Description

The field of the invention is that of modular premises intended to be installed in naval, land or offshore vessels, and methods of manufacture and assembly of such modular premises.

The invention is particularly applicable to premises such as kitchens, relay or office kitchens or cold rooms intended to be installed in various buildings, notably ships.

Currently, most of the various components of such premises are market standards which are then adapted and fitted on board ships. The mounting method generally consists of welding or bolting, even the frame of the ship, or on the cabins attached to this frame, the different elements one by one which make up the walls, the floor coverings and the equipment of a kitchen or any other room.

Thus, the ground is generally tiled and provided with channels. Setting traditional work of the soil also generally involves operations of carling (in English "fundament" and disbursement training (in English "recess"), according to cumbersome and expensive processes. The partitions are mounted on gattes (sort of baseboards). Dedicated furniture and equipment are as for them, mounted themselves on steel bases of elevation from the ground. The poses and connections of the cabling and fluid lines are then carried out in the traditional way. of the specialized companions perform each of these successive operations.

The difficult working conditions of several trades, including the intervention is scrupulously planned, in cramped between decks and / or difficult to access, represent significant costs.

In addition, the number of working hours is generally high compared to to contractual intervention times, which increases the final cost of such premises.

A first objective of the invention is to provide a structure and a method of manufacturing which allows these limitations of the state of the art to be resolved.

The invention therefore lies primarily in the idea of having posed the problem the design of such modular premises in terms of prefabricated premises.

Another objective is to define a prefabricated local structure whose conception not only optimizes the conditions for setting up on its site final, but also modularity in terms of dimensions, geometry and equipment, and also with regard to the construction and mounting. Depending on the case, it will indeed be possible to adapt the succession of stages of construction on the one hand, of pre-assembly, of routing, and different final assembly, to meet constraints changing environments from a construction site or a site building to a other.

The invention also aims to provide such a structure which is particularly suitable for on-board naval applications, and in particular which allows an optimal insertion in a naval vessel, while solving the sealing constraints, supply and evacuation of fluids or ad hoc internal equipment, typical of such applications.

More specifically, the invention is particularly suitable, although not exclusively for the design of modular premises such as kitchens, relay kitchens or pantries or cold rooms, etc. In this regard, an objective complementary specific to the invention is to allow this type of premises to meet the specific regulatory requirements to which they are subject, mainly in terms of soil sealing and food hygiene.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure of premises of which the assembly process involves a number of operations and therefore a number hours of presence on site and reduced work compared to structures existing, in particular in order to contribute to reducing the cost, and the time of this stage of building a ship. The objective is also to simplify operations for connecting the premises to building easements of installation, to be adaptable to the irregularities of level typical of the bridges of ships, to increase the safety of interventions, to decrease the coordination of work, and to guarantee better compliance with specifications.

The invention also aims to allow the design and manufacture of structures whose weight does not exceed that of a traditional room, while remaining strong enough and rigid enough to be transported by various means routing (in particular by truck) then set up directly in their final site (for example by slinging, craning, lateral insertion or other). In addition, the overall dimensions of the structure in its transported form do not must not exceed those authorized by regulations or constraints road and / or container transport.

In other words, it means offering a range of standardized premises or not, meeting the various needs expressed in particular by shipowners, while reducing the direct manufacturing costs of the premises, and the induced costs of assembly on shipyard.

The invention also aims to provide such a structure of prefabricated premises which can be adapted to applications other than applications on-board naval vessels, for example for installation in a building land or offshore, such as a hotel, or a utility building.

We already know in the prior art, according to FR-A-2 023 283 a device for building prefabricated toilets on ship decks. However, the technique disclosed in this document, does not allow the realization of modular structures of big size.

According to the invention, the objectives cited above as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved using a sealed lower carrying tank,
  • consisting of at least one stiffened element; and forming a support structure for said dedicated equipment and for the side and ridge walls of said room,
  • having an integrated raised lateral border surrounding its periphery, as well as at least one notch for the addition of a technical sheath extending vertically along the walls,
said tank being provided with means for draining and evacuating fluids,
characterized in that said carrying container consists of at least two rigid elements assembled in a leaktight manner, said elements being chosen from a set of types of available elements each having a geometry, dimensions and possible at least partial belting by a selectively predetermined raised side border.

