ールで冷蔵庫本体1の左右断熱壁の内面側に装着してい
る。13は固定ローラーで前記固定レール12の略先端
近傍に位置して冷蔵庫本体1の左右断熱壁の内面側に回
動自在に軸止している。21は野菜室4の前面を閉塞す
る扉で角形の薄容器状に形成し、さらに全周に内向きの
フランジ21bを形成した扉板材21a、補強鉄板21
c、内部に発泡硬化させた断熱材21dよりなり、さら
に扉内板21eによって断熱材21dを隠蔽している。
22は枠体であり、断面略コ字状の鉄板をL字形に形成
し一端に可動ローラー16を軸止した可動レール部材2
2a、22b、及び可動レール部材22aと22bを連
結する棒材22cにより構成している。かかる構成の枠
体22は扉内板21eを介在してネジ23により補強鉄
板21cに固着されている。24はフラスチックで形成
された上面開口の野菜室容器で前記枠体22に載置す
る。しかして固定ローラー13上を枠体22の可動レー
ル部材22a、22bのコ字状フランジの下面が、また
可動ローラー16が固定レール12上を摺動することに
より扉21及び野菜室容器24は連動して引出し自在と
なるものであった。しかるに上記従来技術においては補
強鉄板21c、枠体22等原価高、また扉内板21eと
野菜室容器24の前面壁が二重壁となり原価高である。
尚前記原価高を解消する手段として、可動レール部材を
野菜室容器と一体に形成し、且つ可動ローラーを野菜室
容器に装着した上で野菜室容器を直接扉に取付ける方法
が考えられるが以下の理由等により実施されていない。
例えば背が低く手の届かない子供が、冷凍室の扉を開け
ようとして野菜室を引出し扉に乗る場合等である。この
時扉と固定ローラー間の距離は最大となっており、子供
の体重は固定ローラーを支点とする梃子の作用によって
可動ローラー部を押し上げる力になる。ところが可動ロ
ーラーは固定レールにより上下の動きを規制されている
ので前記扉の上に乗った子供の体重は固定ローラー上に
曲げモーメントとして集中し、野菜室容器の破損に至
る。尚本発明に類似するものとして実公昭62−157
53、62−6473があげられる。

端までの長さを変形させることにより自由に設定でき
る。前述のGの力が極めて大きい場合には野菜室扉18
の下面を床面に当接させる(図1に一点鎖線で図示)こ
とによって野菜室容器14の破損を防止する等の方法も
可能である。さらに別の方法として可撓性部材15を野
菜室容器14の後面壁14cに一体に形成する方法もあ

ーを装着した可橈性部材の中間部を野菜室容器の後面壁
に装着したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
