Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de commutation, notamment commutateur (1), avec un corps de support (3 ; 303) préformé, sensiblement cylindrique et comprenant un axe de rotation (2 ; 302) et avec des segments de commutation et/ou de commutateur (4 ; 304) électriquement conducteurs, qui sont fixés au corps de support (3 ; 303), le corps de support (3 ; 303) et les segments (4 ; 304) comprenant des moyens coopérant destinés à positionner et à orienter les segments (4 ; 304) par rapport au corps de support (3 ; 303), et les segments (4 ; 304) reposant avec leur surface de segment (308) contre une surface de revêtement du corps de support (3 ; 303) et les sections finales opposées les unes aux autres étant fléchies en tant que moyens de positionnement (309, 311) par rapport à la surface de segment (308), caractérisé en ce que les deux moyens de positionnement (309, 311) sont plans à l'état fléchi et en ce que les moyens de positionnement plans et fléchis (309, 311) se mettent en prise dans des moyens de réception correspondants sur les deux côtés du corps de support (303) et sont de ce fait positionnés et orientés.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux moyens de positionnement (309, 311) comprennent sur leur extrémité éloignée de la surface de segment (308) des taquets respectivement disposés à angle droit, qui s'étendent à l'état fléchi dans le plan de la surface frontale du corps de support (303).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les segments (304) sont fixés en plus au corps de support (303) par une couche de liaison (305) disposée entre le corps de support (303) et les segments (304).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liaison (305) est une couche adhésive, de préférence une couche en résine époxy, en résine de polyuréthane ou en résine de phénol.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liaison (305) est une couche de brasage ou de soudage, notamment une couche de brasage tendre, fort ou au verre ou une couche de soudage aux ultrasons, par friction ou aux électrodes.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une barre (310) fléchie côté extrémité du segment (304) pour le raccordement de l'enroulement de la bobine.
