- Such conical shape guides the fixing and the arrangement of the two panels thanks to the collaboration with the two outside lateral surfaces 17 and 18 and of panels 11 and 12.
- the pressing element 19 cooperates to the arrangement and the holding of a first inserted panel 11, favouring the insertion operation of the second panel 12.
- the pressing element 19 exerts a force that presses inside surfaces 28 and 29 of the panels against outside faces 30 of the two wings of the jointing element 13. In this way, the seal is favoured with multiple contact surfaces (panel/junction, panel/presser).

- the pressing element 19 with conical shape and tapered at the tip, which facilitates its insertion between the two extensions 15 and 16 of two panels 11 and 12 and realises the coupling between the outside lateral surfaces 17 and 18 of panels 11 and 12.
- depressions or recessed housings 45 can be provided on outside lateral walls of the jointing element 13 or 113, inside which it is possible to firmly insert hooks or hooking portions 46 that are arranged on arms 48 that extend between clamps or metal plates 47 for arranging the jointing element 13 ( Figures 7 and 8).
- Such clamps 47 are used for the connection to load-bearing structures, and they laterally enclose and block, with the above hooking portions 46, the jointing element 13. This type of fastening through clamps is particularly useful in plane, curved roofing, or in very long vertical wall plugs.
- figure 8 there is shown that, in the case of an aluminium extruded jointing element 13, it is possible to provide a dovetail coupling or housing 49 below a central base 125 of the jointing element 13.
- the examples made relate to hollow embodiments of the panels and of the jointing element, but other embodiments are possible with curves with uprights and stiffeners realised through calendering of the assembly after forming. Such calendering of the assembly prevents any difficulty in assembling the panels and the jointing element.
Claims (8)
- Ensemble de panneaux et d'éléments de connexion, en particulier pour le domaine du bâtiment, dans lequel chaque panneau (11, 12) en section comprend une structure alvéolaire, définie par une pluralité de nervures (14) et disposée entre deux surfaces extérieures principales (10, 28, 29), des prolongements transversaux (15, 16) obtenus en des extrémités opposées de chaque panneau (11, 12) et disposés presque perpendiculairement auxdits panneaux (11, 12), et un élément de jonction (13, 113) adapté pour recevoir un prolongement (15, 16) de chacun de deux panneaux adjacents (11, 12) les reliant fermement, dans lequel chaque prolongement (15, 16) et l'élément de jonction (13, 113) sont munis de surfaces inclinées coopérant en va et vient (20, 21, 24, 25), tournées vers l'intérieur et tournées l'une vers l'autre, et dans lequel ledit élément de jonction (13) est en forme de U et recouvre entièrement les deux prolongements (15, 16), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de jonction (13) est muni d'un élément de pression (19) qui s'étend à l'intérieur de celui-ci de façon centrale et qui est mis en prise de façon coincée entre les parois tournées vers l'extérieur (17, 18) desdits deux prolongements (15, 16).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque extrémité des ailes dudit élément de jonction (13) présente une protubérance arrondie (26), qui fait saillie radialement vers l'intérieur, adaptée pour interagir avec une protubérance respective (23) obtenue presque aux extrémités libres desdits prolongements (15, 16) desdits panneaux (11, 12).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite protubérance (26) est déterminée par une paire de parties convergentes à surface inclinée (24, 27) s'étendant depuis deux ailes dudit élément de jonction en U (13) à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite protubérance arrondie (26) est déterminée par une paire de parties globalement parallèles à surface inclinée (20, 21) reliées pour former un logement (22) pour ladite protubérance arrondie (23).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ailes latérales dudit élément de jonction (13, 113) présentent des dépressions ou des logements en retrait (45) sur des surfaces tournées vers l'extérieur, à l'intérieur desquels sont insérées des parties d'accrochage (46) obtenues sur des bras (48) qui s'étendent depuis des pinces ou plaques métalliques (47) pour positionner ledit élément de jonction (13, 113) par rapport à des structures supportant des charges.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à la fois lesdits panneaux (11, 12) et ledit élément de jonction (13) sont faits d'un polycarbonate à structure alvéolaire.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits panneaux (11, 12) sont faits d'un polycarbonate à structure alvéolaire, et ledit élément de jonction (113) est fait d'un aluminium extrudé ou d'un alliage similaire.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des ailes dudit élément de jonction (113) réalisées au moyen d'un procédé d'extrusion d'un matériau métallique, continuent en des prolongements incurvés vers l'intérieur (40), dont les extrémités (41) sont en appui dans un logement (22) prévu sur lesdits prolongements (15, 16) desdits panneaux (11, 12).
