Abstract

Die Motorbaueinheit ist für ein Tauchpumpenaggregat vorgesehen und weist einen Elektromotor (1) mit vorgeschaltetem Frequenzumrichter auf, die in einem gemeinsamen, im Querschnitt runden Gehäusemantel angeordnet sind. Der Frequenzumrichter ist als Einschub axial fluchtend zum Motor (1) angeordnet und besteht im Wesentlichen aus drei Bauteilen, nämlich einem den Leistungsteil beinhaltenden gemeinsamen Halbleiterbauelement (9), einem den Eingangs- und Zwischenkreis beinhaltenden Bauteil (14) und einem die Steuer- und Regelelektronik aufweisenden Bauteil (16). Das die Leistungselektronik beinhaltende Bauteil (8) ist über einen Wärmeverteiler (2) wärmeleitend mit dem Gehäusemantel verbunden. Der Wärmeverteiler (2) ist in seiner Außenkontur der Innenkontur des Gehäusemantels angepasst und in diesen zur Wärmeleitung über den gesamten Umfang eingepresst.
