Claims (12)
- Textile enduit à motifs imprimés, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une sous-couche textile formant support associée à une couche d'enduction à base d'élastomère d'épichlorhydrine vulcanisé, ladite couche d'enduction présentant un ou plusieurs motif(s) imprimé(s) sur sa surface non liée à la sous-couche textile.
- Textile enduit à motifs imprimés selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sous-couche textile comprend ou consiste en un tissu, un non-tissé ou une maille, de préférence un tissu ou un non-tissé.
- Textile enduit à motifs imprimés selon la revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'un vernis de protection appliqué sur la couche d'enduction imprimée, de préférence un vernis de protection à propriétés anti-taches.
- Procédé pour la préparation d'un textile enduit à motifs imprimés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que :on prend un textile formant support,on dépose sur ledit textile support une couche d'enduction à base d'épichlorhydrine,on imprime le ou les motif(s) ou décor(s) désiré(s),on vulcanise l'ensemble résultant, eton dépose éventuellement un vernis de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le textile formant support comprend ou consiste en un tissu, un non-tissé ou une maille, de préférence un tissu ou un non-tissé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la composition de la couche d'enduction est la suivante :Epichlorhydrine 100 parties en poidsCopolymère Ethylène-Vinyl-Acétate 5 à 30 parties en poidsCharges 30 à 80 parties en poidsPlastifiants 5 à 15 parties en poidsStabilisants U.V. et chaleur 1 à 3 parties en poidsAgent de vulcanisation 1 à 6 parties en poidsColorants 10 à 40 parties en poids
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enduction est appliquée par calandrage sur le support textile.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'impression du ou des motif(s) ou décor(s) est réalisée par transfert.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'impression du ou des motif(s) ou décor(s) est réalisée par héliogravure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'impression est réalisée à l'aide d'encres de type acrylique et/ou polyuréthane éventuellement modifié.
- Articles comprenant un textile enduit à motifs imprimés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Articles selon la revendication 11, caractérisés en ce qu'ils consistent en des nappes.
