Abstract
Description
- La seconde partie du palier est pourvue d'une lèvre de recouvrement de la surface externe de la poignée. Cette lèvre permet d'immobiliser une bande de prise en main de la poignée qui est habituellement enroulée autour de cette poignée, sans avoir recours à une bande adhésive.
- La seconde partie définit un alésage central de passage de la tige, cet alésage prolongeant axialement le volume intérieur de la douille et formant avec celui-ci un alésage de réception de la tige. Grâce à cet aspect de l'invention, la tige est efficacement guidée sur toute la longueur du palier souple, c'est-à-dire à la fois sur la longueur de la douille et de la seconde partie.
- Un second palier, décalé selon une direction axiale de la poignée par rapport au palier élastique, est disposé à l'intérieur de la poignée et forme un volume de réception de la tige, le volume de débattement précité étant défini entre ces paliers. Cet aspect de l'invention garantit un maintien efficace de la tige à l'intérieur de la poignée, le second palier pouvant être placé à un noeud de déformation de la tige. On peut prévoir que ce second palier est formé par une douille disposée dans le volume intérieur de la poignée, autour de la tige. Dans ce cas, le second palier est avantageusement solidaire d'un bouchon de l'extrémité arrière de la poignée. Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, la position du second palier est réglable selon une direction axiale de la poignée, ce qui permet de régler la "rigidité apparente" de la raquette en fonction des goûts ou des aptitudes du joueur.
- Le palier élastique et/ou le second palier peuvent être réalisés en matière plastique souple, notamment en élastomère. Le coût de tels paliers est particulièrement attractif alors qu'ils remplissent efficacement leur fonction et sont stables dans le temps.
- Le second palier peut être formé par une partie de la cloison de la poignée d'épaisseur plus importante que la partie à l'intérieur de laquelle est formée le volume de débattement. Dans ce cas, le second palier est monobloc avec la poignée qui peut être en bois, ce qui est particulièrement économique et ne nécessite pas la mise en place d'une pièce supplémentaire à l'intérieur de la poignée.

Claims (9)
- Raquette de badminton comprenant un cadre (2) de tamis (3) et une poignée (5) reliée audit cadre par une tige (4), de ladite tige pénétrant dans ladite poignée par une extrémité, dite extrémité avant, de ladite poignée, alors que ladite poignée forme un volume interne de débattement de ladite tige, caractérisée en ce que ladite extrémité avant (51 ; 151 ; 251 ; 351) est équipée d'un palier élastique (7 ; 107 ; 207 ; 307) comprenant une première partie en forme de douille (71 ; 171 ; 271 ; 371) disposée autour de ladite tige (4 ; 104 ; 204 ; 304) à l'intérieur du volume interne (53a ; 153 ; 253a ; 353) de ladite poignée (5 ; 105 ; 205 ; 305) et une seconde partie (72 ; 172 ; 272 ; 372) disposée autour de ladite tige à l'extérieur de ladite poignée, la surface externe (73) de ladite seconde partie formant surface de transition entre la surface radiale externe (42) de ladite tige et la surface externe (54) de ladite poignée.
- Raquette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde partie (72 ; 172 ; 272 ; 372) est pourvue d'une lèvre (76) de recouvrement de ladite surface externe (54) de la poignée (5 ; 105 ; 205 ; 305).
- Raquette selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde partie (72 ; 172 ; 272 ; 372) définit un alésage central (72a ; 172a) de passage de ladite tige (4 ; 104 ; 204 ; 304), ledit alésage prolongeant axialement un alésage central (71a, 171a) de ladite douille (71 ; 171 ; 271 ; 371) et formant avec celui-ci alésage (74 ; 174 ; 274 ; 374) de réception de ladite tige.
- Raquette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un second palier (9 ; 109 ; 209 ; 309), décalé (δ) selon une direction axiale (X-X') de ladite poignée (5 ; 105 ; 205 ; 305) par rapport audit palier élastique (7 ; 107 ; 207 ; 307), ledit second palier étant disposé à l'intérieur de ladite poignée et formant volume de réception (53b ; 182 ; 253c ; 382) de ladite tige (4 ; 104 ; 204 ; 304), ledit volume de débattement (53a ; 153 ; 253a ; 353) étant défini entre lesdits paliers.
- Raquette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit second palier (109 ; 309) est formé par une douille (182 ; 382) disposée dans le volume intérieur (153 ; 353) de ladite poignée (105 ; 305), autour de ladite tige (104 ; 304).
- Raquette selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit second palier (109) est solidaire d'un bouchon (108) de l'extrémité arrière (152) de ladite poignée (105).
- Raquette selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la position (δ) dudit second palier (309) est réglable selon une direction axiale (X-X') de ladite poignée (105).
- Raquette selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit palier élastique (7 ; 107 ; 207 ; 307) et/ou ledit second palier (109 ; 309) est réalisé en matière plastique souple, notamment en élastomère.
- Raquette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit second palier (9 ; 209) est formé par une partie de la cloison de la poignée (5 ; 205) d'épaisseur plus importante que la partie à l'intérieur de laquelle est formé ledit volume de débattement (53a ; 153a).