Thanks to this combination of characteristics, the following room structure the invention ensures the production of a modular, standardizable, adapted cell to on-board mounting and use, or even other uses.

Note in particular the multifunctional role of the carrying tray, which does not not only serves as a seat and support for the entire structure, but also has the characteristics of sealing, hygiene, containment and evacuation of required fluids.

Thus, the modular nature of the structure is obtained not only in relationship with the modular assembly of the different walls of the structure, and its equipment, but also by the possibility of designing a geometry of the carrier tray on request. The geometry adapted to each room need is ensured by the selective choice and assembly of individual tank elements, possibly drawn from a set of standardized element types predetermined.

Of course, the belt of the tank (which allows its lateral sealing) by a raised edge means that the bin elements will not be fitted a side border over their entire periphery, so that their junction with other elements to form a given bin do not occur at a side of element provided with a border.

According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, said carrier tray receives removable grating elements belonging to the group comprising raised gratings and indented gratings, placed mainly in traffic areas.

This characteristic ensures the circulation of the fluids to be evacuated in the bottom of the tank, and towards the drainage openings, without this one either hampered by the equipment or personnel present in the premises.

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the element (s) stiffened constituting the tank are made of materials with mechanical qualities allowing the tank to support without deforming the weight of all the partitions and equipment in the room, while allowing assembling said elements to each other according to a tight rigid connection.

  • une sous-couche en matériau ignifuge tapissant essentiellement la face inférieure de ladite tôle au moins dans sa portion de contact proche avec une contreplaque de rigidification ;
Advantageously, this or these stiffened element (s) constituting the tank are produced according to a sandwich structure comprising at least some of the following elements:
  • a horizontal folded sheet plate extended by substantially vertical lateral edges, surmounted if necessary by a seat for receiving the lateral walls of the structure:
  • a sublayer of flame retardant material essentially lining the underside of said sheet at least in its portion of close contact with a stiffening plywood;
  • said stiffening plywood disposed under said folded sheet, essentially on the entire underside of said sheet.

The horizontal plate can be made of stainless steel or any other material, as soon as it fulfills the same characteristics required by the regulations in force.

Any equivalent material may be substituted for all or part of each elements of the sandwich, itself being able to be composed only of certain of the layers or sublayers mentioned.

Advantageously, the horizontal plate constituting the carrier tank has a conformation giving it a non-slip relief.

According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, at least one portion of the side walls and / or ridge consists of a partition constituting dedicated equipment integrated into said structure.

Leakage and hygiene problems are preferably solved at by means of sealing angles placed at the junction of the partitions of equipment and of the actual side walls of the structure.

Advantageously, at least one stiffened element constituting the tank is provided with at least one watertight removable hatch cut out from the bottom of the tank. In fact, one or more hatches will be used, distributed in the bottom of the tank, so as to allow access to the base of the tank, for the purpose of reinforcement of fixings (welding, bolting, ...), and adjustment of the setting at horizontal level of the tank with respect to the laying surface.

If necessary, said horizontal folded sheet plate constituting the bottom tank has a curved profile allowing the leveling of the floor of said room with the adjacent room structure (s). The stiffening of said sheet according to the required curved profile is advantageously obtained at least one marine plywood as previously mentioned.

The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing and mounting of a room structure as defined above.

The process includes an assembly step and / or tight edge-to-edge welding of the various modular elements adjacent constituting the carrying tray, in the presence of a laying surface limiting deformations and a flame retardant coating preserving said plane deposit.

In particular, according to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the method consists in carrying out pre-assembly steps of at least part walls and dedicated equipment for said premises on an assembly site predetermined separate from the site of establishment, and to sling said local at least partially pre-assembled directly on the installation site where only carried out as stages of finalization and connection of the structure to the location environment.

