Abstract

Für diese Fälle ist es bekannt, statt eines selbstklebenden Etiketts Etiketten-Anhänger beim Verschließen etwa von Wurstenden in die dafür benutzten Mittel einzubeziehen, also insbesondere einen Abschnitt des Anhängers gemeinsam mit einem Zopf aus Verpackungsmaterial durch eine Verschlußklammer an der Verpackung zu befestigen. Problematisch ist im einen wie im anderen Falle das Zuführen der Etiketten zu den jeweils verwendeten Verpackungsmaschinen. Üblich sind Vorschubrolien, die jedoch den Nachteil haben, daß ein Schlupf zwischen der Rolienoberfläche und den Etiketten zu einer Fehlausrichtung der Etiketten im Taktzykius führen kann, zumal wegen des getakteten Vorschubs immer wieder erhebliche Beschleunigungen und Verzögerungen bewältigt werden müssen. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für Etiketten-Anhänger, welche regelmäßig aus steiferem Material als selbstklebende Etiketten bestehen müssen und schon deshalb ein höheres Gewicht haben. Wegen der Nachgiebigkeit des Etikettenmaterials ist es jedoch auch möglich, es bei einer Ebene zu belassen und beim Rückhub die Zinken der Gabel das Etikett beidseitig elastisch abbiegen zu lassen, so daß nach Abschluß des Rückhubs das Etikett vollständig in die Gabelebene zurückkehrt. A N S P R U C H E: EXPECTATIONS:

Vorrichtung zum Bedrucken und Zuführen halbsteifer Etiketten (Anhänger) zu Verpackungs-Verschließmaschinen wie Wurst-Clipsmaschinen o. dgl., mit einer Vorschubeinrichtung zum Abziehen eines Etikettenstrangs von einem Vorrat und Weiterfördern des Etikettenstrangs durch eine Druckstation bis zu einer Abgabestation, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung mindestens einen translatorisch hin- und herbewegten Finger (1 3) aufweist, der beim Arbeitshub hinter einen Absatz (5b) des jeweiligen Etiketts (Fig. 5: 5') greift und dieses um eine definierte Wegstrecke vorschiebt, während er beim Rückhub über das nachfolgende Etikett (5") gleitet, bis er am Ende des Rückhubs hinter den Absatz (5b) dieses nachfolgenden Etiketts (5") greift.1 .
