Definitions
- the invention relates to - according to the preamble of the independent Claim 1 - a textile substrate, which water-draining Has properties and wool as well, at least includes another fiber.
- Such substrates stand out due to its excellent ability to absorb and derive Steam and water out. They are particularly suitable for Seat covers, especially long-term covers without interruption use seating such as in cars and buses in the Train and plane as well as for office chairs, wheelchairs etc.
- the good moisture dissipation from the tissue surface helps good seating comfort because the seat cover not wet even after sitting for a long time, but always feels dry and thus guarantees an "air-conditioned sitting".
- EP 356 708, EP 455 848 and EP 685 583 are generic known textile substrates, which always have a share in natural fibers, especially wool and ramie. This proportion of natural fibers is between 65 and 85 wt .-% wool and ramie (EP 356 708), it is at least 40% by weight wool and at least 5% by weight ramie (EP 455 848) or it comprises at least 40% by weight of wool and at least 15% by weight ramie, but always more from both than 85% by weight (EP 685 583).
- EP 356 708 and EP 455 848 always have a share synthetic fibers - be it for the purpose of Water drainage or better colorability - so revealed EP 585 583 a textile substrate for seat covers, a fabric, Knitted or knitted fabric with a mixed yarn in the chain made of 80% by weight wool and 20% by weight ramie and in the weft Has ramie threads.
- textiles according to the invention at least largely exist, but preferably exclusively, from natural fibers and can therefore be disposed of in a very environmentally friendly manner:
- the textiles according to the invention can be comminuted, then piled up and with enough high humidity and temperature are stored; they rot completely and are therefore compostable.
- the substrate according to the invention consists of at least 40% by weight of wool and at least 30% by weight of viscose, the Sum of the proportions of wool and viscose more than 80% by weight matters.
- the substrate according to the invention also exists preferably exclusively from substances that rot or at least toxicologically and ecotoxicologically harmless are so that it can be composted without restriction. Also under these conditions it can vary in terms of Requirements. For example, it can prevent static charge less than 5 wt .-% metal fibers or wire included. These metal threads are made accordingly selected, they oxidize under suitable conditions and rot together with the other ingredients.
- the use of elastic fibers is also possible, since their share, if they do not rot like e.g. B.
- Lycra® (registered trademark of Du Pont de Nemours), be kept very low - to less than 5% by weight - or otherwise rotting material such as natural rubber can be used can.
- Elastic fibers can e.g. B. incorporated into the substrate be made up of individual threads made entirely of such material consist or an essentially consisting of viscose Yarn, for example in the weft of a fabric, with elastic fibers is twisted.
- the substrate is a mixed yarn with wool and viscose, preferably one made from about 30-70 % By weight of wool and 30-70% by weight of viscose. Act it a weave, so can be the warp or the weft consist of such a mixed yarn, the weft or the Chain, however, made of other material, e.g. made of pure viscose exist or include portions of other materials. In such and other substrates it has turned out to be possible and even Proven to use only wool and viscose and to completely dispense with other admixtures if they are not necessary due to special requirements.
- the chain 1 from a mixed yarn is formed with 60 wt .-% wool and 40 wt .-% viscose, while the weft 2 consists of viscose threads.
- the weft 2 consists of viscose threads.
- Especially preferred becomes a corresponding tissue, its weft alternating from a blended yarn with 60% by weight wool and 40% by weight Viscose and consists of a pure viscose yarn. All in all this gives a proportion of wool of about 50% by weight and Viscose of about 50% by weight.
- other compositions are also possible as described above.
- the shot 2 from one Blended yarn with 30-70 wt .-% wool and 30-70 wt .-% viscose formed be, while the chain 1 consists of viscose threads 2.
- the Warp 1 alternately from a mixed yarn with 30-70 wt .-% Wool and 30-70% by weight viscose and from a pure viscose yarn consists.
- Alternating mixed yarn and pure viscose yarn - be that in shot 2, according to the first embodiment, or in the Chain 1, according to the second embodiment - the ratio is sufficient from 1: 1 to 4: 1, i.e. per pure viscose yarn preferably 1 to 4 mixed yarns used.
- Suitable viscose fibers e.g. under the name "Redesigned Viscose FR" by the company Lenzing AG, distributed in A-4860 Lenzing, Austria.
