- lesdits moyens de positionnement sont intégrés au transporteur, le transporteur comportant, en amont du trajet de tri, un tronçon de réception des articles sur la longueur duquel les rouleaux primaires et secondaires sont animés d'une rotation lente sur eux-mêmes pour assurer le positionnement des articles ; et
- elle comporte un ensemble de rouleaux rotatifs adjacents déformables élastiquement disposés immédiatement au-dessous du trajet de tri pour assurer un amortissement de la chute des articles.
Claims (8)
- Machine à trier par taille des articles en forme de poire ayant globalement une forme ovale plus ou moins amincie à un bout, du type comportant un transporteur (10) monté mobile sensiblement horizontalement et comportant un premier alignement de rouleaux primaires (30) équidistants et parallèles séparés deux à deux d'un intervalle permettant le passage d'un article, le transporteur (10) comportant en outre un second alignement de rouleaux secondaires (44) disposés chacun au droit d'un intervalle, lesquels rouleaux secondaires (44) sont mobiles perpendiculairement au plan de déplacement des rouleaux primaires (30), la machine comportant des moyens (42) de guidage des rouleaux secondaires (44) le long d'un trajet (14) de tri du transporteur, les moyens de guidage (42) étant adaptés pour écarter progressivement les rouleaux secondaires des rouleaux primaires suivant la longueur du trajet de tri (14), caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux primaires et secondaires sont fixes en rotation autour de leur axe suivant l'essentiel dudit trajet de tri (14), et en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens (24) de positionnement des articles avec leur axe longitudinal sensiblement parallèle aux rouleaux primaires (30) et secondaires (44), lesquels moyens (24) de positionnement des articles avec leur axe longitudinal sensiblement parallèle aux rouleaux primaires (30) et secondaires (44) sont disposés en amont du trajet de tri (14).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de positionnement comportent un convoyeur auxiliaire à rouleaux (24) dont les rouleaux sont animés d'un mouvement lent de rotation sur eux-mêmes et des moyens (26, 28) de transfert dudit convoyeur auxiliaire (24) au transporteur (10) sensiblement sans modification de l'orientation des articles.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de positionnement sont intégrés au transporteur, le transporteur (10) comportant, en amont du trajet de tri (14), un tronçon de réception des articles sur la longueur duquel les rouleaux primaires et secondaires sont animés d'une rotation lente sur eux-mêmes pour assurer le positionnement des articles.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un ensemble de rouleaux rotatifs adjacents (62) déformables élastiquement disposés immédiatement au-dessous du trajet de tri (14) pour assurer un amortissement de la chute des articles.
- Utilisation pour le tri par taille d'articles en forme de poire, ayant globalement une forme ovale plus ou moins amincie à un bout d'une machine comportant un transporteur (10) monté mobile sensiblement horizontalement et comportant un premier alignement de rouleaux primaires (30) équidistants et parallèles séparés deux à deux d'un intervalle permettant le passage d'un article, le transporteur (10) comportant en outre un second alignement de rouleaux secondaires (44) disposés chacun au droit d'un intervalle, lesquels rouleaux secondaires (44) sont mobiles perpendiculairement au plan de déplacement des rouleaux primaires (30), la machine comportant des moyens (42) de guidage des rouleaux secondaires (44) le long d'un trajet (14) de tri du transporteur, les moyens de guidage (42) étant adaptés pour écarter progressivement les rouleaux secondaires des rouleaux primaires suivant la longueur du trajet de tri (14), dans laquelle les rouleaux primaires et secondaires sont fixes en rotation autour de leur axe suivant l'essentiel dudit trajet de tri (14).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 5 d'une machine comportant en outre des moyens (24) de positionnement des rouleaux primaires (30) et secondaires (44).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 6 d'une machine dans laquelle que lesdits moyens de positionnement comportent un convoyeur auxiliaire à rouleaux (24) dont les rouleaux sont animés d'un mouvement lent de rotation sur eux-mêmes et des moyens (26, 28) de transfert dudit convoyeur auxiliaire (24) au transporteur (10) sensiblement sans modification de l'orientation des articles.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 6 d'une machine dans laquelle lesdits moyens de positionnement sont intégrés au transporteur, le transporteur (10) comportant, en amont du trajet de tri (14), un tronçon de réception des articles sur la longueur duquel les rouleaux primaires et secondaires sont animés d'une rotation lente sur eux-mêmes pour assurer le positionnement des articles.
