Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fixation pour des plaques en verre stationnaires et/ou mobiles, les plaques en verre (1) ayant des évidements (2) gradués ou coniques de forme oblongue, dans lesquels des pièces de retenue (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) du dispositif de fixation sont encastrées de façon anti-giratoire, qui, au moins d'un côté, affleurent une surface de verre (7) et, sur une surface de verre (16) opposée, peuvent être connectées par la force et par la forme à une charnière, à une équerre de retenue ou à une autre ferrure venant se coller contre ladite surface, et un espace intermédiaire, existant entre l'évidement (2) et la pièce de retenue (6, 15, 17, 18, 19), étant rempli par une masse de remplissage durcissable, la pièce de retenue (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) ayant une forme complémentaire à celle de l'évidement (2), caractérisé en ce que la pièce de retenue (6, 15, 17) est aménagée comme un disque (9, 11) circulaire et présente, d'un côté, un épaulement (10, 12) excentrique circulaire, qui est décalé d'une grandeur (X) par rapport à la ligne centrale (5) ou en ce que la pièce de retenue (18, 19) présente une configuration (22) extérieure conique correspondant à l'évidement en forme oblongue de la plaque en verre, dans laquelle des parois latérales circonférentielles s'étendent de façon conique ou trapézoïdale et sous le même angle que l'évidement (2).
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (2) ont une forme arbitraire.
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (2) sont aménagés de façon ronde et graduée, un premier évidement étant mis en place sous forme d'un trou borgne (3) centré par rapport à sa ligne centrale (5), et en ce qu'un second trou est adjacent au premier, dont la ligne centrale est décalée d'une grandeur (X) par rapport à la ligne centrale (5) du trou borgne (3).
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le trou borgne est introduit jusqu'à environ la moitié de l'épaisseur de la plaque en verre (1) utilisée.
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (2) est un trou oblong dont la configuration est conique ou trapézoïdale.
  6. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour sa fixation, la pièce de retenue (6, 15, 17) est pénétrée par un ou deux trous de passage (13), qui sont pourvus d'un logement conique (14), les trous de passage (13) étant agencés symétriquement par rapport au centre de l'épaulement circulaire (10, 12) agencé excentriquement.
  7. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour sa fixation, la pièce de retenue (18, 19) est pénétrée par un ou deux trous de passage (13) qui sont pourvus d'un logement conique (14).
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour sa fixation, la pièce de retenue (6, 15) présente un ou deux trous borgnes filetés (8), le trou borgne fileté (8) étant introduit du côté de l'épaulement excentrique (10, 12) et étant agencé symétriquement.
  9. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour sa fixation, la pièce de retenue (18, 19) présente un ou deux trous borgnes filetés.
  10. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de retenue (17, 19) présente un épaulement (21) qui dépasse la surface de verre (16).
  11. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de retenue (6, 15, 17, 18, 19) consiste en métal, acier, acier inoxydable, laiton ou en matière plastique.
  12. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation est utilisé pour des séparations de douche ou des portes toute en verre en connexion avec des panneaux latéraux.