Preferably, the pre-assembly steps belong to the group including the assembly of the watertight lower carrier, the installation of gratings, stowage of dedicated equipment, mounting of side walls and ridge, assembly of the technical sheath equipment and connection supply of fluids to dedicated equipment.

Furthermore, the finalization steps advantageously belong to the group including the installation of doorframes, drilling and connection seal of the scuppers outlet, the connection of the equipment of the technical duct to the main network.

The method according to the invention also provides for a step of setting up utility equipment (water, electricity, etc.) in at least one duct technique located in a volume directly adjacent to said structure, and a step of connecting said easement equipment on the one hand to dedicated equipment for the structure and on the other hand for supply networks main correspondents of the site building.

When necessary, the method also includes a step of accessing the tank base, via access hatches, for welding, wedging or leveling the tank with respect to the bridge on which it is mounted and / or fixed.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the method further comprises a cutting step in the integrated raised side border surrounding the periphery of the tank, at the level of the frame of an access exit in the room, and in that the sealing is then ensured between the frame and the walls from the local.

As part of the transport and routing of said structure to assembly, storage or installation sites, we can advantageously provide for a phase of decomposition of said pre-assembled structure into modules, sub-modules and transport kits. In this context, the routing stage further includes, if necessary, a phase of stiffening of said modules and sub-modules pre-assembled by means of temporary reinforcements, removable after the setting up (cross of Saint-André, or others).

  • la figure 1 est une vue éclatée d'un mode de réalisation de structure de local modulaire conforme à l'invention ;
  • la figure 2 représente un bac porteur selon l'invention, constitué d'une pluralité d'éléments rigidifiés assemblés les uns aux autres ;
  • la figure 3 illustre un mode de réalistion d'une structure sandwich adaptée pour mettre en oeuvre le bac porteur selon l'invention ;
Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear below on reading the description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, detailed by way of non-limiting illustration, and of the accompanying drawings in which:
  • Figure 1 is an exploded view of an embodiment of the modular local structure according to the invention;
  • FIG. 2 represents a carrying container according to the invention, consisting of a plurality of stiffened elements assembled to each other;
  • Figure 3 illustrates a mode of realization of a sandwich structure adapted to implement the carrier tray according to the invention;
  • Figure 4 shows the room of the figure in its finalized aspect as implanted.

In the following description, the same references designate the same descriptive elements of the detailed illustrative embodiment.

The exploded view of Figure 1 can recognize a carrier tray 10, which the bottom is surrounded by a continuous peripheral rim 11 ensuring sealing side of the floor of the room. In order to comply with health and security in force relating to premises classified in the category of premises wet, this edge may have a height of 100 mm minimum.

The carrying tray 10 includes at least one discharge orifice 12 intended for be connected by tight junction to a tube 13 forming a culvert which is welded to the sheet metal deck, is flush with the underside of the carrying tank 10 and allows the flow liquids to the outside of the room.

According to the regulations, the floor must be made of hard, solid material, non-absorbent, non-slip and easy to clean.

A first solution of the invention consists in coating at least the parts flowing from the carrying tray as many grating elements 14 as necessary, the latter being shaped so as to allow the flow of liquids to the bottom of carrier tank 10.

In addition to, or in place of, the gratings, we can also provide a non-slip conformation of the ground, for example by localized grooving / grooving / pushing back of the sheets making up the carrier mainly in traffic areas and where appropriate in other areas of the floor, or by adding a suitable coating (resin, tiles, etc ...).

For example, the gratings could be of the notched type (this is say having cutouts at their base between the meshes to allow the circulation of liquids at the bottom of the tank), or installed in a raised manner (by example on feet or studs).

The bin may also have one or more access hatches, cut out and tightly closed in the tank bottom, and capable of being opened to provide access to the base of the tank. These hatches will be advantageously distributed if necessary at the appropriate locations at the bottom of the tank.

