Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lock, in particular mortise lock, with lockable by key operation Latch, the latch via a snap spring is pressed in its two end positions.
The object of the invention is based on the object a generic lock of kinematically favorable Specify the structure with regard to the bolt control.
The task is solved by the in the claims specified invention.
According to the teaching specified in
geringsten Abstand zueinander aufweisen.
According to the invention, the snap spring is a torsion spring

12 des Fallenschwanzes 5''.There is a
Schiene 23. In zurückgeschlossener Riegelstellung liegt
Below the
Ferner ist der Riegelbetätigungsschieber 22 mit einer
weiteren zahnstangenartigen Verzahnung 24 ausgestattet,
welche ebenfalls quer zur Riegelverlagerungsrichtung
verläuft. Die Verzahnung 24 kämmt mit den Zähnen eines
als Zahnsegment gestalteten Schwenkhebels 25. Gelagert
ist dieser um einen gehäuseortsfesten Zapfen 26, welcher
nahe einer Schlosskastenrückwand 27 in überdeckender
Lage zum Riegelschwanz 13'' angeordnet ist. Ferner
erstreckt sich der Zapfen 26 oberhalb einer Schließmitteleinstecköffnung
28 in Schlossboden 3 und Schlossdecke
Furthermore, the
Mit dem Riegel 13 wirkt ein Wechselschieber 33 zusammen.
Mit einem abgewinkelten Fortsatz 34 ragt dieser
bei zurückgeschlossenem Riegel in die Bewegungsbahn der
Schließnase 29' hinein. Am oberen Ende des Wechselschiebers
33 befindet sich ein Führungszapfen 35, welcher in
eine parallel zur Stulpe 2 verlaufende Längsnut 36 des
Schlossgehäuses eintaucht. Diese Längsnut 36 ist parallel
zur Schiene 23 ausgerichtet. Aufgrund dieser Ausgestaltung
vermag der Wechselschieber 33 überlagernd zu
seiner Verschiebung eine Verschwenkung auszuführen.
Eine geneigt zur Stulpe 2 verlaufende Dachflanke 37 des
Wechselschiebers 33 wird von einem Winkelschenkel 38
eines winkelförmigen Wechselhebels 39 beaufschlagt.
Derselbe lagert um einen schlossgehäuseseitigen Stehzapfen

Winkelschenkel 41, der kuppelnd in eine Ausnehmung 42
des Fallenschwanzes 5'' eintaucht.An

The
Bei zurückgeschlossenem Riegel 13 ist das Zurückziehen
der Falle 5 durch Drückerbetätigung über die Nuss 10
möglich, wobei deren Nussarm 9 am Vorsprung 12 des
Fallenschwanzes 5'' angreift und damit die Falle 5 in
Schlosseinwärtsrichtung verlagert.With the
der Türaußenseite her möglich. Hierbei beaufschlagt die
in Uhrzeigerrichtung bewegte Schließnase 29' den Fortsatz
34 des Wechselschiebers 33 und verlagert diesen in
Aufwärtsrichtung. Dabei stößt dessen Dachflanke 37
gegen den Winkelschenkel 38 des Wechselhebels 39, woraufhin
dieser verschwenkt und über seinen anderen
Winkelschenkel 41 die Falle 5 entgegen der Kraft der
Fallenfeder 8 schlosseinwärts zieht. Die mit dem
Schloss 1 versehene Tür kann somit geöffnet werden. The trap is also pulled back by key actuation

Zum Vorschließen des Riegels 13 ist das Schließglied 29
entgegen Uhrzeigerrichtung durch Schlüsselbetätigung zu
drehen. Dabei taucht die Schließnase 29' in die Eingriffsöffnung
32 des Schwenkhebels 25 ein und verschwenkt
diesen in Uhrzeigerrichtung. Die am freien
Ende des Armes 31 vorgesehenen Zähne verlagern dabei
über die Verzahnung 24 den Riegelbetätigungsschieber 22
in Aufwärtsrichtung. Einhergehend mit dieser Verlagerung
verschwenkt die Schnappfeder 45, während der von
den Federschenkeln 46, 49 eingeschlossene Winkel verkleinert
wird unter Erhöhung der Federspannung. Maximal
erzwingt. In der vollständig vorgeschlossenen
Riegelstellung erstreckt sich der Betätigungsvorsprung
20 vor einer der Aussparung 17 vorgeordneten Schrägflanke
52 des Riegelschwanzes 13'' und wirkt somit als
Riegelrückdrücksperre, vgl. hierzu Fig. 10.To close the
Während des Vorschließens des Riegels 13 hat dessen
Stoßflanke 43 die Flanke 44 des Wechselschiebers 33
beaufschlagt, woraufhin dieser um seinen Führungszapfen
35 verschwenkt. Einhergehend gelangt der Fortsatz 34
aus dem Bewegungsbereich der Schließnase 29'.During the closing of the
Das Zurückschließen des Riegels 13 verlangt eine entgegengesetzt
gerichtete Schließdrehung des Schließgliedes
29. Dessen Schließnase 29' taucht in die Eingriffsöffnung
32 des Schwenkhebels 25 ein und verlagert diesen
entgegen Uhrzeigerrichtung. Über den Zahneingriff wird
der Riegelbetätigungsschieber 22 in Abwärtsrichtung
bewegt.
Endstellung.The closing of the
