Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Verwaltung von Parkplätzen für Fahrzeuge in einem gegebenen Bereich (3), in dem
    - eine Parksäule (4) einem Parkserver (7) Daten übermittelt, und
    - der Parkserver (7) direkt oder indirekt Informationen über die Inanspruchnahme der Gesamtheit der Parkplätze im genannten gegebenen Bereich (3) an ein tragbares Gerät (10) eines Telekommunikationsnetzteilnehmers übermittelt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, da die genannte Parksäule die genannte Gesamtheit an Plätzen verwaltet, die genannten übermittelten Daten transaktionsorientierte Daten sind, die die Anzahl und Dauer bezahlter Parkrechte in genannten gegebenen Bereich (3) angeben und dadurch, dass die genannten Informationen vom Parkserver (7) erstellt werden, wobei die genannten Informationen mindestens teilweise auf den genannten Daten beruhen und sich aus statistischen Daten ergeben, die die Anzahl an Plätzen, die von Fahrzeugen besetzt werden, die die Parkgebühr nicht entrichtet haben oder über einen abgelaufenen Anspruch verfügen und/oder das Verhältnis angeben, das zwischen der Anzahl an gültigen Parkrechten und der Anzahl an Fahrzeugen besteht, die tatsächlich mit einem gültigen Parkrecht anwesend sind
  2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Parksäulen (4) dem Parkserver (7) transaktionsorientierte Daten übermitteln, die die Anzahl bezahlter Parkrechte im genannten gegebenen Bereich : (3) angeben.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Parksäule(n) (4) (ein) Zeitstempler ist/sind.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Parksäule(n) (4) einen geschlossenen Parkplatz verwaltet/verwalten.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das tragbare Gerät (10) ein Mobiltelephon ist und dadurch, dass die Informationen nach einem besonderen Protokoll an das Mobiltelephon übertragen werden, das dem Teilnehmer erlaubt, mit Hilfe seines Mobiltelephons zum Internet Zugang zu haben.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die übermittelten Informationen die Anzahl verfügbarer Plätze in Unterbereichen des Bereiches (3) umfassen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Parkplatzserver (7) mit einem anderen Server (8) verbunden ist, der in der Lage ist, die vom Server (7) erzeugten Informationen dem tragbaren Gerät (10) zu übermitteln.
  8. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Server (8) in der Lage ist, dem tragbaren Gerät (10) Angaben über den Zugang zu einem Unterbereich des Bereichs (3) zu machen.
