Um zu vermeiden, daß sich bei dieser Art von Parallelführung eine Schrägstellung des Ablagefaches aufgrund eines nicht sachgemäß vorgenommenen Einsetzvorgang der Laufrollen am Ablagefach in die Gegenverzahnung ergibt, ist eine der Gegenverzahnung in Einschubrichtung des Ablagefaches vorgeschaltete Zwangsführung vorgeschlagen worden. Diese dient dazu, die außenverzahnten Laufrollen am Ablagefach in einer zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Gegenverzahnung verlaufenden Bewegung mit der Gegenverzahnung in Eingriff zu bringen und somit eine Schrägstellung beim Einsetzvorgang des Ablagefaches in die im Kühlfach vorgesehenen Führungen zu vermeiden. in Richtung des Doppelpfeils aus dem Kühlfach 14 heraus bewegbaren Ablagefaches
58, welches wie das Ablagefach 25 an seinem Öffnungsrand mit einer rahmenartigen
Einfassung 59 versehen ist, welche aus mehreren Holmabschnitten mit zwei seitlich
verlaufenden im Gasinnendruck-Verfahren hergestellten Holmen 60, einen nicht
gezeigten frontseitigen Holm und einen die seitlichen Holme an ihrem rückseitigen,
türfernen Abschnitt miteinander verbindenden türfernen Querholm 61 gebildet ist.
Dieser ist an seinen beiden seitlichen Endabschnitten mit einer Lageraufnahme 62
(siehe hierzu Figur 6) zur Lagerung einer zumindest weitestgehend verdrehsteif
ausgebildeten Lagerachse 63 ausgestattet, welche drehbar in den Lageraufnahmen 62
gelagert und in axialer Richtung zu den Lageraufnahmen durch nicht gezeigte
Fixiermittel fixiert ist. Die Lagerachse 63 weist gegenüber den seitlichen Rändern der
Lageraufnahmen 62 vorstehende Endabschnitte 64 auf, auf welchen eine benachbart
zu den seitlichen Rändern der Lageraufnahme 62 angeordnete in Form eines
Kreiszylinders ausgebildete senkrecht und zu ihrer Achsrichtung unterteilte Laufrolle 65
festgesetzt ist, welche einen ersten Abschnitt 65.1 aufweist, welcher an seiner
Mantelseite mit einer glattflächig ausgebildeten Abrollbahn 66 ausgestattet ist. Der
Abschnitt 65.1 ist an seiner der Lageraufnahme 62 zugewandten Seite in Achsrichtung
durch eine in eine Nut eingreifende federnde Sicherungsscheibe 67 axial abgestützt.
Die dieser Seite gegenüberliegende Seite des Abschnitts 65.1 dient zur Abstützung
einer als Kraftspeicher vorgesehenen Druckfeder 68, welche sich mit einem ihrer freien
Enden 69 am Abschnitt 65.1 und mit ihrem anderen freien Ende 70 an einem zweiten
Abschnitt 71 der Laufrolle 65 federnd abstützt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt 71 als mit
einer Außenverzahnung 71.1 versehenes Zahnrad ausgebildet ist. Der zweite
Abschnitt 71 ist sowohl verschieblich in Achsrichtung der Lagerachse 63 als auch
verdrehsicher auf dieser gelagert. Zur verschieblichen Lagerung des Abschnitts 71
weist dieser ein in seinem Zentrum sitzende Nabe 72 auf, welche an ihrer Mantelseite
mit einer in ihrer Achsrichtung sich erstreckende Nut 73 versehen ist, in welche eine
auf dem Endabschnitt 64 festgesetzte Paßfeder 74 formschlüssig eingreift. Der
Verschiebeweg des Abschnittes 71 zum freien Ende des Endabschnittes 64 hin ist
durch eine dort formschlüssig eingebrachte federnde Sicherungsscheibe 75 begrenzt.
