The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a basket assembly for a refrigerator installed in a storage space of the refrigerator.

The door of the refrigerator is generally connected to the side of the refrigerator main body by a hinge assembly so as to rotate forward and backward of the main body about the hinge axis. However, in the case of a drawer type refrigerator, the door is installed to be able to enter and exit the front and rear of the main body.

1 is a perspective view showing the inside of a refrigerator according to the prior art.

According to this, a predetermined storage space 3 is provided inside the refrigerator body 1. Inside the storage space 3, a basket 23 to be described below is installed in a drawer type. The storage space 3 is selectively opened and closed by a door (not shown).

Support portions 5 are provided on both sides of the storage space 3. The support part 5 serves to support the fixed rail 9 to be described below. The support portion 5 has a cross-section of a '-' shape opening in a direction facing each other. The support part 5 is formed long in the front and rear at the height corresponding to each other on both sides of the storage space (3).

On the other hand, the rack 7 is provided on the lower upper surface of the support portion 5, respectively. The rack 7 is formed long in the front and rear at the bottom of the support portion 5, and is engaged with the pinion 17 to be described below.

Fixed rails 9 are provided inside the support part 5, respectively. The fixed rail 9 is a part for guiding the movement of the guide rail 11 to be described below. The fixed rail 9 has a cross-section of the 'c' shape opening in a direction facing each other.

In addition, the guide rails 11 are installed inside the fixing rails 9 so as to be movable forward and backward. The guide rail 11 guides the movement of the movable rail 13 to be described below, and serves to extend a range in which the basket 23 to be described below is drawn out forward.

Inside the fixed rail 9, the moving rail 13 is installed to be movable back and forth. The movable rail 13 substantially serves to feed the basket 23 into and out of the storage space 11.

Both ends of the rotating shaft 15 are rotatably mounted to the rear end of the movable rail 13. The rotating shaft 15 serves to move the moving rail 13 forward and backward.

In addition, a pair of pinions 17 are provided on an outer circumferential surface adjacent to both ends of the rotation shaft 15. The pinion 17 is engaged with the rack 7 and rotates. When the moving rail 13 moves forward and backward, the pinion 17 moves forward and backward along the rack 7 so that the moving rail 13 simultaneously moves. Done.

On the other hand, the inside of the movable rail 13 is provided with a basket rail 19 formed of a mold. The basket rail 19 is mounted to the movable rail 13 by a screw (S). The upper surface of the basket rail 19 is formed to extend in a direction facing each other. Then, a pair of hook holes 21 are formed on the upper surface of the basket rail 19 into which the hook wire 25 of the basket 23 to be described below is inserted.

The basket 23 is detachably installed to the basket rail 19. The basket 23 moves forward and backward together with the basket rail 19 in a state in which the basket 23 is attached to the basket rail 19. The basket 23 is configured by connecting wires, and the hook wire 25 inserted into the hook hole 21 is formed to protrude downward from the basket 23 at both sides. The hook wire 25 is formed to have an approximately 'b' shape when viewed from the side. The front end of the hook wire 25 located in the front of the hook wire 25 is bent at a predetermined angle to face the front, the front end of the hook wire 25 located in the rear is predetermined to face the rear It is formed by bending at an angle.

However, the above-described prior art has the following problems.

The basket 23 is detachably installed on the basket rail 21 and may flow with respect to the basket rail 21 in the process of moving along the basket rail 21. This is because the hook wire 25 is not inserted into the hook hole 21 to be firmly fixed, but merely serves to hang the basket 23 on the basket rail 21.

In addition, when the flow occurs during the movement of the basket 23, the hook wire 25 may also cause a problem that the coating portion of the wire is peeled off due to friction with the hook hole (21).

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, to provide a basket assembly for a refrigerator that can prevent the flow generated when the basket is introduced into and out of the storage space.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a basket assembly for a refrigerator which can prevent the covering portion of the hook wire from being peeled off by the flow of the basket.

According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the object as described above, the present invention includes a basket which is installed in the storage space provided in the refrigerator; Support wires provided at both sides of the basket to rotatably support both ends of the rotating shaft for guiding the basket to enter and exit the storage space of the refrigerator; It is provided on both sides of the basket and comprises a hook wire to hang the basket on the basket rail installed in the storage space of the refrigerator.

The support wire is formed with a rotating shaft hole formed by bending a wire, and the rotating shaft passes through the rotating shaft hole.

At both ends of the rotation shaft, pinions are engaged with racks provided on both sides of the storage space.

The hook wires are provided in pairs on both sides of the basket, respectively, and the hook wires positioned relatively forward among the hook wires are formed such that their ends are inclined downward at a predetermined angle toward the front of the basket, and among the hook wires. The rear end of the hook wire is formed so that its tip is inclined downward at a predetermined angle against the rear of the basket.

According to the present invention as described above, there is an advantage in that the flow of the basket drawn in and out of the refrigerator is prevented, and the covering portion of the hook wire is prevented from peeling off due to friction.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a basket assembly for a refrigerator according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 4 is a perspective view of the inside of the refrigerator according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawing, the refrigerator main body 30 forming the exterior of the refrigerator is provided with a storage space 32 having a predetermined height and width. On both side walls of the storage space 32, a pair of support portions 34 are provided to face each other. The support part 34 is a part to which the fixing rail 38 to be described below is fixed, and a cross section is formed in a 'c' shape.

