Description
L'élément de façade comporte une fenêtre pivotante permettant d'accéder directement à ce ou ces disjoncteur(s) ou coupe-circuit(s).
Il est également prévu des moyens qui permettent le verrouillage amovible de cette fenêtre pivotante sur l'élément de façade, ainsi que des moyens qui permettent le verrouillage amovible de l'élément de façade sur l'élément de fond.
- une position dans laquelle les deux systèmes de blocage sont activés,
- une position dans laquelle seul le second système de blocage est activé, et
- une position dans laquelle au moins ledit second système de blocage est désactivé.
De préférence cet organe de verrouillage est constitué de deux parties comprenant chacune l'une des extensions de verrouillage, ces deux parties étant solidarisées l'une avec l'autre après positionnement sur la douille de guidage, pour rendre ledit organe de verrouillage imperdable.
De préférence, ce prolongement interne s'étend sur toute la largeur de l'élément de fond et il comporte un retour vers le bas au niveau de sa bordure avant et sur ses côtés.

La chaussette d'étanchéité 27 est en fait constituée de deux éléments indépendants 27' et 27" positionnés chacun de manière amovible sur l'une des échancrures 26 ; ces deux éléments juxtaposés 27' et 27" comportent des zones de prédécoupe 28 (figures 3 et 5) permettant d'adapter l'ouverture de passage des câbles en fonction du nombre et de la taille de ceux-ci.
Ces pattes 30 et ouvertures 31 permettent de positionner convenablement l'élément de façade 2 sur l'élément de fond 1 et elles constituent une sorte d'articulation démontable.
Ces moyens de verrouillage sont constitués d'une clé cylindrique 40 qui est guidée en rotation sur une douille 41 solidaire de l'élément de façade 2 et qui est disposée juste au-dessus de la bordure supérieure de la fenêtre pivotante 36.
L'extension avant 43 est placée devant la bordure supérieure de la fenêtre 36 et l'extension arrière 47 est positionnée derrière la patte d'accrochage 48.
On peut alors accéder aux disjoncteurs ou coupe-circuit 24 internes en faisant pivoter la fenêtre 36 autour de son axe d'articulation inférieur 37, l'élément de façade 2 restant verrouillé sur l'élément de fond 1.
Dans la partie inférieure de l'élément de fond 1 on remarque aussi le crochet monobloc 59 (figures 3 et 6) sur lequel est destiné à venir se fixer un serre-câbles classique, non représenté.
L'organe de crochetage 60 comporte une lumière verticale 65 aménagée dans la platine 63, qui coopère avec un pion de blocage 66 serré au moyen d'une vis 67 positionnée à l'intérieur du coffret, dans la partie supérieure de l'élément de fond 1.
Les deux glissières 64 assurent le guidage en translation verticale de l'organe de crochetage 60 pour permettre son réglage en hauteur avant le serrage du pion 66. Ces glissières 64 sont conformées en L ou en queue d'aronde pour éviter le désencastrement de l'organe de crochetage 60 avant serrage.
Claims (10)
- Coffret de raccordement et de protection pour candélabre constitué :d'un élément de fond (1) qui est muni de moyens (19) permettant la fixation des bornes de connexion électrique (20) pour le neutre et la ou les phases, et aussi de moyens (23) de fixation du ou des disjoncteur(s) ou coupe-circuit(s) (24) associé(s) à l'appareil électrique ou aux appareils électriques porté(s) par le candélabre, etd'un élément de façade (2) amovible muni d'une fenêtre (36) dans sa partie supérieure, laquelle fenêtre (36) permet d'accéder au(x) disjoncteur(s) ou coupe-circuit (24),une position dans laquelle les deux systèmes de blocage (43, 47) sont activés,une position dans laquelle seul le second système de blocage (47) est activé, etune position dans laquelle au moins ledit second système de blocage (47) est désactivé.
- Coffret selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de verrouillage (40) solidaire de l'élément de façade (2), dont la tête (42), qui est accessible depuis l'extérieur, est munie d'une extension (43) constituant le premier système de blocage, apte à venir se positionner devant la fenêtre (36) ou devant une partie solidaire de celle-ci, pour assurer son verrouillage en position fermée et apte à se dégager pour assurer sa libération, et le pied (46) dudit organe de verrouillage (40), disposé dans le volume interne du coffret, étant muni d'une extension (47) constituant le second système de blocage, apte à venir se positionner derrière une patte de crochetage (48) solidaire de l'élément de fond (1) pour assurer le verrouillage en position fermée de l'élément de façade (2) et apte à se dégager de ladite patte (48) pour assurer la libération dudit élément de façade (2).
- Coffret selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de verrouillage (40) aménagé dans la partie supérieure de l'élément de façade (2), juste au-dessus de la bordure supérieure de la fenêtre pivotante (36), le premier système de blocage (43) dudit organe de verrouillage (40) étant agencé pour venir se positionner devant la bordure supérieure de ladite fenêtre (36) pour assurer son verrouillage en position fermée et étant apte à se dégager de ladite bordure supérieure pour assurer sa libération.
- Coffret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de verrouillage en forme de clé cylindrique (40) guidée en rotation dans une douille (41) solidaire de l'élément de façade (2) et munie d'extensions de verrouillage (43, 47) au niveau de ses extrémités, lesquelles extensions (43, 47) s'étendent perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (44) de ladite clé cylindrique (40).
- Coffret selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de verrouillage (40) en deux parties (40', 40") comprenant chacune l'une des extensions de verrouillage (43, 47), ces deux parties (40', 40") étant solidarisées après positionnement sur la douille de guidage (41) de l'élément de façade (2) pour rendre ledit organe de verrouillage (40) imperdable.
- Coffret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure de l'élément de fond (1) comporte un prolongement interne (49) qui s'étend vers l'avant et dont l'extrémité comporte un retour vers le bas (48) constituant la patte de crochetage qui coopère avec le second système de blocage (47) de l'organe de verrouillage (40).
- Coffret selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement interne (49) s'étend sur toute la largeur de l'élément de fond (1) et comporte un retour vers le bas (48, 52) au niveau de sa bordure avant et sur ses côtés.
- Coffret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fond (1) et l'élément de façade (2) se présentent chacun sous la forme d'une demi-coquille constituée d'une embase (3, 9) bordée par deux côtés latéraux (4, 10), par une face de dessus (6, 11) et par une face de dessous (7, 13), la face de dessous (13) de l'élément de façade (2) comportant deux crochets latéraux en forme de pattes à l'équerre (30) destinées à venir s'encastrer dans des ouvertures (31) aménagées dans la face de dessous (7) de l'élément de fond (1) pour former une articulation démontable, les extrémités des côtés latéraux (10) et de la face de dessus (11) de l'élément de façade (2) venant se positionner dans une feuillure d'encastrement (33) aménagée aux extrémités des côtés latéraux (4) et de la face de dessus (6) de l'élément de fond (1) pour assurer une fermeture étanche.
- Coffret selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la face de dessus (11) de l'élément de façade (2) comporte une nervure en saillie (55) coopérant avec une rainure en creux (54) aménagée dans la feuillure d'extrémité (33) de la face de dessus (6) de l'élément de fond (1) pour renforcer l'étanchéité.
- Coffret selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les faces de dessous (7, 13) de l'élément de fond (1) et de l'élément de façade (2) comportent chacune une échancrure (26) qui forment ensemble une ouverture allongée d'avant en arrière dans laquelle vient se positionner une chaussette d'étanchéité (27) en deux éléments (27' et 27") permettant le passage de tous les câbles d'entrée et de sortie.
