If the operator judges that, by following a defect in structure or appearance of the board or an error appreciation of the geometry of this board by the computer, it is necessary correct the positions of the cutting lines, he will be able to reposition the laser lines, and the computer will take into account the position information corrected by laser lines, then reposition the edger blades as desired by the operator, when the same board is introduced into the edger.

- un élément de transfert d'alimentation 4, avec retourneurs de planches 5 et avec un bipasse 6 pour l'évacuation des déchets sur un convoyeur 7 ;
- un élément de transfert de passage 8, au-dessus duquel est disposé un scanner 9 ;
- une table de préparation 10, avec bras plaqueur 11 et guides aligneurs 12 ;
- une table d'entrée 13 avec bras plaqueur 14 et guides aligneurs 15, située directement en regard de la déligneuse 2.
Claims (2)
- Dispositif de délignage de planches flacheuses, permettant d'optimiser le travail d'une déligneuse (2) à lames multiples (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans son ensemble de transfert des planches, situé en amont de la déligneuse (2) et servant à l'alimentation de celle-ci, plus particulièrement entre un scanner (9) mesurant les contours des planches, notamment le profil de leurs bords longitudinaux, et une table d'entrée (13) dans la déligneuse, une table intermédiaire de préparation (10), avec guides aligneurs (12) permettant de "dégauchir" chaque planche (24), table intermédiaire (10) face à laquelle sont disposés des moyens d'émission (17) d'au moins deux faisceaux laser (L1, L2, L3, L4), dirigés sur l'emplacement d'une planche (24) arrêtée sur la table de préparation (10), des moyens commandables manuellement à distance étant prévus pour modifier le positionnement des traits laser (L1, L2, L3, L4) projetés sur la planche (24), et d'autres moyens étant prévus pour la prise en compte automatique des positions corrigées des traits laser (L1, L2, L3, L4) par un positionnement correspondant des lames (3) de la déligneuse (2), lesdits traits laser comprenant au moins deux traits laser (L1, L4) positionnables à la limite des deux zones de flache (25, 26) de la planche (24), correspondant à ses deux bords longitudinaux bruts.
- Dispositif de délignage de planches flacheuses selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'émission (7) sont prévus pour projeter quatre traits laser (L1, L2, L3, L4) sur la planche flacheuse (24), les deux traits laser extérieurs (L1, L4) étant positionnés respectivement à la limite des deux zones de flache (25, 26) de la planche (24), correspondant à ses deux bords longitudinaux bruts, et les deux traits laser intérieurs (L2, L3) étant positionnables au plus près des défauts (27, 28) du coeur du bois, de part et d'autre de ces défauts (27, 28).
