Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour un enclenchement et désenclenchement rapides d'un outil d'excavation dans des excavateurs hydrauliques, du type applicable au bras (12) de l'excavateur afin d'enclencher l'outil d'excavation au moyen d'un élément de type boulon (6) qui est poussé par des ressorts (7) adaptés, reçus dans un corps (2) de type boîte identique, ledit élément de type boulon (6) étant verrouillable dans une condition enclenchée par interférence avec un élément de verrouillage (5) qui repose transversalement à sa direction de mouvement, ledit élément de type boulon (6) étant en cours d'utilisation poussé constamment dans la condition enclenchée par lesdits ressorts (7) prévus de façon appropriée, et l'élément de type boulon (6) étant mobile dans la direction opposée au moyen d'un vérin (4) pouvant être raccordé au système hydraulique de l'excavateur, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est muni de deux trous (6A, 6B) ou d'autres éléments d'enclenchement de façon à recevoir dans l'un de ceux-ci l'extrémité d'un levier (3) pour un désenclenchement manuel d'urgence de l'outil et dans l'autre l'élément de verrouillage (5) qui, retenu au niveau de celui-ci par la poussée d'un ressort supplémentaire, peut être retiré à la fois de façon hydraulique et manuelle, puisqu'il fait également saillie à l'extérieur du dispositif, de sorte que dans lesdits cas d'urgence, toute défaillance ou anomalie dans le système hydraulique de l'excavateur seul ou de l'outil d'excavation seul est empêché, et une séparation du dispositif du bras de l'excavateur est empêchée, et par conséquent, une utilisation immédiate de la partie toujours efficace est maintenue, dans lequel en cours d'utilisation normale, ledit élément de type boulon (6) et l'élément de verrouillage (5) correspondant peuvent être actionnés en séquence de façon hydraulique et/ou mécanique depuis le siège du conducteur de l'excavateur.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (5) est le piston d'un vérin hydraulique à simple effet, sollicité de façon élastique de façon à faire saillie dans une condition de sécurité par un ressort dont la force de poussée est nettement inférieure à la force de poussée desdits ressorts (7) pour pousser ledit élément de type boulon (6), ledit vérin hydraulique étant raccordé au système hydraulique de sorte que le retrait dudit vérin hydraulique survient dû à la pression hydraulique qui provoque l'allongement du vérin (4) pour déplacer ledit élément de type boulon (6), la force de poussée différente entre lesdits ressorts (7) et le ressort dudit vérin hydraulique forçant ledit piston dudit vérin hydraulique à se rétracter avant l'élément de type boulon (6).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - un corps supérieur (1), dans lequel le levier d'actionnement manuel (3), le vérin hydraulique (4) et l'élément de verrouillage (5) du dispositif de retenue de sécurité sont supportés ;
    - un corps inférieur (2), sur les côtés duquel des ergots perforés (2A). font saillie en parallèle les uns aux autres pour un raccordement au bras articulé (12) de l'excavateur et à un vérin actionnant un outil d'excavation (13), ledit corps inférieur (2) se composant d'une sorte de boîte plate ouverte à l'avant et dont dépasse l'élément de type boulon (6) qui y coulisse, ledit corps inférieur (2) étant muni, à l'arrière de celui-ci, d'un enfoncement (2B) au moyen duquel il peut chevaucher le dispositif de retenue (13A) de l'outil d'excavation (13) pour la rotation mutuelle des deux éléments jusqu'à ce que l'enclenchement soit achevé.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de type boulon (6), poussé par lesdits ressorts (7), a constamment tendance à faire saillie du côté avant du corps inférieur (2) dans la mesure autorisée par une aile (8) fixée sur l'élément de type boulon et par une ouverture (2C) prévue dans une paroi supérieure de la boîte dans laquelle coulisse le boulon et détermine la course dudit boulon et permet à ladite aile (8) d'entrer dans une cavité (1A) du corps supérieur (1), où si nécessaire, il peut être poussé pour se rétracter par le vérin (4) contrairement aux ressorts (7).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de type boulon (6) est également muni de trous circulaires (6A, 6B) pour recevoir respectivement le levier d'actionnement manuel (3) et l'élément de verrouillage (5), à la fois le levier (3) et l'élément de verrouillage (5) étant supportés dans le corps supérieur (1) du dispositif d'enclenchement et s'étendant à travers lesdits trous circulaires (6A, 6B) et à travers des ouvertures respectives (2D, 2E) prévues dans une paroi supérieure de la boîte dans laquelle coulisse l'élément de type boulon (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (2D) pour ledit levier (3) est allongée dans la direction dans laquelle se déplace l'élément de type boulon (6) comme requis par les variations de l'inclinaison du levier (3) enclenché de façon stable dans le trou respectif (6A) pour celui-ci du boulon et amené à pivoter à cet effet vers le corps supérieur (1), avec une articulation à rotule.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (2E) pour ledit élément de verrouillage (5) est au lieu de cela de forme circulaire de façon à loger une douille de guidage (9) de l'élément de verrouillage (5), qui s'enclenche à son tour dans le trou respectif (6B) pour celle-ci de l'élément de type boulon (6) lorsque ledit trou respectif (6B) est concentrique par rapport à l'ouverture (2E) pour ledit élément de verrouillage (5) seulement lorsque l'élément de type boulon (6) a achevé sa course d'enclenchement.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un crochet (5A) prévu en haut de l'élément de verrouillage (5), qui peut s'enclencher, si nécessaire, avec un levier (11) au moyen duquel ledit élément de verrouillage (5) peut être facilement soulevé et aussi bloqué dans la position rétractée aussi longtemps que requis par l'opérateur pour rétracter manuellement l'élément de type boulon (6).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie supérieure (5B) dudit élément de verrouillage (5) située directement sous le crochet (5A) et faisant saillie avec celui-ci à partir d'une douille (10) lorsque ledit élément de verrouillage (5) se trouve dans la position rétractée, est de couleur rouge, de façon à permettre à l'opérateur de détecter visuellement toute anomalie, même à partir d'une certaine distance, de manière à ce qu'une couleur rouge visible après l'enclenchement hydraulique ou manuel de l'outil d'excavation indique que l'enclenchement n'a pas été effectué correctement et/ou dans tous les cas que le dispositif de retenue de sécurité n'a pas été inséré.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'afin de réaliser de façon hydraulique le retrait automatique de l'élément de verrouillage (5) avant le retrait de l'élément de type boulon (6), un écoulement d'huile vers le vérin (4) agissant sur ledit élément de type boulon (6) est commandé par un écoulement à travers un passage qui est bloqué par l'élément de verrouillage (5) jusqu'à un retrait complet par ledit écoulement d'huile.
