Description

The invention relates to a feeding arrangement for respirators Food and beverage intake in use that covers the field of vision of the Mask wearer not restricted, takes up little space and is protected from pollution and contamination.

US 3 645 261). Solutions are known from the prior art in which feeding valves are equipped with a drinking tube, if necessary the drinking tube can be moved into the line of sight of the mask wearer (e.g. US 3,645,261). The disadvantage of this solution is that the open Arrangement of the drinking tube a risk of contamination and contamination exists and that the drinking tube is damaged in use can be.

Respirators with a feeding valve are known from practice for food intake without hose connection to the respirator are equipped. Such solutions are in DE 37 08 077 A1, DE-OS 23 21 607 and DE-OS 23 21 344. Disadvantageous The problem with these solutions is that the mask wearer is attached to the food bottle located drinking hose without visual contact in the feeding valve must thread, the risk of touching the drinking tube and Respirator mask and therefore no pollution and contamination can be excluded.

The object of the present invention was to develop a feeding arrangement for breathing masks covering the field of vision of the mask wearer not restricted, protected from contamination and contamination and, if necessary, contamination-free insertion through visual contact a drinking cannula.

The aim of the invention was to create an inexpensive and safe Solution for a feeding arrangement on a respirator.

The object of the invention was achieved in that a non-return valve on the outside of the respirator mask is arranged on the respirator mask so that it can be rotated close to a hollow axis which is designed as a feeding connector. The end of the hollow shaft of the feeding arrangement arranged in the interior of the breathing mask is provided with a mouthpiece tube. This ensures that, if necessary, the check valve can be rotated into the visible area of the mask wearer, which makes it easy to insert a drinking cannula of the food or drinking bottle even with protective gloves. At the same time, the solution found, with the rotation of the hose connection into the visible area of the mask wearer inside the respirator, moves the mouthpiece hose toward the mouth, which enables the mask wearer to easily and conveniently take in food.
With the arrangement of the check valve behind a sealing cap, it was achieved that contamination and contamination of the feeding arrangement can be excluded. The solution according to the invention ensures that the field of vision of the mask wearer in use is not impaired either inside or outside by the feeding arrangement and that the feeding arrangement takes up only a small amount of space in the rest position. By covering the check valve, additional protection against contamination and contamination can be achieved if necessary.

The invention will be based on an example that is shown in Figures 1 is to be explained in more detail.

The check valve 1 is tight and rotatable about a hollow shaft 2 in a Connection piece 4 of the respirator mask is arranged. To secure one are gastight connection between hollow shaft 2 and connector 4 Sealing rings 6 arranged, e.g. in a recess of the hollow shaft can be fixed. At the end of the hollow shaft 2 inside the breathing mask is a mouthpiece hose 3 for food and beverage intake arranged for the mask wearer. Check valve 1 is to protect against pollution and contamination at rest a cap 5 sealed gas-tight. In addition, inside of the check valve 1, a sealing ring can be arranged.

In the rest position, the check valve 1, which is pivoted downward, is next to the filter connection of the respiratory mask under a protective Cover arranged. The mouthpiece tube 3 is in this position on the side of the inner wall of the inner mask. This ensures that in this position there is an optimal field of vision for the mask wearer, that is not restricted by the feeding arrangement.

In the drinking position, the check valve 1 is removed from the cover in the Field of vision of the mask wearer swiveled so that after opening the cap 5, a drinking cannula under contamination free view can be introduced. With the swiveling of the check valve 1 the mouthpiece tube automatically becomes the mouth of the mask wearer rotated, which makes easy food and beverage intake can.

Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Feedinganordnung kann die Verschmutzungs- und Kontaminationsgefahr für dies nahezu ausgeschlossen werden und es wird ein unter diesen Einsatzbedingungen hoher Komfort für die Nahrungs- und Getränkeaufnahme erreichtWith the feeding arrangement according to the invention, the pollution and contamination risk for this are almost excluded and it becomes a high comfort for these operating conditions reached the food and drink intake

In the rest position, the solution according to the invention only claims one small space, in the drinking position is the opening of the check valve 1 clearly visible to the mask wearer. This also applies taking into account different face shapes, different position of the Eyes and when using different mask sizes.