- absorbencies could be measured in the rising height method according to DIN 53924 for two different fabrics, each made of about 50% by weight wool and viscose, as is typical for well-draining substrates: Tissue 1 Tissue 2 1 hour 3 hours 1 hour 3 hours Chain 17.0 cm > 25.0 cm 17.9 cm > 25.0 cm shot 13.6 cm 18.1 cm 13.5 cm 17.9 cm
- the textile substrate according to the invention is - in combination with wool - viscose as a wholesome Another substitute arises for using ramie Benefit from the fact that the viscose fibers have been successful with a flame retardant on environmentally friendly Way to impregnate and thus create a textile substrate, that is free of substances that pollute the environment could.
- the one obtained from the textile substrates according to the invention Compost can then also be used safely, e.g. in the Garden can be used if it was previously flame retardant Had traded textiles.
- Textiles impregnated with a flame retardant meet all relevant safety requirements of auto, Aviation or transportation industry or the respective legislative states.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to - according to the preamble of the independent Claim 1 - a textile substrate, which water-draining Has properties and wool as well, at least includes another fiber. Such substrates stand out due to its excellent ability to absorb and derive Steam and water out. They are particularly suitable for Seat covers, especially long-term covers without interruption use seating such as in cars and buses in the Train and plane as well as for office chairs, wheelchairs etc. The good moisture dissipation from the tissue surface helps good seating comfort because the seat cover not wet even after sitting for a long time, but always feels dry and thus guarantees an "air-conditioned sitting".
While EP 356 708 and EP 455 848 always have a share synthetic fibers - be it for the purpose of Water drainage or better colorability - so revealed EP 585 583 a textile substrate for seat covers, a fabric, Knitted or knitted fabric with a mixed yarn in the chain made of 80% by weight wool and 20% by weight ramie and in the weft Has ramie threads.
At first it seemed extremely doubtful whether it was a far-reaching one or even total abandonment of synthetic fibers not that creative possibilities of the fabric designer too strong restrict and above all the excellent properties Known generic textiles regarding water absorption and drainage would impair. The first problem is less serious and can be adjusted accordingly Color scheme can be avoided. For the liquid transport appeared However, for a long time it was essential to be proportionate high proportion - at least 15 wt .-% - synthetic Fibers, preferably polyester, to be provided, since their hydrophobic Properties for liquid transport over longer periods Routes were held responsible. Surprisingly however, it had been shown to perform the same function is perceived by the ramie fiber when in sufficient Concentration - at least 15% by weight - in the substrate is present. This was due to their chemical makeup - gummed ramie consists essentially of cellulose - was not to be expected. That Ramie water lasts even longer Has been able to transport routes on a strong capillary action attributed to that the ramie fibers form tubes that are also inside are provided with longitudinal scoring. Consequently, the Requirement for a content of at least 15% by weight ramie in a textile substrate that meets the high requirements moisture dissipation from the tissue surface is sufficient and should guarantee good seating comfort.
Surprisingly, it has now been shown that - if the Ramie fibers are omitted and replaced by viscose fibers - nevertheless practically equivalent moisture dissipation be maintained by the tissue surface can.
These textiles according to the invention at least largely exist, but preferably exclusively, from natural fibers and can therefore be disposed of in a very environmentally friendly manner: The textiles according to the invention can be comminuted, then piled up and with enough high humidity and temperature are stored; they rot completely and are therefore compostable.
In any case, the discovery forms the fact that viscose fibers Drain water over long distances, the basis for a surprisingly simple solution to the problem, an alternative textile substrate available for seat covers too that is not only extremely comfortable by even under long-term, uninterrupted use difficult conditions such as high temperatures and high Humidity always feels dry, but also the environment is very little contaminated, especially easy to dispose of, and under suitable conditions with at most minimal disposal Residues rot. This task will solved by the features of independent claim 1. Preferred Developments of the textile substrate according to the invention result from the dependent claims.

The substrate according to the invention consists of at least 40% by weight of wool and at least 30% by weight of viscose, the Sum of the proportions of wool and viscose more than 80% by weight matters. Also under these conditions it can vary in terms of Requirements. For example, it can prevent static charge less than 5 wt .-% metal fibers or wire included. These metal threads are made accordingly selected, they oxidize under suitable conditions and rot together with the other ingredients. The use of elastic fibers is also possible, since their share, if they do not rot like e.g. B. Lycra® (registered trademark of Du Pont de Nemours), be kept very low - to less than 5% by weight - or otherwise rotting material such as natural rubber can be used can. Elastic fibers can e.g. B. incorporated into the substrate be made up of individual threads made entirely of such material consist or an essentially consisting of viscose Yarn, for example in the weft of a fabric, with elastic fibers is twisted.
