Claims (4)
- Variable Ventilsteuerung für Hubkolben-Brennkraftmaschinen (1) mit einer Öffnungsnockenwelle (5) und einer Schließnockenwelle (6) zum Betätigen von Einlassventilen und zumindest einer weiteren Nockenwelle (7) zum Betätigen von Auslassventilen, wobei die Öffnungsnockenwelle (5) und die Schließnockenwelle (6) in ihrer Drehlage zueinander mittels eines Verstellgetriebes (12), welches durch einen von einem Steuergerät in Abhängigkeit von Motor- und/oder Fahrzeugparametern angesteuerten Stellmotor beaufschlagt ist, veränderbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellgetriebe (12) aus Umlaufrädergetrieben mit jeweils zumindest einem Hohlrad (18) und einem darin eingreifenden exzentrisch zum Hohlrad (18) gelagerten Stellrad (24) gebildet ist, wobei die Umlaufrädergetriebe jeweils im wesentlichen koaxial an den an einer gemeinsamen Stirnseite der Brennkraftmaschine (1) befindlichen Enden der beiden die Einlassventile betätigenden Nockenwellen (5, 6) angeordnet sind und die Stellräder (24) von einem gemeinsamen mit dem Stellmotor (13) verbundenen Verstellrad (17) beaufschlagt sind.
- Variable Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aus Umlaufrädern gebildete Verstellgetriebe (12) besteht aus jeweils einem an der Öffnungsnockenwelle (5) und einem an der Schließnockenwelle (6) drehfest verbundenen Hohlrad (18) mit einer Innenverzahnung (19), jeweils einem auf jeder dieser Nockenwellen (5, 6) koaxial und drehbar gelagerten Exzenterteil (20) mit einer ex-zentrisch zur jeweiligen Achse (21) der Nockenwelle (5, 6) verlaufenden Lagerfläche (22) sowie jeweils einer zentrisch zur Achse (21) liegenden Verstellverzahnung (27), jeweils einem auf jeder der Lagerflächen (22) der Exzenterteile (20) drehbar gelagerten Stellrad (24), wobei jedes der Stellräder (24) mit einer ersten in Eingriff mit der Innenverzahnung (19) des zugehörigen Hohlrades (18) stehenden Verzahnung (25) sowie einer zweiten Verzahnung (26) versehen ist, die zweiten Verzahnungen (26) der beiden Stellräder (24) miteinander in Eingriff stehen und wobei die beiden Exzenterteile (20) von dem gemeinsamen Verstellrad (17) des Stellmotors (13) gleichsinnig verdrehbar sind.
- Variable Ventilsteuerung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Antrieb der Öffnungs- (5) bzw. Schließnockenwelle (6) für die Einlassventile und/oder der Nockenwelle (7) für die Auslassventile von der Kurbelwelle (4) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) weitere an sich bekannte Verstellvorrichtungen zur Drehwinkelverstellung vorgesehen sind.
- Variable Ventilsteuerung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest an der Öffnungsnockenwelle (5), an der Schließnockenwelle (6) und an der Kurbelwelle (4) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) Phasengeberräder (16) und darauf gerichtete Sensoren (15) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Winkellage der Phasengeberräder (16) von einem Steuergerät (14) in Verbindung mit weiteren Motor- und Fahrzeugparametern zur Ansteuerung des Stellmotors (13) ausgewertet werden.
