Claims (13)

  1. Verpackung für die Ausgabe von Winkelprofilen zum Überdecken von Wandecken in Form eines quaderartigen Kartons mit einem Behältnis (1 - 10), das vier Seiten (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) aufweist, die aus einem oder mehreren übereinandergefalzten Kartonstreifen bestehen können, wobei das Behältnis durch einen an einer Seite angrenzenden Deckel (2-11) verschlossen wird, der eine Umrandung aufweist, die sich mit dem Behältnis verschachtelt, und wobei innen die Rolle eines den Winkelschutz (3) bildenden fortlaufenden Bandes angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    ein Seitenteil (1a-10a) mit mindestens einem Streifen (1a2, 10a1, 10a2) ausgebildet ist, der sich über die ganze Seitenlänge erstreckt und eine Profilöffnung (1a4, 10a5, 10a6) aufweist,
    der bzw. die Streifen durch einen oder mehrere Endstreifen (1a6 - 10a3 - 10a4) gleicher Länge verlängert werden, die mit einem oder mehreren Ausschnitten (1a7, 10a7, 10a8) ausgebildet sind, die beim Umlegen der Seite (1a, 10a) und des (der) nachfolgenden Streifen(s) den Profilöffnungen (1a4, 10a5, 10a6) gegenüberstehen, wobei der Streifen (1a2) (10a1) (10a2) mit der profilierten Öffnung (1a4) (10a5) (10a6) nach dem Falzen außerhalb der Verpackung und der Streifen (1a6) (10a3) (10a4) mit dem Ausschnitt (1a7) (10a5) (10a6) innerhalb der Verpackung zu liegen kommen,
    die Seitenteile des Behältnisses durch profilierte Zungen (1b1-1c1-10b1-10c1) verlängert werden, von denen eine (1b1-10b1) mit einer Profilöffnung (10b2) oder einem ausgerichteten Ausschnitt ausgebildet und so angeordnet ist, um direkt neben dem bzw. den Ausschnitt(en) (1a7) an den umlegbaren Teilen des Seitenteils (1a-10a) des Behältnisses zu liegen zu kommen.
    der Deckel (2) auf einer Seite (2a) mit einem kurvenförmigen Ausschnitt (2a1-11a1) versehen ist, der die Profilöffnung(en) (1a4) und die Ausschnitte erkennen lässt,
    das Ende des Rollenbandes frei, aber mit kontrollierter Bremsung durch die besagten Ausschnitte eingeführt ist, um an der bzw. den Profilöffnung(en) von dem Benutzer ergriffen zu werden.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (1a) des Behältnisses (1) aus zwei Teilen (1a2-1a6) besteht, die übereinander faltbar sind, wobei der Teil (1a2) eine scheibenförmige Öffnung (1a4) aufweist, die den Durchtritt des Bandendes des Winkelschutzes (3) ermöglicht, während der Teil (1a6) einen V-förmigen Ausschnitt (1a7) aufweist, der beim Umlegen neben der Öffnung (1a4) zu liegen kommt; dabei ist die Zunge der Seite (1b) ebenfalls mit einem V-förmigen Ausschnitt (1b2) versehen.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (10a) des Behältnisses (10) aus vier Teilen (10a1, 10a2, 10a3, 10a4) besteht, die übereinander faltbar sind, wobei die Teile (10a1-10a2) Profilöffnungen (10a5-10a6) für die Durchführung des Bandendes des Winkelschutzes (3) aufweisen, während die Teile (10a3-10a4) V-förmige Ausschnitte (10a7-10a8) besitzen, die sich beim Umlegen überlagern; dabei ist die Zunge (10b1) der Seite (10b) ebenfalls mit einer Profilöffnung (10b2) versehen, die den Öffnungen (10a5-10a6) beim Umlegen überlagert werden kann.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der V-förmigen Ausschnitte (1a7, 1b2, 10a7, 10a8) von der Form des den Winkelschutz (3) bildenden Bandes beim Verlassen der Verpackung abhängt, d.h. ein mehr oder weniger offenes V bildet.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausschnitte (1a7, 1b2, 10a7, 10a8) eine schmale viereckige Form besitzen.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seite (11a) des Deckels (11) aus einem einzigen Teil mit dem kurvenförmigen Ausschnitt (11a1) sowie einem Vorsprung (11a2) besteht, der mit einer länglichen Öffnung (10a13) zwischen dem Boden des Behältnisses (10) und dem Teil (10a1) der Seite (10a) zusammenwirkt, um den Verschluss des Behältnisses zu gewährleisten.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seite (2a) des Deckels mit einer zweiflächigen, den kurvenförmigen Ausschnitt (2a1) aufweisenden Konfiguration (2a2 - 2a3) ausgebildet ist, deren Dicke (e) einen Raum beschreibt, der ein ausreichend weites Hervortreten des Endstücks der Rolle ermöglicht, um in Verbindung mit der zusätzlichen Tiefe aufgrund des scheibenförmigen Ausschnitts (1a4) vom Benutzer ergriffen zu werden.
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Teile (10a1, 10a2, 10a3, 10a4) der Seite (10a) des Behältnisses (10), wenn sie übereinander gefaltet sind, einen Raum (e1) begrenzen, der das Ergreifen des Bandendes des Winkelschutzes erleichtert.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Teilen (10a3-10a4) der Seite (10a) eine ausgestanzte Zunge (10a11) vorgesehen ist, die beim Umlegen mit einem länglichen Schlitz (10a12) zwischen den Teilen (10a2-10a3) zusammenwirkt, um die umgelegten Teile der Seite (10a) gegenseitig festzuhalten.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kontrollierte Bremsung der Bandausgabe des Winkelschutzes durch Zungen (1a9-1b3-10a9-10a10) erzielt wird, die aus den V-förmigen Zuschnitten (1a7-1b2-10a7-10a8) resultieren.
  11. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Rolle (3) am Ausgang der V-förmigen Ausschnitte und der Profilöffnungen bis zu der Ebene herausragt, die durch den Seitenteil des Deckels (2,11) vorgegeben wird, so dass die Verpackungen aufgestapelt werden können.
  12. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das den Winkelschutz (3) bildende Band der Rolle vor allem längenbezogene Markierungen aufweist.
  13. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für die Aufnahme mehrerer Winkelschutzrollen (3) in Fächer unterteilt ist und auf den konstitutiven Seiten des Behältnisses (1-10) und des Deckels (2-11) mit mehreren Profilöffnungen und V-förmigen Ausschnitten für den kontrollierten Austritt der Enden der besagten Rollenbänder versehen ist.
