Claims (10)
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer (1), mit wenigstens einem metallischen Rohr (12), das im Abstand von einander angeordnete, schraubenartig verlaufende Wicklungen (13) aufweist und mit Zu- und Ableitungsanschlüssen (14, 15) für ein Wärmetauschmedium ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenfläche des Rohrmantels mit einer wärmeleitfähigen, weitgehend porenfreien Beschichtung (19) versehen ist, die hochtemperaturbeständig, elektrisch schlecht leitfähig bis isolierend und vorzugsweise hydrophob ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) eine Schichtdicke (t) von etwa 2 µm bis etwa 15 µm, vorzugsweise etwa 5 µm bis etwa 10 µm, aufweist
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) wenigstens gegenüber Wärmestrahlung transparent ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) eine amorphe Struktur aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) glasartig ist und Glasbildner, beispielsweise Siliziumdioxid und/oder Bortrioxid und/oder Phosphorpentoxid und/oder dergleichen, in Form von Nanopartikeln umfasst.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) im Tauchverfahren aufgebracht ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (19) zwei oder mehrere Einzelschichten umfasst.
- Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer mit einem einen Kesselraum umhüllenden Gehäuse (2), in dem ein mantelförmiger Wärmetauscher (11) angeordnet ist, welcher den Kesselraum in eine Brennkammer (8) und einer Abgaskammer (9) unterteilt und über die Mantelfläche verteilte Durchlässe (10) für heisse Verbrennungsgase aufweist, und einem in die Brennkammer (8) ragenden Brennerkopf (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in den Brennraum (8) ragenden oder an diesen angrenzenden Komponenten wenigstens zum Teil mit mit einer Beschichtung (19) versehen sind, die in Analogie zur Beschichtung des Wärmetauschers (11) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7 ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmetauscher (11) ein Spaltwendelwärmetauscher ist und gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7 ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in den Brennraum (8) ragende Brennerkopf (4) mit einer Beschichtung (19) versehen ist, die in Analogie zur Beschichtung des Wärmetauschers (11) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7 ausgebildet ist.