Neben der zweigeteilten Laufrolle 65 ist am zweiten Endabschnitt 64 der Lagerachse
63 beispielsweise eine Laufrolle vorgesehen, wie sie gemäß der ersten
Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung zum Einsatz kommt.The
Wird das Ablagefach von seiner in Figur 1 dargestellten Offenstellung, in welcher der
Abschnitt 71 mit seiner Außenverzahnung 71.1 in die Gegenverzahnung 54 eingreift, in
den Kühlraum 14 bewegt, so wird der Abschnitt 71 am Ende des Einschubweges durch
die an dem ihm zugewandten Führungsprofil 50 angeordnete schiefe Ebene 57 in
Pfeilrichtung außer Eingriff mit der Gegenverzahnung 54 gedrängt, wodurch eine
eventuell sich aufgrund eines unsachgemäßen Einschiebevorgangs des Ablagefaches
58 ergebende Schrägstellung des letzteren durch das Außereingriffbringen korrigiert ist
und die Magnetdichtung 27 der am frontseitigen Ende des Ablagefaches 58
vorgesehenen Tür 26 allseitig abdichtend am Öffnungsrand des Kühlraumes 14

- Refrigerating appliance with at least one cooling space, which is equipped with a storage compartment, which is guided in the manner of a drawer and which has at least at its two longitudinal sides lying in insertion direction a parallel guide device which is formed by a rack-like counter-toothing and from two guide rollers, which are at least approximately rigidly coupled together and which are disposed opposite one another to be at least substantially axially coincident, with an external toothing of like reference diameter, which is able to roll along the counter-toothing, wherein either the counter-toothing or the guide rollers are arranged to be stationary, characterised in that means (23, 57) are provided which are able to bring at least one of the counter-toothings (21, 54) and the external toothing (39, 71.1), which is disposed in engagement therewith, of the guide roller (35, 65) at the section (22, 56), which is reached by the guide roller (35, 65) at the end of the closing movement of the storage compartment (25, 58), out of engagement with the guide roller (35, 65), wherein the length of the disengagement is able to provide compensation for at least an inclined setting of the storage compartment (25, 58) resulting, in and against its direction of insertion, from an offset of the guide rollers (35, 65), which roll off the counter-toothings (21, 54), relative to one another by one tooth pitch.
- Refrigerating appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the means are formed by a tooth gap (23) which is provided at the counter-toothing (21) and which is arranged at the end section (22), off which the guide roller (35) has rolled at the end of the closing process of the storage compartment (25), of the counter-toothing (21).
- Refrigerating appliance according to claim 2, characterised in that the tooth gap (23) is provided at both counter-toothings (21) and that a feed region for the guide rollers (35) with a tooth height rising at least approximately continuously to the final tooth height adjoins the tooth gaps (23).
- Refrigerating appliance according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a respective one of the counter-toothings (21, 54) is provided at each of the side walls (16), which are arranged in the direction of insertion of the storage compartment (25, 58), of the cooling space (14).
- Refrigerating appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that the feed region for the guide rollers (35) is mounted downstream of the tooth gaps (23) in the direction of withdrawal of the storage compartment (25) from the cooling space.
- Refrigerating appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the means are constructed as an inclined plane (57) which urges the outer toothing (71.1) at one of the guide rollers (65), which is loaded by a force store (68), in the axial direction thereof out of engagement with the counter-toothing (54) in the region immediately in front of its end section (56) of which the outer toothing (71.1) of the guide roller (65) rolls at the end of the closing movement of the storage compartment (58), wherein the guide roller (65) is supported by a guide surface (66) in the cooling space (14).
- Refrigerating appliance according to claim 6, characterised in that the guide roller (65) is divided substantially perpendicularly to the running axis thereof into a stationary portion (65.1) with a smooth-area running surface (66) and an externally toothed portion (71), which is mounted to be displaceable in axial direction and disposed in engagement with the counter-toothing (54) and which is supported by way of the force store (68) at the stationary portion (65.1), wherein the displaceably mounted portion (71) is brought at least in the region immediately in front of its end section (56) - which is rolled off at the end of the closing movement of the storage compartment (58) - at the counter-toothing (54) by the inclined plane (57) out of engagement with the counter-toothing (54) against the action of the force store (68).
