Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von Kontaktflächen elektrischer Bauelement-Rohlinge, insbesondere von Kontaktflächen auf Substraten mit elektrisch isolierender Oberfläche und darauf befindlichem Schichtwiderstand, mit wenigstens zwei metallischen, langgestreckten Anschlussleitern eines Anschlussleiter-Rohlings, die zunächst durch wenigstens zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Querstege im Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt zur Herstellung des Anschlussleiter-Rohlings (1) in einem zusammenhängenden Metallblech (3) Öffnungen (4) gebildet werden, die an die späteren Querstege und Anschlussleiter des Anschlussleiter-Rohlings (1) angrenzen, dass in einem zweiten Schritt der Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) in eine Kassette (18) eingebracht und arretiert wird, dass einer der Querstege (6,7) aus der Kassette (18) ragt und in einem dritten Schritt so abgetrennt wird, dass freie Enden (9) von parallel verlaufenden Anschlussleitem aus der Kassette (18) ragen, dass in einem vierten Schritt die Kassette (18) in eine Bond- oder Schweiß-Vorrichtung (31) so eingebracht wird, dass die freien Enden (9) der Anschlussleiter jeweils mit Kontaktflächen wenigstens eines Bauelement-Rohlings oder Bauelement-Mehrfach-Rohlings (11) in Deckung gebracht und durch einen Bond-Vorgang oder durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt langgestreckte, spaltförmige Öffnungen (4) für den Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) aus dem Metallblech (3) geätzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt langgestreckte, spaltförmige Öffnungen (4) für den Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) aus dem Metallblech (3) gestanzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt langgestreckte, spaltförmige Öffnungen (4) für den Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) durch einen Laserstrahl aus dem Metallblech (3) geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt langgestreckte, spaltförmige Öffnungen (4) durch einen Hochdruck-Wasserstrahl aus dem Metallblech (3), geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schritt gleichzeitig Öffnungen (24) zur Arretierung des Anschlussleiter-Rohlings (1) in der Kassette sowie Sollbruchstellen (8) für die weitere Verarbeitung gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im dritten Schritt der Quersteg durch mechanische Belastung von Sollbruchstellen (8) im Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im vierten Schritt die freien Enden (9) der Anschlussleiter (2) zusammen mit Kontaktflächen eines mit Sollbruchstellen (8) für die Vereinzelung von Rohlingen versehenen Mehrfachrohlings in Deckung gebracht und gebondet oder verschweißt werden, wobei darauffolgend der Mehrfachrohling in einzelne Rohlinge aufgeteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im vierten Schritt die freien Enden (9) der Anschlussleiter mit den Kontaktflächen (12) der Bauelemente (13) durch Thermokompressionsbonden oder Schweißen miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluss an den vierten Schritt der zweite Quersteg (6,7) vom Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) abgetrennt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Aufnahme des nach dem ersten Schritt hergestellten Anschlussleiter-Rohlings (1) eine Unterteil (16) und Oberteil (17) aufweisende Kassette (18) mit einer ebenen Auflagefläche (21) für den Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) vorgesehen ist, wobei wenigstens aus der Ebene der Auflagefläche (21) Erhebungen (22) und/oder Stifte (23) zwecks Ausrichtung des Anschlussleiter-Rohlings (1) mittels darin befindlicher Öffnungen (24) zur Arretierung herausragen, wobei zur formschlüssigen Arretierung das Kassetten-Oberteil (17) den Erhebungen (22) entsprechende Ausnehmungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Trennvorrichtung (26) eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (27) für die Kassette (18) zwecks definiertem Abtrennen eines ersten, aus einem ersten Ende (29) der Kassette (18) herausragenden Querstegs (6) aufweist, wobei ein Trennstempel als Abkanthilfe vorgesehen ist, dessen Bewegungsbahn die ebene Auflagefläche unter einem Winkel von 85 bis 95° schneidet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebene der Bewegungsbahn des Trennstempels den Anschlussleiter-Rohling (1) im Bereich einer Sollbruchlinie (8) schneidet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Durchführung des vierten Schritts eine Bondvorrichtung oder Schweißvorrichtung (31) mit einer Einrichtung zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme der Kassette (18) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kassette (18) mit ihrem ersten Ende (29) zu einem Heiztisch (32) benachbart einsetzbar ist und der Heiztisch eine Auflagefläche (33) für Bauelement-Rohlinge oder einen Mehrfach-Bauelement-Rohling (11) aufweist.
