Bei der Aufstellung des Geräts muß es freilich auch möglich sein, die notwendigen Leitungsanschlüsse herzustellen, die Befestigungsarbeiten vorzunehmen usw. und nach Abschluß muß das Ganze gegen unbefugten äußeren Zugriff zuverlässig geschützt sein und dennoch von befugter Seite im Bedarfsfall den Zugriff wieder ermöglichen.   2. Pedestal according to claim 1, where the ground frame assembly (1) and the carrier assembly (2) are each fitted with side walls (12) and (24) on three sides and are open on the fourth side to form the access opening.

  7. Pedestal according to claim 6, where the openings in the carrier elements (13) of the ground frame assembly are formed as slots which are open towards the access opening.
  8. Pedestal according to claim 6 or 7, where the carrier elements (13) of the pedestal frame assembly (1) are welded to the side walls (12).
  9. Pedestal according to any of claims 6 to 9, where the threaded rods (23) are welded to the underside of the carrier component (21).
  10. Pedestal according to any of claims 1 to 9, where the holding element of the cover assembly is a carrier arm (32) which is connected with the cover plate (31) and has threaded bores (34) in which can be screwed mounting bolts (33) through the base of the device (G) and through bores (27) or openings of the carrier component (21) of the carrier assembly (2).
