Claims (11)
- Einstellbares Gelenkband für Türen oder Fenster, mit einem am Flügel zu befestigenden Flügelbandteil (2), an dem ein nach unten ragender Bandzapfen (3) angeordnet ist, und einem am Rahmen zu befestigenden Rahmenbandteil (1), das ein axial offenes, zylindrisches Zapfenlager (6) zur Aufnahme des unteren Abschnittes des Bandzapfens (3) sowie einen darunterliegenden, im wesentlichen mit dem Zapfenlager (6) fluchtenden Gewindeabschnitt aufweist, in den ein Gewindestopfen (12) zur Höhenverstellung des Flügelbandteils (2) eingeschraubt ist, wobei sich das untere Ende des Bandzapfens (3) auf dem Gewindestopfen (12) über gegeneinander anliegende, gewölbte Stützflächen abstützt und wobei der Bandzapfen (3) in einer in dem Zapfenlager (6) aufgenommenen Lagerhülse (5) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhülse (5) in axialer Richtung durch eine untere Abschlußwandung (7) verschlossen ist, deren dem Bandzapfen (3) zugewandte Seite eine zur Wölbung des unteren Zapfenendes komplementär gewölbte Stützfläche (8) bildet.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Gewindestopfen (12) zugewandte Seite der Abschlußwandung (7) eine zur Wölbung einer Stützfläche (11) des Gewindestopfens (12) komplementär gewölbte Stützfläche (9) bildet.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Stützflächen (8,9) der Abschlußwandung (7) kugelkappenförmig gewölbt sind und die Stützflächen (10 und 11) an dem unteren Zapfenende und dem Gewindestopfen (12) jeweils konkav gewölbt sind.
- Gelenkband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zapfenlager (6) eine sich axial erstreckende Nut aufweist, in die ein radialer Vorsprung (13) an der Lagerhülse (5) eingreift.
- Gelenkband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhülse (5) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Abschlußwand der Lagerhülse eine Metallkugel eingefügt ist.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallkugel mit dem Kunststoffmaterial der Lagerhülse umgossen ist.
- Gelenkband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhülse aus Metall mit selbstschmierenden Eigenschaften besteht.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Abschlußwand eine Kugel aus gehärtetem Metall eingefügt ist.
- Gelenkband nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhülse (5) mit der Abschlußwandung (7) einstückig im Spritzgießverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Gelenkband nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußwandung (7) der Lagerhülse (5) mindestens einen Durchbruch (14) aufweist.