  • la possibilité d'accéder au pont tôlerie pour réaliser ou parfaire les opérations de soudage, brasage, boulonnage ou autre du bac porteur sur l'ossature du bâtiment d'implantation ;
In the case of installation in a ship, these hatches meet two specific objectives:
  • the possibility of accessing the sheet metal deck to carry out or perfect the welding, soldering, bolting or other operations of the load-bearing tank on the framework of the implantation building;
  • the ability to remedy the "drum skin" effects in the bottom of the carrier tank, which result from irregularities in the sheet metal deck compared to the perfect initial horizontality of the tank. Access to the base of the carrying tank makes it possible to easily compensate for irregularities in the implantation framework from inside the premises, and this at any time.

These objectives can of course be transposed to establishments in land or offshore vessels.

Thanks to its design as illustrated, the carrying tray 10 has the following combination of advantages:
  • it seals the ground and stiffens the entire structure,
  • it allows the natural drainage of wastewater, and therefore reduces the number of scuppers to be installed,
  • it facilitates installation and adjustment in the implantation framework.

The carrier tray receives and supports all of the side walls 15 and ridge (ceiling) of the room.

The side walls consist of elements of partitions 15, as well as, if need is, dedicated equipment installed in the room. In this case, the FIG. 1 represents a piece of furniture 16, the height of which corresponds exactly to the height of the adjacent partitions 15, which comes to replace an element of partition to close the side wall of the room where it is installed. It is advantageously connected to the adjacent partitions by sealed angles.

We can also design furniture or other dedicated equipment that replace a panel 15 on only part of the height of the room.

The ceilings consist of a patchwork, made of light angles to which will be attached and fixed the ceiling panels 19. We can provide 18 cabins if necessary. Cutouts 20 are made in the ceiling panels 19 for installing luminaires 21 or equipment various.

The carrying tray 10 of Figure 2 consists of a plurality of elements stiffened 21 to 25 and 27, of different geometry and arrangement.

Ces éléments 22 sont en effet destinés à être raccordés à trois autres éléments adjacents, seul le côté pourvu d'un rebord figurant en périphérie du bac porteur 10.Thus, there are in particular tray elements 22 formed of a piece of tank bottom bordered by a rim 11 on one side of the part. These elements 22 are indeed intended to be connected to three other adjacent elements, only the side provided with a rim on the periphery of the carrier tray 10.

An element 24 is located in the center of the carrier tray 10 and therefore does not made no raised edge.

Other elements 23, 25 form angles of the carrying tray 10, and comprises so two or three sides with raised edges. Finally, while most bin elements form regular quadrilaterals, there are also elements 27 of different geometry, especially in the adjacent parts of the carrier tank to the technical ducts 26.

The carrier tank elements 10 are assembled by butt welding of their respective main constituent plates 31, such as that shown in figure 3. It is for example a 3mm stainless steel sheet, folded in L to form the vertical branch 32 forming the raised edge 11 of the container 10.

The raised edge 32 has in its upper part an integrated angle 33 intended to receive and serve as a seat for the partitions 15, 16 forming the side walls of the structure. Sealing means, such as application a silicone seal, may be provided at this junction.

The main sheet 31 is applied to a flame retardant fabric 34 which covers its face lower and is inserted between the sheet metal 31 and the deck sheet 36. This fire-retardant fabric used to protect the deck plate 36 during sheet metal welding operations of two adjacent bin elements. It can be limited to a band narrow flame retardant fabric located at the welds.

In order to allow a perfect leveling of each carrying tray with the adjacent premises or gangways, it may be necessary to correct a deviation of vertical level. To this end, it is possible to print a fold 37 on the sheet 31, in order to apply a slight tilt or declination as needed. In this hypothesis, a marine counter-plate 35 interposed under the zone adequate sheet metal 31 advantageously stiffens and consolidates the profile thus obtained. The same process is used to correct irregularities in the deck plate, using marine plywood elements 35 or any other method of smoothing ensuring the desired leveling.

Figure 4 shows the room structure of Figure 1 in the assembled state.

At this time, the technical sheaths 26 are equipped with different means of easements.

Thus, an electrical cabinet 42 makes it possible to supply the premises with electricity. by means of electrical wiring 43 running along the walls.

Other boxes distribute the fluids (water, etc.) through pipes 41, towards dedicated equipment.