In addition, one surface of the support part 34 supporting the bottom surface of the fixed rail 38 is provided with a rack 36 formed to extend inwardly in the furnace. The rack 36 is in engagement with the pinion 60 to be described below.

The fixing rails 38 are fixed to the inside of the support part 34, respectively. The fixed rail 38 is installed such that its outer surface is in close contact with the inner surface of the support part 34. The fixed rail 38 is formed long in front and rear of the main body 30. In addition, the guide rail 40 is installed inside the fixed rail 38 so as to be movable forward and backward. The guide rail 40 has a 'c' shaped cross section opening in a direction facing each other, and is formed long in front and rear of the main body 30.

On the other hand, the inner side of the guide rail 40, the moving rail 42 is installed to move forward and backward, respectively. The movable rail 42 may move forward along the guide rail 40 in a state in which the guide rail 40 moves forward. Therefore, the distance that the moving rail 42 moves forward and backward substantially extends.

The basket rails 44 are respectively provided on surfaces of the movable rails 42 facing each other. The basket rail 44 is a portion to which the basket assembly 50 to be described below is hooked, and the basket assembly 50 is inserted into or out of the storage space 32 while the basket assembly 50 is hooked. You will be guided. The basket rail 44 is generally formed of a synthetic resin material. In addition, a hook hole 46 for coupling with the basket assembly 50 is formed on the upper surface of the basket rail 44 at a predetermined interval.

5 is a perspective view showing a preferred embodiment of the basket assembly for a refrigerator according to the present invention, Figure 6 is a side view of the basket for a refrigerator according to the present invention.

As shown in these figures, the basket 52 constituting the basket assembly 50 is a shape in which a plurality of wires are arranged at regular intervals and the two ends are bent at right angles to each other. The basket 52 accommodates various foods, bottled products, and the like.

And, both sides of the basket 52 is provided with a hook wire 54 for hanging the basket assembly 50 on the basket rail (44). The hook wires 54 are provided in pairs on both sides of the basket 52 and protrude downward from the basket 52. The front end of the hanger wire 54 of the hanger wire 54 is formed such that its tip is inclined downward at a predetermined angle toward the front of the basket 52, and the hanger wire 54 located at the rear side thereof is The tip is formed to be inclined downward at a predetermined angle toward the rear. Although the heights of both sides of the basket 52 are shown as being different in this figure, the present invention is not limited thereto, and both sides of the basket 52 may be formed at the same height.

Both sides of the basket 52 are provided with support wires 56 for supporting the rotating shaft 58 to be described below. The support wire 56 is also made of a wire like the basket 52. The support wire 56 is formed by bending a wire to have a substantially 'c' shape when viewed from the side. As such, when the support wire 56 is bent, a rotating shaft hole 57 is formed between the wire constituting the basket 52 and the support wire 56.

Both ends of the rotation shaft 58 are rotatably installed on the support wire 56. The rotating shaft 58 is installed through the rotating shaft hole 57. In addition, the rotation shaft 58 is provided with a pair of pinions 60. The pinion 60 is provided on an outer circumferential surface adjacent to both ends of the rotation shaft 58. The pinion 60 is engaged with the rack 36 to move forward and backward along the rack 36 when the movable rail 42 moves forward and backward.

Hereinafter, the operation of the basket assembly for a refrigerator according to the present invention having the configuration as described above will be described in detail.

As described above, the rotation shaft 58 is rotatably installed on the support wire 56, not the rear of the moving rail 42. In addition, the basket 52 is installed to be hooked to the basket rail 44 by a hook wire 54. Therefore, when the user withdraws the basket 52 to the outside of the storage space 32, the rotating shaft 58 is moved with the basket 52. That is, the basket 52 can be moved in a completely fixed state by the hook wire 54 and the support wire 56.

As such, the basket 52 is integrally moved with the rotary shaft 58 and the pinion 60, thereby preventing the flow that may occur when the basket 52 is moved. In addition, since the flow of the basket 52 is prevented, friction between the hook wire 54 and the hook hole 46 is reduced. Therefore, the phenomenon that the covering part of the hanger wire 54 which consists of wires peels off can be prevented.

It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is capable of many modifications and alterations, all of which are within the scope of the appended claims. It is self-evident.

In the basket assembly for a refrigerator according to the present invention as described in detail above, the following effects can be expected.

First, in the present invention, the rotating shaft and pinion for guiding the entry and exit of the basket are installed in the basket made of wire. And the pinion is installed to be guided along the rack. Thus, the basket is fixed in two places by the hanger wire and the pinion, unlike the conventional basket being fixed to the basket rail only by the hanger wire. Therefore, the flow into and out of the storage space in the basket is stably fixed, there is an advantage that the flow occurring during the entry and exit of the basket is prevented.

And, since the flow of the basket is prevented, there is an advantage that the peeling of the coating portion generated while the hook wire made of wire friction with the hook hole is prevented.

In addition, in the related art, in order to install the rotating shaft and the pinion, it is necessary to provide a configuration for a separate installation on the moving rail, but in the present invention, such unnecessary configuration can be reduced while installing in the basket. Therefore, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced.
