Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Entfernung von Oberflächenfehlern, insbesondere Rissen an Brammen mittels Abflämmen der Brammen an der Oberfläche entlang vorgegebener Konturen, wobei ein Rechner entsprechend den gespeicherten Werten der Brammengröße und -geometrie über einen bahngesteuerten Manipulator einen Flämmbrenner entlang mindestens einer Raumkurve führt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
vor dem Abflämmen in einem Lehrvorgang unter Verwendung einer Abtast-Wegmesseinrichtung die Ortskoordinaten der Brammenkanten durch berührendes oder berührungsloses Abtasten automatisch ermittelt und an den Rechner gegeben werden, der nach einer gespeicherten Sollwertvorgabe die Brammengröße und -lage ermittelt und als Steuergröße im Rahmen einer programmierbaren Steuerung, nämlich einer Teach-in-Steuerung, an den Manipulator weitergibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raumkurve, welche das Flämmgerät durchläuft, parallel zu den Brammenkanten und/oder parallel zu der obenliegenden größeren Brammenlängsseite und senkrecht zur Brammenlängsachse verläuft, vorzugsweise linear oder in einem Bogen mit einem großen Krümmungsradius.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abflämmen der Brammen durch eine mit dem Manipulator mitgeführte oder nachgeführte Kamera überwacht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bei nachgeführter Kamera auf einem Bildschirm wiedergegebene teil-abgeflämmte Bramme auf Oberflächenfehler untersucht und entsprechend dem Ergebnis der Sichtprüfung ggf. vollständige Abflämmarbeiten an den Brammenseitenflächen automatisch durchgeführt werden.
