Claims (12)

  1. Kappe (50) für einen Behälter (20) mit einem Verschlusselement (40), wobei die Kappe aufweist:
    (i) eine Form oder Gussform mit einem Rückhalteabschnitt für den Eingriff des Behälters und das Zurückhalten der Kappe daran, und einen entfernbaren Abschnitt (66), welcher zerbrechlich entfernbar vorgesehen ist, um zumindest teilweise das Verschlusselement freizulegen oder auszusetzen, sowie ein Eingriffselement (68) für den Anwender, welches von einem Anwender betätigbar ist, um den entfernbaren Abschnitt zu entfernen; und
    (ii) einen Schutzabschnitt (60) für das Eingriffselement (68) des Anwenders, welches ringförmig nach außen davon vorgesehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzabschnitt (60) separat von der Form ausgebildet sowie entfernbar von der Form angebracht ist, so dass das Entfernen des Schutzabschnitts (60) nicht verursacht, dass die Kappe (50) entfernt wird, wobei der Schutzabschnitt (60) eine Wand umfasst, welche sich im wesentlichen um die Peripherie des Eingriffselements (68) erstreckt, wobei die Wand zumindest eine Öffnung (62) dort hindurch aufweist.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzabschnitt (60) an der Form über eine Schraubenpassung mit Gewinde, eine Schraubenpassung oder eine Schnapp-Einpassung entfernbar angebracht ist.
  3. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Kappe Polypropylen oder Polyethylen aufweist.
  4. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form ferner ein offensichtliches Manipulationselement aufweist, welches an der Form entfernbar angebracht ist.
  5. Kappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das offensichtliche Manipulationselement ein Ring ist, welcher sich unterhalb einer Lippe des Behälters (20) im Eingriff befindet.
  6. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (62) ausreichend groß ausgestaltet ist, um einen radialen Zugang durch einen Finger des Anwenders zu dem Eingriffselement (68) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Kappe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (62), welche einen radialen Zugang ermöglicht, gegenüber einem Abschnitt der Form lokalisiert ist, welcher das Eingriffselement (68) mit dem entfernbaren Abschnitt (66) verbindet.
  8. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der entfernbare Abschnitt (66) eine abgeschrägte Oberfläche aufweist, um die Drainage oder das Abtropfen davon zu unterstützen, wenn sich die Kappe in einer aufrechten Position befindet.
  9. Baugruppe (10), welche einen Behälter (20) mit einem Verschlusselement (40), das in die Mundöffnung des Behälters entfernbar eingesetzt werden kann, und eine Kappe (50) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 aufweist, welche das Verschlusselement überlagert oder über diesem angeordnet ist.
  10. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein steriles Fluid enthält, welches für die Verabreichung an Menschen geeignet ist.
  11. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sterile Fluid, welches für die Verabreichung an Menschen geeignet ist, ein Kontrastmittel für Röntgenstrahlen, Ultraschall oder MRI-Abbildungen ist.
  12. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sterile Fluid, welches für die Verabreichung an Menschen geeignet ist, ein Medikament oder ein Pharmazeutikum ist.
