Description

  • La présente invention se rapporte aux dispositifs de fixation d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre, en particulier un bracelet métallique ou non métallique, en cuir ou caoutchouc par exemple.
  • On connaît un dispositif de fixation de bracelet sur une boîte de montre, par exemple des documents WO 98/21630; WO 99/36838 et CH 614.589. Le document WO 98/21630 décrit un bracelet fixé conventionnement sur un élément intermédiaire qui lui vient s'emboîter entre les cornes de la boîte de montre et est fixé à celle-ci à l'aide d'une goupille. Malgré la présence de l'élément intermédiaire, le montage et le démontage du bracelet nécessitent l'utilisation d'un outil pour retirer ou chasser la goupille le reliant aux cornes de la boîte.
  • L'inconvénient d'une telle fixation provient de la nécessité d'avoir recours à un outil pour le changement de bracelet et également du fait que la goupille de fixation du bracelet sur l'élément intermédiaire ainsi que celle fixant cet élément intermédiaire sur les cornes de la boite de montre restent visibles et nuisent à l'esthétique de la pièce d'horlogerie.
  • Le document WO 99/36838 décrit un dispositif de fixation rapide et sans outil d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre. Ce dispositif comporte un premier élément intermédiaire monté sur la boîte de montre et pouvant coulisser ou tourner par rapport à cette boîte de montre. Un second élément intermédiaire auquel est fixé le bracelet peut s'enclencher sur le premier élément intermédiaire lorsque celui-ci est dans une position de montage par rapport à la boîte de montre. En position de service normal de ce premier élément intermédiaire par rapport à la boîte de montre, le second élément intermédiaire est verrouillé en position accouplée au premier élément intermédiaire.
  • Cette réalisation est complexe, ne se prête pas aisément pour la fixation de bracelets métalliques et n'interdit pas un désaccouplement des premier et second éléments intermédiaires involontaire.
  • Le troisième document, le brevet CH 614.589, décrit une boîte de montre dont les cornes sont munies de gonds, présentant un évidement longitudinal ouvert en bout et sur la face inférieure du gond. Le bracelet est fixé à une barrette transversale dont la section présente la forme d'un cylindre tronqué permettant dans une position angulaire déterminée d'être introduite dans l'évidement du gond de la boîte de montre. Pour toutes les autres positions angulaires de cette barrette par rapport au gond, cette barrette est prisonnière du gond. Ici également, le bracelet peut se désolidariser de la boîte de montre par inadvertance.
  • Enfin, le document US 3.908.243 décrit une montre bracelet comportant entre la boîte et le bracelet des éléments intermédiaires articulés sur les cornes de la boîte de montre. Les extrémités du bracelet comportent un élément comportant la partie mâle d'un accouplement venant se loger et se verrouiller en position de service dans l'élément intermédiaire.
  • Le but de la présente invention est de permettre une fixation rapide, fiable et sans outil d'un bracelet de n'importe quel type sur une boîte de montre tout en évitant une désolidarisation involontaire et intempestive du bracelet de la montre. Un but également de la présente invention est de réaliser un dispositif de fixation d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre qui ne comporte aucun élément visible de mécanisme et qui ne nuise pas à l'esthétique de la pièce.
  • Un autre but est de permettre la vente de tous types de bracelets seuls, sous forme d'accessoires, que l'usager peut simplement monter lui-même sur sa boîte de montre sans outil, une sécurité évitant tout démontage involontaire.
  • La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre comportant les caractéristiques énumérées à la revendication 1.
  • Le dessin annexé illustre schématiquement et à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution du dispositif de fixation d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre objet de l'invention.
    • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée du dispositif de fixation.
    • La figure 2 est une vue en plan d'une montre assemblée à un bracelet à l'aide du dispositif de fixation.
    • La figure 3 est une coupe à plus grande échelle suivant la ligne A-A de la figure 2.
    • La figure 4 est une coupe à plus grande échelle suivant la ligne B-B de la figure 2.
    • La figure 5 est une coupe à plus grande échelle suivant la ligne C-C de la figure 3.
  • Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention comporte un élément intermédiaire 1 sur lequel est fixée de façon conventionnelle l'extrémité d'un bracelet cuir ou métallique, cet élément intermédiaire étant conformé de manière à pouvoir être accouplé à la boîte de montre 2.
  • Dans l'exemple illustré, l'élément intermédiaire 1 est accouplé au dernier maillon 3 d'un bracelet métallique à l'aide d'une goupille par exemple dont les extrémités ne sont pas visibles de l'extérieur du maillon 3.
  • La boîte de montre 1 est munie de cornes 4 qui présentent dans leurs faces qui se font face des rainures 5 débouchant sur la face inférieure 6 de ces cornes 4 mais ne débouchant pas sur la face supérieure de ces cornes 4. Les faces terminales 7 de la boîte 1 ou de sa carrure présentent, entre les cornes 4, un évidement 8 délimité vers le bas par une face de verrouillage inclinée 9.