Although synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, Small proportions of polyacrylic or aramid not particularly are disruptive, becomes more unrestricted in the interest Compostability preferably dispensed with them, so that all fibers used - from possible admixture of metal fibers apart from - of animal or vegetable origin are. In addition to wool, viscose is particularly suitable was made from beech wood and which preferably also according to an environmentally friendly process with a flame retardant Active ingredient was added. Are also suitable to Place the appropriate viscose, fibers made from others Plants were obtained.
It is very cheap if the substrate is a mixed yarn with wool and viscose, preferably one made from about 30-70 % By weight of wool and 30-70% by weight of viscose.
Geeignete Viskosefasern werden z.B. unter dem Namen "Redesigned Viscose FR" von der Firma Lenzing AG, in A-4860 Lenzing, Österreich vertrieben.1 shows a fabric according to the invention, according to a first embodiment, the chain 1 from a mixed yarn is formed with 60 wt .-% wool and 40 wt .-% viscose, while the weft 2 consists of viscose threads. Especially preferred becomes a corresponding tissue, its weft alternating from a blended yarn with 60% by weight wool and 40% by weight Viscose and consists of a pure viscose yarn. All in all this gives a proportion of wool of about 50% by weight and Viscose of about 50% by weight. Of course, other compositions are also possible as described above. So at a textile substrate or fabric according to the invention a second embodiment, the shot 2 from one Blended yarn with 30-70 wt .-% wool and 30-70 wt .-% viscose formed be, while the chain 1 consists of viscose threads 2. A corresponding fabric is then particularly preferred, the Warp 1 alternately from a mixed yarn with 30-70 wt .-% Wool and 30-70% by weight viscose and from a pure viscose yarn consists. In particularly preferred cases Alternating mixed yarn and pure viscose yarn - be that in shot 2, according to the first embodiment, or in the Chain 1, according to the second embodiment - the ratio is sufficient from 1: 1 to 4: 1, i.e. per pure viscose yarn preferably 1 to 4 mixed yarns used. Suitable viscose fibers e.g. under the name "Redesigned Viscose FR" by the company Lenzing AG, distributed in A-4860 Lenzing, Austria.
On the one hand, fire regulations for public Buildings, like theaters, schools or sports stadiums, however also for hotels, restaurants and offices, even for private ones Living area increasingly strict. Particularly strict standards also apply to airplanes, ships and other transport equipment. On the other hand, there is an increasing demand that flame retardant Products also produced and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner Need to become. Because flame retardant products are mostly used in You only choose to contradict environmental compatibility too often the "lesser evil" and insists on one side Protection against fire.
Because it is now possible thanks to the textile substrate according to the invention is - in combination with wool - viscose as a wholesome Another substitute arises for using ramie Benefit from the fact that the viscose fibers have been successful with a flame retardant on environmentally friendly Way to impregnate and thus create a textile substrate, that is free of substances that pollute the environment could. The one obtained from the textile substrates according to the invention Compost can then also be used safely, e.g. in the Garden can be used if it was previously flame retardant Had traded textiles.
- äusserst komfortabel ist, indem es sich auch bei langdauernder ununterbrochener Benutzung unter schwierigen Bedingungen wie hohen Temperaturen und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit stets trocken anfühlt;
- eine so gute Flammhemmung aufweist, dass die Brandschutzvorschriften für Sitzbezüge weltweit erfüllt werden;
- It is extremely comfortable because it always feels dry even after long uninterrupted use under difficult conditions such as high temperatures and high air humidity;
- is so flame retardant that the fire protection regulations for seat covers are met worldwide;
- the environment in terms of toxicity and ecotoxicity is neither polluted by production nor by disposal.
Textiles impregnated with a flame retardant meet all relevant safety requirements of auto, Aviation or transportation industry or the respective legislative states. Extensive use of such substrates according to the invention as seat covers, interior linings in public buildings, in automobiles, Airplanes and trains, etc. but also other equipment or decorative objects in public, commercial or private use, nothing stands in the way. In addition Experts increasingly come to the conclusion that a better seating climate in automobiles safety in Can improve road traffic.
Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen weitere typische Substrate, Figur 2 Schussraschel und Figur 3 Malimo, die gleichfalls in einer der oben beschriebenen Weisen zusammengesetzt sein können.FIGS. 2 and 3 show further typical substrates, FIG. 2 Shot rustle and figure 3 Malimo, also in one of the ways described above can be composed.
