Claims (22)
- Zahnrad aus Kunststoff für eine Zahnradpumpe, dessen Radkörper (20) eine Außen- oder Innenverzahnung aufweist, deren Zähne (26) wenigstens einen, zumindest von einer Zahnstirnseite aus zugänglichen Hohlraum (32; 54) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlräume (52; 54) stirnseitig verschlossen oder mit einem temperatur- und medienbeständigen Füllmaterial (66) mit geringem spezifischem Gewicht ausgeschäumt sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (26), im Längsschnitt betrachtet, napfartig ausgebildet sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die offene Zahnstirnseite jeweils durch ein Verschlussglied (46=) verschlossen ist.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussglieder (46') der Zähne (26) an eine an den Radkörper (20) stirnseitig angebrachte Abdeckscheibe (46) angeformt sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckscheibe (46) an der die Zahnöffnungen aufweisenden Stirnseite des Radkörpers (20) vertieft angeordnet ist und mit der Stirnseite der Zähne (26) plan abschließt.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlräume (54) an beiden Zahnstirnenden offen und diese jeweils durch ein Verschlussglied (46=) verschlossen sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussglieder (46=) jeweils an eine an den Radkörper (20) stirnseitig anbringbare Abdeckscheibe (46) angeformt sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckscheiben (46) an den Zahnradstirnseiten vertieft angeordnet sind und jeweils mit der Stirnseite der Zähne (26) plan abschließen.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckscheibe bzw. Abdeckscheiben (46; 56) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckscheibe (46) bzw. Abdeckscheiben (56) aus Metall bestehen.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Abeckscheibe (46) an den Radkörper (20) an- oder in diesen eingeklebt ist.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckscheiben (46) mit in die Hohlräume (54) hineinragenden Verbindungselementen (58) gegenseitig fest verbindbar sind.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem außen verzahnten Zahnrad der Radkörper (20; 52) eine Nabe (22) und einen diese mit radialem Abstand umgebenden Zahnkranz (24) aufweist und dass Zahnkranz (24) und Nabe (22) über Radialstege (28) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Radialstege (28) den Abstand zwischen dem Außenumfang der Nabe (22) und dem im Bereich des Zahngrundkreises vorhandenen Wandteil (30) des Zahnkranzes (24) überbrücken.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Hohlräumen (32; 54) jeweils wenigstens ein zur Nabe (22) tangential angeordneter Stützsteg (38) vorgesehen ist, der den gegenseitigen Abstand von die Zahnflanken eines Zahnes (26) bildenden Wandteilen (34, 36) des Zahnkranzes (24) überbrückt.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstege (38) in der Längsmitte der Hohlräume (32; 54) sowie im Übergangsbereich der benachbarte Zahnflanken zum Zahngrundkreis bildenden Wandteile (34, 36) des Zahnkranzes (24) vorgesehen sind.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllmaterial (66) geschäumter Kunststoff ist.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Radkörper (20) und Füllmaterial (66) aus dem gleichen Kunststoff bestehen.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Radkörper (20) und Füllmaterial (66) aus Polyetheretherketon (PEEK) bestehen.
- Zahnrad nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radkörper (20) aus Polyetheretherketon (PEEK) oder Polyethersulfid (PES) und das Füllmaterial (66) aus Polyethersulfid (PES), syndiotaktisches Polystyrol (SPS) oder Polyphenylensulfid (PPS) bestehen.
- Zahnrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 17 - 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff, insbesondere der das Füllmaterial (66) bildende Kunststoff mit Keramikmehl oder Metall, insbesondere ferromagnetisches Material gemischt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zahnrades nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar nach Spritzen des Radkörpers (20;52) im Spritzwerkzeug dessen Hohlräume (32; 54) mit Füllmaterial (66) ausgefüllt werden.