  • L'élément intermédiaire 1 est formé d'un bloc présentant d'une façon générale la forme de l'espace compris entre deux cornes 4 de la boîte 2. Sur ces faces latérales, cet élément intermédiaire 1 comporte des nervures 10 destinées à s'engager dans les rainures 5 des cornes 4 lorsqu'il est accouplé à la boîte 2.
  • En position accouplée à la boîte 2, cet élément intermédiaire 1 occupe l'espace entre les cornes 4 et permet de donner à l'ensemble boîte-bracelet l'aspect esthétique désiré.
  • Cet élément intermédiaire présente un évidement débouchant sur ses faces inférieures et sa face dirigée vers la face terminale de la boîte 2 dans lequel un volet de verrouillage 11 est monté pivotant autour d'une goupille 12 dont les extrémités sont logées dans des trous 13 que comporte l'élément intermédiaire 1.
  • Le volet de verrouillage 11 comporte un logement 14 dans lequel se trouve un ressort à boudin 15, entourant la portion centrale de la goupille d'articulation du volet de verrouillage 11 et dont les extrémités prennent appui, en position de service de l'élément intermédiaire 1, position pour laquelle il est accouplé aux cornes 4 de la boîte 2 l'une contre ledit volet et l'autre contre la face de verrouillage 9 de la boîte 2. Ce ressort 15 tend à appliquer contre la face de verrouillage 9 de la boîte 2 un bec de verrouillage 16 que comporte le volet 11.
  • Ainsi lorsque l'élément intermédiaire 1 est engagé à fond entre les cornes 4 de la boîte 2, le bec de verrouillage 16 du volet 11 est appliqué contre la face de verrouillage 9 de la boîte 2 par le ressort 15 et cet élément intermédiaire 1 ne peut pas se séparer de façon intempestive ou involontaire de la boîte 2.
  • Pour séparer l'élément intermédiaire de la boîte, et donc démonter le bracelet de cette boîte, éventuellement en vue d'un échange de bracelet, il faut que l'usager déplace le volet 11 en direction de la face terminale de la boîte 2 pour que le bec de verrouillage 16 soit retiré de la face de verrouillage 9 de la boîte. Ce n'est qu'après avoir actionné le volet 11 que l'élément intermédiaire 1 peut être séparé de la boîte 2.
  • Comme on le voit, ce dispositif de fixation est très simple, robuste, facile à usiner. Il permet un accouplement et un désaccouplement du bracelet de la boîte de montre aisé et sans outil mais, du fait du verrouillage, interdit toute séparation intempestive ou involontaire de l'élément intermédiaire 1 de la boîte 2.
  • De plus, aucun des organes du mécanisme d'accouplement et de verrouillage n'est visible du dessus ou de côté de la boite de montre ou du bracelet.
  • En pratique des bracelets de rechange peuvent être vendus accouplés à un élément intermédiaire 1 de manière à pouvoir, sans outil et très simplement, par l'usager lui-même procéder à l'échange de bracelet.
  • Il est évident que ce dispositif peut être utilisé pour la fixation de tout type de bracelet métallique, non métallique, en cuir, matière plastique, caoutchouc, etc. Le bracelet quel qu'il soit est fixé de façon conventionnelle à l'élément intermédiaire décrit précédemment et peut être fixé de façon amovible à la boîte de montre.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de fixation d'un bracelet sur une boîte de montre (2), comportant un élément intermédiaire (1) auquel est fixée l'extrémité du bracelet (3), caractérisé par le fait que cet élément intermédiaire (1) peut s'emboîter entre les cornes (4) de la boîte de montre (2) par coulissement de formation complémentaire (10,5) que comportent les faces latérales de l'élément intermédiaire (1) et les faces internes des cornes (4) ; par le fait que cet élément intermédiaire (1) comporte un volet (11) pivoté autour d'un axe (12) transversal au bracelet et soumis à une action élastique (15); ce volet (11) comporte un bec de verrouillage (16) coopérant en position de service avec une face de verrouillage (9) que comporte la face terminale de la boîte de montre (2), ce bec (16) est appliqué par ladite action élastique (15) contre cette face de verrouillage (9) lorsque l'élément intermédiaire (1) est en position de service introduit entre les cornes (4) de la boîte (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément intermédiaire (1) comporte sur ses faces latérales des nervures (10) coopérant avec des rainures (5) prévues dans les faces internes des cornes (4).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les faces terminales de la boite (2) comportent des évidements (8) comprenant une face de verrouillage inclinée (9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'action élastique (15) est constituée par un ressort à boudin logé sur l'axe (12) de pivotement du volet (11).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la face supérieure de l'élément intermédiaire (1) est, en position de service, située dans le prolongement des faces supérieures des cornes (4).
  6. Bracelet de montre, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
