Claims (25)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un support de données (10) avec un élément imprimé produit par héliogravure, qui présente au moins une première surface d'impression (12a) avec une première épaisseur de couche d'encre (Da) et au moins une deuxième surface d'impression (12b) adjacente à la première surface d'impression (12a) avec une deuxième épaisseur de couche d'encre (Db), les épaisseurs de couche d'encre (Da, Db) étant différentes, la première et la deuxième surface d'impression (12a, 12b) étant directement adjacentes et séparées par une ligne exacte (16) invisible à l'oeil nu, et que l'épaisseur de la couche d'encre des deux surfaces d'impression (12a, 12b) présente un minium au voisinage de la ligne séparatrice (16), avec utilisation d'une plaque d'impression (1) comportant une surface supérieure de plaque d'impression (2) et au moins une première zone de gravure (3a) gravée dans la surface de la plaque d'impression (2) avec une première profondeur (ta) de gravure et au moins une deuxième zone de gravure (3b) adjacente à la première zone de gravure (3a) avec une deuxième profondeur de gravure (tb), les profondeurs de gravure (ta, tb) étant différentes, et une arête de séparation (5) étant disposée entre la première et la deuxième zone de gravure (3a, 3b) dont l'arête supérieure (6) se termine en pointe à la hauteur de la surface de la plaque d'impression (2).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le minimum de l'épaisseur d'une couche d'encre est quasiment nul.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'impression sont formées de façon linéaire ou planaire.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la première surface d'impression (12a) et / ou la deuxième surface d'impression (12b) représentent un motif, un élément figuratif ou un caractère.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première et / ou la deuxième surface d'impression (12a, 12b) présente un motif de rugosité du type quadrillage croisé.
  6. Plaque d'impression (1) pour imprimer des surfaces d'impression adjacentes (12a, 12b) comportant une surface de plaque d'impression (2) et au moins une zone de gravure (3a) gravée dans la surface de la plaque d'impression (2) avec une première profondeur (ta) de gravure et au moins une deuxième zone de gravure (3b) adjacente à la première zone de gravure (3a) avec une deuxième profondeur de gravure (tb), les profondeurs de gravure (ta, tb) étant différentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une arête de séparation (5) est disposée entre la première et la deuxième zone de gravure (3a, 3b) dont l'arête supérieure (6) se termine en pointe à la hauteur de la surface de la plaque d'impression (2).
  7. Plaque d'impression selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'arête de séparation (5) présente des angles entre les flancs (α) dans une zone de 15° à 60°, de préférence de 30° à 50° par rapport à la perpendiculaire à la surface de la plaque d'impression (2).
  8. Plaque d'impression selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que les première et deuxième profondeurs de gravure (ta, tb) se situent dans une zone entre 5 µm à 250 µm.
  9. Plaque d'impression selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les première et deuxième profondeurs de gravures (ta, tb) se situent dans la zone de 5 µm à 150 µm.
  10. Plaque d'impression selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les zones de gravure sont formées par des enfoncements linéaires ou planaires.
  11. Plaque d'impression selon au moins l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la première zone de gravure (3a) et / ou la deuxième zone de gravure (3b) forment un motif, un élément figuratif ou un caractère.
  12. Plaque d'impression selon au moins l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la première ou la deuxième zone de gravure (3a, 3b) présente une surface de base (7a, 7b) avec un motif de rugosité.
  13. Plaque d'impression selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le motif de rugosité est du type quadrillage croisé.
  14. Procédé d'impression en héliogravure permettant d'imprimer des surfaces d'impression (12a, 12b) avec des épaisseurs de couche d'encre différentes (Da, Db) en utilisant une plaque d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 13.
  15. Procédé pour fabriquer une plaque d'impression (1) pour imprimer des surfaces d'impression adjacentes (12a, 12b) avec des épaisseurs de couche d'encre différentes (Da, Db) comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - mise à disposition d'une plaque d'impression (1) avec une surface de plaque d'impression (2) et
    - la gravure de la première zone de gravure (3a) avec une première profondeur de gravure (ta) et une deuxième zone de gravure (3b) avec une deuxième profondeur de gravure (tb) dans la surface de la plaque d'impression (2), caractérisé en ce qu'entre la première zone de gravure (3a) et la deuxième zone de gravure (3b), il reste une arête de séparation (5) qui présente une arête supérieure (6) terminant en pointe à la hauteur de la surface de la plaque d'impression (2).
  16. Procédé pour fabriquer une plaque d'impression selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les zones de gravure sont formées par des enfoncements linéaires ou planaires.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de séparation (5) est créée avec des angles entre les flancs (α) dans la zone de 15° à 60°, de préférence entre 30° et 50° par rapport à la perpendiculaire à la surface de la plaque d'impression.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'un outil de gravure avec des angles entre les flancs (α) correspondants est utilisé pour la gravure.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un burin à rotation en pointe est utilisé pour la gravure.
  20. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les profondeurs de gravure (ta, tb) sont produites dans la zone de 5 µm à 250 µm.
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les profondeurs de gravure (ta, tb) se situent dans la zone de 5 µm à 150 µm.
  22. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 21, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface de base (7a, 7b) avec un motif de rugosité est produite dans la première zone de gravure (3a) et / ou la deuxième zone de gravure (3b).
