Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Walze (04) oder eines Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mittels mindestens eines rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) und Reinigungsflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Austrittsöffnung (26) der Reinigungsflüssigkeit innerhalb des rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) angeordnet ist, daß das Reinigungselement als Stirnbürste (24) ausgebildet ist und die nicht rotierende Austrittsöffnung (26) annähernd im Zentrum der Stirnbürste (24), d. h. annähernd auf der Rotationsachse (20) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Walze (04) oder eines Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mittels mindestens eines rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) und Reinigungsflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit innerhalb des rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) zugeführt wird und daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit direkt auf die Walze (04) aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorratsbehälter (37) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit in axialer Richtung der Walze (04) verfahrbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in axialer Richtung der Walze (04) verfahrbare Auffangwanne (42) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnung (26) als Sprühdüse (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei unterschiedlich wirkende Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17; 72; 73) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17; 72; 73) als Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) und Rakeleinrichtung (72; 73) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) und Rakeleinrichtung (72; 73) in Arbeitsstellung gleichzeitig wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Arbeitsrichtung der Vorrichtung gesehen die Rakeleinrichtung (72; 73) der Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (04) als Leitwalze (04) ausgebildet ist.
