. Like the plate 2, the strips 3, 4 are formed from solid wood planks glued together, for example.
  • the plate 2 preferably has a spring 6 on one edge and a groove 7 on the opposite edge.
  • several such support elements 1 can be connected together in a simple and secure manner in a known manner.
  • could also be at the top and bottom Edge of the plate 2 may be provided such fasteners, so that a plurality of support members 1 can be connected to each other in Tragelementltician.
  • the preferably triangular cross-section of the preferably provided cavity 8 is formed in a simple manner, as can be seen from the cross-sectional view of Figure 2.
  • This cavity 8 is advantageously formed continuously.
  • the compound of the plate 2 with the strips 3 and 4, as well as the connection of the two strips 3 and 4 can be done in all conventionally known ways. For example, this is the gluing with or without roughening or profiling of the bonding surfaces or the use of additional fasteners such as dowels, nails or screws.
  • FIG. 3 shows the partial view of a further support element 1 designed according to the invention.
  • the plate 2 is formed by transverse to the reinforcing elements 5 arranged and glued together planks.
  • a plurality of mutually parallel and preferably a regular spacing having reinforcing elements 5 are present.
  • these have a multiplicity of recesses 9 of circular design here. This is the implementation of installation equipment through the cavity 8, respectively. the recesses 9 and between adjacent reinforcing elements 5 simplified. The number, size and shape of these recesses 9 can be correspondingly be performed adapted to the use of the support elements 1.
  • FIG. 4 A further embodiment variant of a support element 1 according to the invention is shown in FIG. 4 in the view.
  • a plurality of mutually parallel reinforcing elements 5 are arranged on the plate 2.
  • these form triangular cavities 8 in cross-section.
  • a groove 10 running parallel to the reinforcing elements 5 is now provided in the plate 2. This groove serves to compensate for the growth and shrinkage of the plate 2, when it is firmly anchored at their ends.
  • the inventive support elements 1 can be individually dimensioned in size and the number and positioning of the reinforcing elements 5, but are also advantageous for the construction of predetermined modules with fixed or stepped dimensions.
  • narrow inventive support elements 1 are particularly suitable for creating curved walls 11, as shown in Figure 5.
  • narrow inventive support elements 1 are particularly suitable for creating curved walls 11, as shown in Figure 5.
  • other conventional wood joints can be used.
  • the preferred embodiment of the reinforcing elements 5 with the formation of a triangular cross section of the cavities 8 very easily allows the formation of curved walls 11 with a small radius R without much effort.
  • This cross-sectional shape in contrast to the triangular cross-sectional shape on a larger usable volume for receiving, for example, installation equipment at the same depth of the support element 1.
  • FIG. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of a support element 1 with reinforcement elements 5 having a trapezoidal cross-section without a cavity 8.
  • reinforcement elements 5 having a trapezoidal cross-section without a cavity 8.
  • support elements 1 by a pressed in this form resp. extruded wood fiber material are formed.
  • FIG. 8 once again shows a further alternative embodiment of a support element 1.
  • the plate 2 reinforcing elements 5 respectively. 5 'arranged.
  • the reinforcing elements 5 respectively. 5 ' arranged opposite each other exactly, but they could also be arranged offset from each other.
  • FIG. 10 shows a support element 1 constructed analogously to FIG. 9, which has fewer reinforcing elements 5 at the same spacing and thus also a smaller overall width.
  • Such support elements 1 can be combined in a simple manner to form whole walls, floors or ceilings.
  • the corner areas with correspondingly shaped posts, which also have grooves and springs, are formed.
  • These posts may for example consist of solid material or also be constructed of individual planks to a, for example, a square cross section having hollow body.
  • the support elements 1 can be practically built from any wood materials, such as solid wood, glued wood planks, multi-layer wood panels, chipboard or wood fiber materials.
