Abstract
Description
On connaít des emportes-pièces tels que définis dans le brevet FR 2461536 et représentés figure 1. Ils comprennent un axe fileté (1) avec tête (1a) sur laquelle est disposée librement une bague (2) avec portée intérieure (2a) et ouverture (2b) de passage de l'axe en regard de laquelle, un outil de forme (3) est monté à l'extrémité dudit axe. Cet outil de forme est taraudé (3a) dans son centre et présente une portée cylindrique (3b) de section telle à venir s'engager et se centrer dans la bague (2) précitée lors de la fermeture. Cet outil de forme présente des crans (3c) en saillie formant arêtes de coupe et raccordés entre eux par des bordures saillantes curvilignes (3d) pouvant avoir un effet de coupe également. La paroi (P) dans laquelle doit être réalisée l'ouverture est alors située entre la bague et l'outil de forme après montage de l'emporte-pièces. Préalablement, un trou a été effectué dans ladite paroi pour permettre le passage de l'axe principal.
Cette opération effectuée, l'opérateur doit alors dévisser l'outil de forme, de sorte que souvent, la partie enlevée de paroi se trouve coincée dans le fond de la bague (2), un autre outil est alors nécessaire pour l'enlever de son logement, aussi une opération de ce type est peu pratique et de faible productivité. L'enlèvement de la partie découpée n'est pas toujours aisé car se produit un phénomène de coincement dans le fond de la bague.
On connaít par ailleurs, un emporte-pièces décrit dans le brevet FR 2.587.245. Celui ci est agencé de la manière suivante.
Il comprend des éléments coupants (5) interchangeables à fixation rapide positionnés et centrés par un montage à « baïonnettes » sur une embase (6) de réception à l'extrémité du manche de préhension (7), ladite embase (6) étant agencée avec une pluralité de gradins (6b) de diamètre décroissant, la face extérieure périphérique (6a) de chacun desdits gradins étant aménagée et profilée avec deux rampes progressives (6c) formant gorges diamétralement opposées, lesdites gorges servant de moyens de guidage et de retenue des saillies (8a) formées sur chaque élément coupant (8) et assurant un serrage radial et un positionnement en rappel sur leur siège ; des évidements (6d) sont réalisés dans l'épaisseur des gradins à l'endroit le plus profond desdites gorges pour permettre l'introduction des saillies (8a) de l'élément coupant dans les gorges.
Cet emporte-pièces est original en ce qu'il permet de découper plusieurs parties de paroi en forme de rondelles ou autres, de les stocker momentanément dans l'outil permettant ainsi d'effectuer plusieurs opérations de découpe sans avoir à démonter l'outil à chaque découpe.
La cloche réservoir (13) présente également deux zones successives (13a)(13b), l'une (13a) selon une partie cylindrique complémentaire à la portée (12a) de la bague, et l'autre (13b) orientée en regard de la matrice de découpe (14) et définissant la zone de réservoir des rondelles de paroi découpées (15).
Ainsi, selon l'invention, les rondelles découpées tombent dans le volume intérieur de la cloche réservoir. On peut, comme représenté aux dessins, stocker plusieurs rondelles autorisant ainsi l'exécution de plusieurs opérations de découpe successives.
L'enlèvement de la cloche réservoir s'effectue par désolidarisation de celle-ci sur la bague support. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le montage de liaison est du type à bayonnette, comme décrit dans le brevet français 2587245.
La longueur (L) de la cloche réservoir définit ainsi la partie utile de stockage des rondelles, à savoir pour n rondelles. Lesdites rondelles sont parfaitement tenues sur l'axe (11) et viennent en appui successif les unes contre les autres. La première rondelle vient en appui contre la face (12d) du devant de la bague épaulée (12). La zone (13e) de raccordement des parties (13a) (13b) de la cloche réservoir se situe avantageusement en regard de la face (12d) de devant de la bague (12).
Claims (5)
- Emporte-pièces caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend ainsi en combinaison, un axe fileté (11) de grande longueur avec une tête (11a), une bague formant embase (12) montée librement ou à coulissement sur l'axe (11), une cloche réservoir (13) susceptible de se fixer et de se bloquer temporairement sur ladite embase, et une matrice de découpe (14) située en bout d'axe (11) et susceptible de se déplacer le long de l'axe (11) lors du vissage de celui-ci, et en ce que la cloche réservoir définit intérieurement une zone de stockage de plusieurs rondelles découpées sur la paroi (P), l'axe (11) assurant la réception et enfilement desdites rondelles,
et en ce que la cloche présente deux zones successives (13a-13b), l'une (13a) selon une partie cylindrique complémentaire à la bague (12), l'autre (13b) de forme troncocylindrique orientée du grand au petit diamètre vers l'extrémité de la cloche en regard de la matrice de découpe (14),
et définissant la zone de réservoir des rondelles de paroi découpées (15), et en ce qu'une ouverture (13c) en bout de l'extrémité de celle-ci permet le passage et l'introduction plus ou moins profonde de la matrice de découpe (14), ladite ouverture (13c) définissant ainsi la bordure d'extrémité de la bague réservoir (13d) en appui sur la face interne de la paroi (P). - Emporte-pièces selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bague formant embase (12) est réalisée selon une configuration en deux parties (12a) (12b), l'une (12a) selon une partie cylindrique permettant l'ajustement de la cloche réservoir et la fixation de cette dernière, l'autre (12b) étant établie avec une pluralité de gradins épaulés (12c) de diamètre différent et permettant la fixation de la cloche réservoir (13) en fonction du diamètre extérieur de celle-ci.
- Emporte-pièce selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la matrice de découpe (14) présente des crans (14a) permettant le sectionnement de la paroi à l'encontre de la force de contre appui exercée par la cloche réservoir située de l'autre côté de la paroi (P).
- Emporte-pièce selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison entre la cloche réservoir et la bague support sont du type permettant une liaison en montage rapide.
- Emporte-pièce selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites rondelles sont tenues sur l'axe (11) et viennent en appui successif les unes contres les autres, la première rondelle venant en appui contre la face (12d) du devant de la bague (12).
